室内5%广枯灵水剂对水稻稻瘟病菌菌丝、孢子的毒力测定结果表明:新杀菌剂5%广枯灵水剂不但能抑制稻瘟病菌菌丝的生长,而且对稻瘟病孢子萌发的抑制作用较好。5%广枯灵水剂100 mg/L的抑菌效果为67.1%;400 mg/L的抑菌效果可达100%。对照药剂20%三环唑400 mg/L 的抑菌效果仅为84.4%,5%广枯灵水剂对稻瘟病菌孢子萌发的BC50值47.99 mg/L;20%三环唑BC50值56.43 mg/L;5%广枯灵水剂抑制稻瘟病菌菌丝生长,抑制稻瘟病菌孢子萌发以及BC50值均明显好于当前广泛使用的20%三环唑。 相似文献

Septoria leaf blotch progresses rapidly, leading to the development of Zymoseptoria titici forms resistant to fungicides. Cephalosporium stripe is caused by Cephalosporium gramineum. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of selected pesticides in limiting the symptoms of both diseases on winter wheat leaves, and to determine their influence on grain yield and the content and composition of protein fractions in wheat kernels. Propiconazoles were most effective in inhibiting the development of Septoria leaf blotch (symptoms were reduced from 54.7% to 78.6%). Strobilurins were less effective due to the presence of isolates with the G143A mutation. Symptoms of Cephalosporium stripe were rarely observed, and protective treatments did not reduce their severity. The highest content of grain protein (14.81%) was found in plants most intensely protected with the fungicides containing fenpropimorph, pyraclostrobin and epoxiconazole. The principal component analysis revealed that the plant protection method influenced the grain protein profile. The accumulation of HMW glutenins and α/β gliadins was mutually interrelated and higher in high-input treatments; control grain was characterized by close relationships between ω-gliadins, LMW glutenins, albumins and globulins, whereas low-input treatments influenced mostly γ-gliadins. 相似文献

Four fungicides for seed treatments and one as foliar spray were tested in replicated field experiments in a strip plot design to determine the effect of fungicides on Helminthosporium leaf blight (caused by Cochliobolus sativus and Pyrenophora tritici-repentis) severity and grain yield of wheat. Wheat seed cv. RR 21 was treated with fungicides, carbendazim (Areestin), triadimenol (Baytan), tebuconazole (Raxil), and carboxin + thiram (Vitavax 200B). Single foliar application of propiconazole (Tilt) was sprayed at flowering stage. Controls were included for both factors and treatments were replicated four times. Triadimenol and carboxin + thiram increased seed germination in both years. Triadimenol, tebuconazole, and carboxin + thiram reduced the number of infected seedlings and seedling root rot severity in both years. Number of tillers was higher in carboxin + thiram treated plots compared to other seed treatments. Compared to the control, carboxin + thiram increased grain yield by 9% and 8% in 2004 and 2005, respectively, and triadimenol by 6% in both years. The foliar spray of propiconazole significantly reduced Helminthosporium leaf blight severity and increased thousand-kernel weights. Propiconazole spray increased grain yield by 15% and 14% in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Therefore, seed treatment either with triadimenol or carboxin + thiram in combination with single post-flowering foliar spray of fungicides should minimize grain yield loss due to wheat foliar blight in South Asia. The findings of this study could be useful in developing strategies to manage Helminthosporium leaf blight in South Asia and other warm wheat growing regions of the world. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to estimate the effect of fungicides on the occurrence of Oculimacula spp. on winter wheat stems using real-time polymerase chain reaction (Real-time PCR) method. The ratio of Oculimacula yallundae and Oculimacula acuformis in the population was assessed from 2009 to 2011 in the winter wheat crops after 2, 3, and 4 years of use of fungicides prochloraz, cyprodinil, prothioconazole, metrafenone, and boscalid. After 4 years of fungicide use, the highest relative reduction of DNA of both fungi, compared with the unsprayed control, was detected in the samples from cyprodinil-applied plots. Relatively less O. yallundae DNA was identified in the samples from prochloraz- and that of O. acuformis from prothioconazole-applied plots. Metrafenone and boscalid had little effect on the changes in Oculimacula population. Fungicide effect on O. acuformis and O. yallundae pathogenesis slightly differed. In Oculimacula population under the fungicide treatment, 10 days after application (BBCH 37), the ratio of O. acuformis in all treatments was reduced, but the ratio of O. yallundae was increased in prevalence compared to O. acuformis in cyprodinil and prothioconazole treatments. Later in the season (BBCH 75), the ratio of O. acuformis increased in metrafenone and O. yallundae in prochloraz treatments. The effect of fungicides used for eyespot control on winter wheat productivity was inconsistent. Prochloraz use led to a significant grain yield increase in 2010, while prothioconazole use showed a similar increase in 2009 and 2010. Cyprodinil, boscalid, and metrafenone did not have any effect on the yield in any of the experimental years. 为明确党参茎基腐病害的病原、致病性和优势病原种类及其对不同杀菌剂的敏感性,采用组织分离法进行病原菌分离,并根据其培养性状、形态学和分子生物学特征进行鉴定,同时采用平皿菌丝生长抑制法测定不同药剂的敏感性。结果表明,该病害的病原为尖孢镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、茄病镰孢菌(F. sonali)和木贼镰孢菌(F. equiseti),其中尖孢镰孢菌为优势种。室内致病性测试结果表明,3种镰孢菌均可引起党参茎基腐病,其中尖孢镰孢菌的致病性最强,显著高于其他2种菌。供试药剂对菌丝生长均有抑制作用,苯醚甲环唑对3种镰孢菌具有很强的抑制活性,同时3种镰孢菌对吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性较高。 相似文献

Effect of Melampsora rust on the growth and development of Salix burjatica‘Korso’in Northern Ireland
The impact of Melampsora rust on the growth of Salix burjatica‘Korso’was assessed. Comparisons were made between untreated plants and those where the disease had been partially controlled using fungicides. Fungicides delayed the onset of the disease and its effects on growth. Leaf loss was reduced whilst shoot growth and dry matter yields increased. The effect of secondary organisms was also reduced resulting in lower levels of shoot death in the following season. 相似文献
