At present, in the evaluation process of the real estate value the material form is mainly concentrated on, while the value brought by the real estate brand are usually neglected. In this paper, considering the particularity of the real estate brand evaluation, the method of network analysis is adopted. In the evaluation process, the evaluation method of excess income law are developed by leading the thoughts and methods of the fuzzy set theory, and a systematic assess model is found. Then, an example is given as illustration. At last, the appraise about the application of the model is made.  相似文献   

Nonlinearity of Electronic Throttle and Its Control

This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.  相似文献

A novel edge detection algorithm is proposed by implementing fuzzy image enhancement at different scales.The implement of this algorithm can reduce the negative influence bring from the non-maximum suppression algorithm which select only one threshold.The success of the approach depends on the selection of a general fuzzy operator(GFO) for the enhancement of contrast of region after smoothing of image at different scales.Consequently,it is more obvious that coarse intensity changes are obtained at a large scale whereas the fine details of intensity changes are obtained at a small scale.A pretty performance is obtained by used this work.  相似文献

Spatial load forecasting is a process distributing the total forecasted load to all partitioned area, and involving more spatial information and more factor influencing application of the future small area, which need a great deal of memory space and longer operation time. Rough set is new method of data analysis. It need not be provided with any advanced information except data set. But attribute reduct is its main algorithms. Division matrix approach on rough set used to reduce the attribute related to land - use decision in order to remove redundancy attribute and then the rules of small area land - use decision is distilled. The method obtained better effect and enhanced the total load forecasting efficiency.  相似文献

While design the fuzzy controller, it is very important to determine the membership function of fuzzy variables.The data can be broadly classified as fuzzy sets by using the classification property of the BP neural network. The author selects a BP neural network with one hide layer and uses S function to the input and hide layer, and linear function to the output layer.Advanced BP algorithm isused to train the BP neural network in the environment of MATLAB . The nearer to the target values is the better the last output is.With the trained BP network , the membership values of the inputs can be got ten. This method has high rate and low error.  相似文献

Based on experience in customer service evaluation,through the analysis of many factors affecting customer satisfaction calculation estimate, customer service evaluation rules as well as customer-oriented and supply chain partner-oriented methods are developed and discussed from the view of supply chain, besides, we construct two sets of customer satisfaction evaluation systems, in which we perform non-dimensional analysis on evaluation system to form single factor evaluation matrix after using improved AHP to determine each factor item's weighting ,utilizing fuzzy decision theory to construct evaluation model for integrated estimate.
