Unmethylated CpG dinucleotides within bacterial DNA or synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) can activate immune cells. A panel of synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides was evaluated in vitro for their ability to enhance the innate immune response of common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.). In vitro addition of CpG-ODNs enhanced the phagocytic activity and superoxide anion production of stimulated kidney phagocytes. The CpG-ODNs also induced lymphocyte proliferation in the fish kidney cells. The ODNs containing multiple CpGs generally resulted in greater stimulatory capacity, although CpGs located at the terminus of an ODN were ineffective. These results indicated that CpG-ODNs enhance the innate immune response of common carp.  相似文献

为更好地开发海带资源,分别采用DEAE-Sepharose FF弱阴离子交换柱层析、高效液相凝胶色谱对海带褐藻糖胶粗品进行分离纯化,结果表明,2种方法均可用于褐藻糖胶的分离,均分离出3个组分,离子交换层析分离出的组分命名为D-1,D-2,D-3。高效液相凝胶色谱分离的3种组分命名为H-1,H-2,H-3,其分子量分别为193.148,74.407,44.452 kD。对D-1,D-2,D-33种组分进行抗氧化活性测定,3种组分对DPPH自由基和·OH均表现出一定的清除能力,且分子量越小,清除自由基能力越强,体外抗氧化活性越好。  相似文献

在介绍空气负离子产生、作用及评价方法的基础上,对龙岩国家森林公园云顶茶园空气负离子浓度进行测定、评价,结果表明,云顶茶园景区各景点空气负离子浓度平均值为60.7万个.cm-3,正离子浓度达到68.7万个.cm-3,CI值平均为539.1,q值平均为1.132;各景区空气负离子平均浓度是龙岩市区空气负离子浓度的100多倍。  相似文献

Aluminum (Al) ion is toxic to plant growth, while the resistance to Al toxicity varies widely among plant species. Accumulating evidence has shown that organic acids play an important role in both internal and external detoxification of Al. Two patterns of Al-induced secretion of organic acid anions have been characterized in the external detoxification. Involvement of ABA or protein phosphorylation in the activation of anion channel in Pattern I and less contribution of organic acid metabolism in Pattern II have been reported. Recently, gene or quantitative trait locus (QTL) for Al-activated secretion of organic acid anions has been identified. Other mechanisms of Al resistance are also reported such as pH increase in the rhizosphere. The formation of a non-toxic Al complex with organic acids or other chelators and sequestering these complexes in the vacuoles play an important role in internal detoxification of Al in Al-accumulating plants.  相似文献

To evaluate the role of kaolinite and variable charge soils on the hydrolytic reaction of Al, the hydrolysis of Al ions in suspensions of a kaolinite and an Oxisol influenced by organic anions was investigated using changes of pH, Al adsorption, and desorption of pre-adsorbed Al. Kaolinite and the Oxisol promoted the hydrolytic reaction of Al above a certain initial Al concentration (0.1 mmol L^-1 for kaolinite and 0.3 mmol L^-1 for the Oxisol). The Al hydrolysis accelerated by kaolinite and the Oxisol increased with an increase in initial concentration of Al and was observed in the range of pH from 3.7 to 4.7 for kaolinite and 3.9 to 4.9 for the Oxisol. The acceleration of Al hydrolysis also increased with the increase of solution pH, reached a maximum value at pH 4.5, and then decreased sharply. Al hydrolysis was promoted mainly through selective adsorption for hydroxy-Al. Soil free iron oxides compensated a portion of the soil negative charge or masked some soil surface negative sites leading to a decrease in Al adsorption, which retarded acceleration to some extent. For the Oxisol organic anions increased the proportion of adsorbed Al^3+ in total adsorbed Al with the increase in soil negative surface charge and eliminated or reduced the acceleration of Al hydrolysis. Different organic anions inhibited the hydrolysis of Al in the order: citrate 〉 oxalate 〉 acetate (under initial pH of 4.5). The formation of Al-organic complexes in solution also inhibited the hydrolysis of Al.  相似文献

建立了饲料中阿散酸的高效液相色谱-离子交换分离-紫外检测的定量分析方法。用25mmol/L的氢氧化钠溶液作为提取剂,在50℃水浴中提取30min,以40mmol/L磷酸氢二钠-甲醇(960∶40,V/V)为流动相等度洗脱,在阴离子色谱分离柱上进行分离,244nm处检测,12min内分离阿散酸。饲料中阿散酸的平均回收率达到92.4%~99.6%,相对标准偏差小于4.9%。阿散酸的检出限为0.2mg/L,定量限为1mg/kg。  相似文献

The effectiveness of forages to prevent post‐calving hypocalcaemia, when used as a feed source for non‐lactating dairy cows, can be predicted by the dietary cation–anion difference (DCAD). Three to four weeks before calving, the ration of non‐lactating dairy cows should have a DCAD around ?50 mmolc kg?1 DM. In an experiment, swards, based on Timothy (Phleum pratense L.), were used to (i) evaluate the impact of two types (CaCl2 and NH4Cl) and four application rates of chloride fertilizer per season (0, 80, 160 and 240 kg Cl ha?1) in combination with two N application rates (70 and 140 kg N ha?1) on mineral concentrations and DCAD in the herbage, and (ii) determine the economically optimal rate of chloride fertilizer (Clop) for DCAD in herbage. Chloride and N fertilizers were applied in the spring and, after the first harvest in 2003 and 2004 at four locations that differed in K content of their soils. Two harvests were taken during each year. Averaged across N‐fertilizer application rates, harvests and locations, the highest rate of chloride fertilizer increased chloride concentration in herbage by 8·5 g kg?1 dry matter (DM) and decreased DCAD in herbage by 190 mmolc kg?1 DM to values as low as ?9 mmolc kg?1 DM. Both types of chloride fertilizer had the same effect on chloride concentration and DCAD in herbage and had no effect on DM yield. When no chloride fertilizer was applied on soils with a high content of available K, application of N fertilizer increased DCAD in herbage by 47 mmolc kg?1 DM at both harvests. Herbage DCAD was lower in summer than in spring by 47–121 mmolc kg?1 DM depending on the location. Application of chloride fertilizer can effectively lower the DCAD of Timothy‐based herbages; the economically optimal rate of chloride fertilizer in the spring varied from 78 to 123 kg Cl ha?1, depending on soil K and chloride contents and expected DM yield.  相似文献

 测定了珍汕97不育胞质和正常胞质的稻苗与白叶枯病菌在早期的互作反应,结果表明,互作体系刚建立时,稻叶内立即产生大量的超氧阴离子(O2-),从而激发超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和脂肪氧合酶(LOX)活性的增高,导致脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的提高。当特异性菌株Ah28接种在不育系材料(亲和组合)上,上述反应的变化幅度和产生量均小于与正常胞质的组合(非亲和组合),非专化性菌株Os14对活性氧代谢的诱导作用在两种胞质之间差异不明显。这说明不育胞质对白叶枯病较低的抗性和专化性菌株的特异致病性均与较低的活性氧代谢水平有关。  相似文献

The dimeric catechins dehydrotheasinensin A (2) and theacitrin C (3) were prepared from the oxidation of (−)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate (EGCG, 1), and their antioxidant activity was investigated using a chemiluminescence (CL) method in vitro. Both compounds showed significant inhibitory effects on reactive oxygen species (O2, H2O2 and •OH) and DNA oxidative damage, with 2 being more potent than 3 and EGCG itself.  相似文献
