[目的]分析新疆地区3个品种薰衣草的精油成分及含量差异,为薰衣草进一步的品种改良及产业发展提供数据。[方法]以NKS-L1、H-701、XDT-5 3个薰衣草品种为研究对象,首先用水蒸气蒸馏法从花穗中提取精油,然后借助气相-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测分析其精油化学成分。[结果]XDT-5精油含量最高,其次为H-701,NKS-L1最低。从NKS-L1、H-701、XDT-5中分别鉴定出35、43、38种组分,主要成分为芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯。[结论]新疆薰衣草品种间精油成分及含量存在显著差异。  相似文献

采用1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)在催化剂次亚磷酸钠(SHP)的作用下将β-环糊精(β-CD)接枝到真丝纤维上,然后浸渍加入具有驱蚊功效的薰衣草精油使其包合在β-CD空腔中,制备出具有驱蚊功效的真丝织物。设计单因素试验优化β-CD接枝真丝织物的工艺参数,当BTCA和β-CD的质量浓度分别为100 g/L,SHP的质量浓度为60 g/L,170℃下焙烘3 min或180℃下焙烘2 min,真丝织物的接枝增重率可达18.4%,红外光谱分析表明β-CD已成功接枝至真丝织物上,且可耐15次以上的水洗。接枝β-CD的真丝织物能够赋予薰衣草精油缓释的效果,且放置8 d后对按蚊仍可保持75%以上的驱避率。此方法制备的防蚊真丝织物效果持久可重复使用,且具有对人体无毒害、环保的特点。  相似文献

[目的]为薰衣草(LavandulaattgustifoliaMill.)新品种新薰二号的推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]新薰二号是由薰衣草品系H-701种子经太空辐射诱变单株选育而成的薰衣草新品种,介绍其选育经过、生物学特征、品质、产量及栽培要点。[结果]2011—2013年生产示范,新薰二号精油平均产量达102.2kg/hm2较对照H-701(97.0kg/hm2)增产5.7%,达到显著水平。2013年该品种通过新疆维吾尔自治区非主要农作物品种审定委员会审定命名。[结论]新薰二号是一个综合性状优良的薰衣草品种,具有很好的推广应用前景。  相似文献

[目的]建立一种有效的薰衣草精油快速鉴别分析方法。[方法]对不同产地薰衣草精油使用红外衰减全反射法采集红外光谱,并进行标准谱库检索分析,另采用气相色谱法对精油进行色谱分离,以色谱峰保留时间定性分析。[结果]红外结果显示,新疆盛澜、广东雾泽、广东广州的薰衣草精油样品与标准谱库薰衣草精油匹配值分别为98.45%、97.46%、97.59%;气相结果显示,上述三者都有2个相同的主要色谱峰27.4和31.6 min,而吉水华新薰衣草精油样品的红外与气相分析结果和其他3个样品有明显差异。[结论]红外结合气相分析对薰衣草精油真伪鉴别快速有效,并为进一步产地分析提供了初步筛选方法。  相似文献

通过对薰衣草精油抑菌圈、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)及气态防腐的测定,研究薰衣草精油对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、毛霉、绿色木霉菌等微生物的抑菌作用。结果表明,薰衣草精油对微生物的抑菌作用程度依次为:毛霉、绿色木霉菌>酵母菌>大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌>枯草芽孢杆菌。薰衣草精油具有灭菌防腐性,具有实际应用于食品防腐保鲜的潜力。  相似文献

Methods to reduce the effects of acute stress could benefit the equine industry; therefore, the objective of this experiment was to determine whether aromatherapy would hasten the recovery time in acute-stressed horses. A total of seven horses were used in this experiment, using a crossover design where each horse received each treatment 7 days apart. The heart rates (HRs) and respiratory rates (RRs) were recorded for each horse at rest in stalls; then an air horn was blown twice for 15 seconds. The horses were allowed 60 seconds to calm, and then the stressed HRs and RRs were recorded. Control-treated horses were then exposed to humidified air, whereas aromatherapy-treated horses were exposed to humidified air with a 20% mixture of 100% pure lavender essential oil for 15 minutes. Following the 15-minute control or aromatherapy treatment, the recovery HRs and RRs were recorded (15 minutes). There were no statistical differences (P > .05) between the control and aromatherapy treatment for resting HR 33.7 ± 3.6 versus 34.0 ± 3.1 beats per minute (bpm), or change to increased HR in response to the air horn. However, the change in HR, after treatment, was significantly greater (P < .02) after aromatherapy (−9.25 ± 3.4 bpm) compared with the control treatment (0.29 ± 1.5 bpm). The RR did not differ (P > .05) between the control or aromatherapy treatment groups for the resting RR or change in RR. These results demonstrate that lavender aromatherapy can significantly decrease HR after an acute stress response and signal a shift from the sympathetic nervous control from the parasympathetic system.  相似文献

[目的]优选薰衣草精油的制备及其微胶囊化工艺。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备薰衣草精油,通过单因素试验和正交试验,以精油的提取率为指标,考察原料粒度、料液比、浸泡时间和提取时间对薰衣草精油制备工艺的影响;采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析薰衣草精油的主体呈香成分及含量;采用大豆分离蛋白、β-环糊精和麦芽糊精包埋薰衣草精油。[结果]水蒸气蒸馏法制备薰衣草精油的最优条件为原料粒度60目、料液比1∶15(g∶m L)、浸泡时间1.5 h、提取时间4.0 h,精油的平均提取率为2.34%;经GC-MS分析,薰衣草精油的主体呈香成分为萜类化合物及其衍生物,主要有芳樟醇(34.81%)、乙酸芳樟酯(22.44%)等,占精油中挥发性成分的93.48%;最优条件下,大豆分离蛋白、β-环糊精和麦芽糊精的薰衣草精油包埋率分别为64.40%、43.95%和60.84%,大豆分离蛋白的包埋效果最佳。[结论]水蒸气蒸馏法可用于薰衣草精油的制备,大豆分离蛋白可作为薰衣草精油的天然包埋材料。  相似文献

Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) is a small woody perennial grown for essential oil, which is steam distilled from flowers. To potentially improve size of flowers and oil yield we produced and characterised autotetraploid plants. L. angustifolia seed germinated in the presence of the mitotic spindle inhibitor colchicine at concentrations of 125 mg l−1 or less resulted in plants carrying sports with larger flowers. Propagation of two sports gave rise to putative polyploid cultivars C3/2 and C6/24. Direct chromosome counts in root tip cells of seedlings from four common cultivars of L. angustifolia and the seed lot from which C3/2 and C6/24 were derived was 50 whereas C3/2 and C6/24 had greater than 90 chromosomes indicating they were autotetraploid. Ploidy level assessed by flow cytometry (FCM) of nuclei showed that 12 cultivars of L. angustifolia had similar nuclear DNA content whereas C3/2 and C6/24 had double the amount of DNA confirming autotetraploidy. The genome size (1C-value) of a diploid L. angustifolia cultivar was estimated by FCM to be 0.90 (±0.07) pg. Morphological characteristics were measured in autotetraploid and control plants. Autotetraploids had thicker peduncles, larger flowers and larger seeds than diploids. Scanning electron microscopy revealed peltate glandular trichomes were larger in the tetraploids relative to diploids. Both tetraploid and diploid cultivars had complex non-glandular trichomes on leaves and sepals and two different types of capitate glandular trichomes were identified on leaves. Autotetraploid lavenders represent useful germplasm both for commercial oil production and future breeding.  相似文献
