针对目前池塘养殖中投饵机大部分加料都是依靠人力完成,劳动强度大,在陡峭斜岸上对投饵船进行加料困难的现状,设计一种无动力出料的节能定量加料车。加料车使用旋转下料阀进行定量下料,使用剪叉式升降平台调整加料高度。通过设计位于下料阀出料口的球形限位旋转连接件调整加料管的倾角实现无动力出料。基于圆柱凸轮设计新型伸缩加料管。加料车通过车体的移动、剪叉式升降平台的升降、加料管倾角和长度的调整实现定向、定距、定点的饲料添加。制作加料车样机,以投饵船和固定式投饵机为加料目标进行加料试验,试验结果表明加料车对不同规格饲料具有通用性,1.2 m的伸缩长度和1.5 m的升降高度能满足投饵船和固定式投饵机的加料需求,调整灵活,加料速度为6.2 kg/min。设计的加料车使用灵活,能代替人工给投饵船和固定式投饵机加料,减轻人工劳动强度,提高养殖过程的机械化水平,为进一步实现自动化和智能化打下基础。 相似文献

Analyses of bottom soils from three recently-established (newer) and three older ponds on each of two, semi-intensive shrimp farms near Choluteca, Honduras, revealed that the 0 to 2.5 cm layer had greater concentrations of most variables than deeper layers. Concentrations of total carbon, nitrogen, sulphur, phosphorus, calcium, iron, manganese, and zinc were greater in older than in newer ponds on one or the other of the farms. After 8–11 y of continuous production, total carbon concentrations varied over pond bottoms, and concentrations usually were greatest (1.5–2.5%) in inlet sections. Nitrogen concentrations were about 20% those of carbon and changes in nitrogen concentration closely followed those of carbon. Precipitation of iron pyrite (FeS2) in anaerobic soil layers was the apparent cause of sulphur accumulation in older ponds. Phosphorus accumulated in older ponds on the farm where heavy doses of fertilizer were applied. Soils of both older and newer ponds on both farms had large accumulations of major cations, a large portion of which were water-soluble salts. Abstract There were strong correlations between soil pH and pHof water (R2 = 0.810) and total alkalinity (R2 = 0.724) in laboratory soil-water systems prepared with acidic rainwater and pond soil samples from Thailand. Moreover, water pH and total alkalinity were highly correlated (R2 = 0.987). Although soil carbonate concentration was not correlated with total alkalinity, there was a correlation between the product of soil carbonate and soil organic carbon and total alkalinity (R2 = 0.482). Other soil properties, exchange acidity, cation exchange capacity, base saturation, and total sulfur, were either not correlated or weakly correlated with total alkalinity. Total alkalinity did not exceed 20 mg/L except in systems with soils containing free carbonate. A method that estimates the amount of liming material needed to completely base-saturate bottom soils and provides an excess of carbonate, should be used in Thailand and other places. Calcitic agricultural limestone gave higher total alkalinity concentration in soil-water systems than dolomitic agricultural limestone. To address the commercial nurseries problem of obtaining enough zooplankton of adequate species composition and size when fish larvae start to feed, a simulation of the effects of predation intensity on zooplankton composition in freshwater nursery ponds was carried out in an experimental system of twelve 130-liter containers. Treatments consisted of two densities (1 or 2 larvae l−1) of common carp stocked on the 4th day after filling the containers and a control without fish. Zooplankton–environment relationships were explored using factor analysis. Several groups of zooplankters that respond in different ways to fish larvae predation pressure were identified. The first factor was a general measurement of zooplankton abundance that mainly reflects allochthonous rotifer species that entered the system with the filling water, replaced in time by autochthonous species that hatched from resting eggs in the sediment. The second factor identified the direct effects of size selective fish predation, and the third showed indirect effects of high fish density. Larvae growth rate matched the plankton availability: high just after stocking, when they fed on the abundant but declining numbers of allochthonous rotifers; then decreased drastically and increased again when hatching of resting eggs of autochthonous rotifers and the availability of the crustacean preys preferred by the fish, increased. It was concluded that in commercial nurseries increased larvae production can be achieved just by stocking fish earlier than the 4th day after pond filling, to match the rotifer peak. 相似文献
