对41个棉花品种的棉仁油分含量测定表明,不同品种间的棉仁含油量差异较大,平均含油量为31.19%,变幅为27.77%~40.36%,含油量最高的品种为‘中棉所16’,最低的品种为‘豫棉11号’。对41个品种的纤维品质分析结果表明,纤维品质最好的为‘海7124’,最差的为‘晋棉11号’。相关分析表明,棉仁含油量与纤维品质之间无统计学相关性,即可在不降低纤维品质的基础上,开展棉仁高含油量育种研究。  相似文献

Banana anthracnose incited by Colletotrichum musae is a serious disease in post harvest marketing stage. It occurs in almost all the banana growing countries. In the current study, 5 isolates of C. musae infecting banana cv nendran were collected from various district of Tamil Nadu. C5 isolate collected from Tiruchirappalli showed maximum virulent with (66.60%) PDI. In vitro efficacy of six Pseudomonas fluorescens superior strains were tested for their inhibition on mycelial growth of C. musae. P. fluorescens (FP7) showed significantly higher inhibition of 41.12 per cent over control and with a mean mycelial growth of 52.10 mm. Water in oil emulsion was used in the present research for formulation of P. fluorescens (FP7). The emulsion contained the following ingredients (w/w), sterile deionized water (45.25%), glycerine (4.00%), water-soluble wax ((0.75%), Tween 20 (2.50%), and a mixture of 19.00% soybean oil + 28.50% castor oil. The application of water in oil emulsion formulation significantly increased the yield (68.12 t/ha) compared to control (66.49 t/ha), and also increase in the activity of defense related enzymes viz., phenyl alanine ammonia lyase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, catalase and β-1, 3 glucanase was observed which was followed by talc based formulation of Pf1 and FP7.  相似文献

The pomaces obtained after cold pressing oil production from oil seeds can be regarded as a source of many valuable nutrients such as unsaturated fatty acids, dietary fibre and antioxidants. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of five oil pomaces from black seed, hemp, pumpkin, milk thistle and primrose on the structure of gluten proteins. The model dough was supplemented with 3%, 6%, and 9% of the pomaces. Structural changes in gluten proteins were studied using Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy (FT-Raman) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Additionally, chemical composition of the pomaces was determined. Changes observed in the gluten structure resulting from the model dough supplementation with oil pomaces allow the pomace to be divided into two groups depending on the type and amount of fatty acids present in the pomaces. If the pomace contains a low number of fatty acids (black seed and pumpkin), pseudo-β-sheets are formed from β-turns and antiparallel-β-sheets in the gluten network. If the pomace contains a high number of fatty acids, non-aggregated β-structures are observed. Although the pomaces contain considerable amount of dietary fibre and polyphenols, comparison of the observed structural changes in gluten network with pomaces’ chemical composition indicates that the changes are connected with presence of fatty acids.  相似文献

长输管道在建设、改线或维抢修作业时,常会遇到管道对口处有磁偏吹现象,使得在焊接施工时,电弧发生偏离,导致焊接缺陷甚至无法焊接施工,严重影响了工程进度及管道的本质安全。中俄东线天然气管道工程采用1422 mm口径、X80钢级管道,以往所采用的消磁方法和消磁设备已无法满足其大口径、高钢级管道的消磁作业。通过分析管道剩磁的产生机理和影响因素,得到不同消磁方法对中俄东线管道的适用性。通过现场试验验证直流消磁法,分析直流消磁和直流焊机消磁的优缺点及工作参数,提出可行性建议。  相似文献

Certification of sustainable palm oil as organised through the Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil is based on a simplified understanding of the global palm oil value chain – according to which instructions about production practices can be directly translated from the palm oil mill to the primary producer. The reality of palm oil provision is much more complex than this as is shown in the case of Thailand. On the basis of qualitative field study in Southern Thailand this paper clarifies that intermediary stages, such as the collection of oil palm fruit bunches at the ramp, play a key role in the organisation of the chain. The fluidity and complexity of the palm oil flow at the local level complicates the promotion of sustainability through certification. Global and national stakeholders, such as processing and trading firms, non‐governmental organisations and national governments, should therefore open this black box of local dynamics to more effectively contribute to sustainability in palm oil supply.  相似文献

为研究陇南市不同种植地对不同品种油橄榄果实生长的影响,对陇南市武都区种植的莱星、鄂植8号、奇迹、皮削利等4个油橄榄品种,分别在其果实生长的受精和坐果期、种子生长期、果核变硬期、中果皮形成期和果实成熟期比较判断果实表型性状,分析果实生长期间含水率和含油率的变化,以探明不同油橄榄品种的适宜栽培区,为优化陇南地区油橄榄种植资源配置提供支持。结果表明,在陇南市武都区锦屏村和稻畦村种植的不同品种油橄榄果实外观均呈长圆形,且锦屏村种植的莱星油橄榄果实百粒鲜质量和含油率均高于稻畦村,中果皮形成期百粒鲜质量和含油率分别高于稻畦村34.82%和72.53%。稻畦村种植的鄂植8号油橄榄果实百粒鲜质量在果实生长前期低于锦屏村,生长后期则高于锦屏村,中果皮形成期稻畦村油橄榄果实百粒鲜质量高于锦屏村26.00%。锦屏村种植的鄂植8号油橄榄果实含油率均高于稻畦村,果实成熟期含油率高于稻畦村84.48%。锦屏村种植的奇迹油橄榄果实百粒鲜质量和含油率均高于稻畦村,果核变硬期百粒鲜质量高于稻畦村36.00%,果实成熟期的含油率高于稻畦村53.71%。锦屏村种植的皮削利油橄榄果实含油率高于稻畦村,中果皮形成期的含油率高于稻畦村76.13%。由此可知,锦屏村种植的油橄榄莱星、奇迹均优于稻畦村,且果实用途偏向于油用,油橄榄鄂植8号和皮削利作为油果兼用型果实,在锦屏村和稻畦村均可种植。且生长良好。  相似文献

The economic value of a soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] crop depends on yield and quality. The objectives of this study were to evaluate soybean lines for protein and oil content and to examine the break-even (BE) analysis of these traits combined with yield. Forty lines of maturity group (MG) IV or V were grown at four Arkansas locations for two years. Yield, protein, and oil content of each line were determined and compared to the check average for a BE comparison of the total economic value of the line. Results showed six profitable lines ($8.40 to $54.96 per metric ton based on yield) in 2008 and six profitable lines ($0.49 to $61.19 per metric ton based on yield) in 2009. Overall, in both MG, high-protein lines needed to yield more to be profitable, whereas high-oil lines had competitive yield, protein and oil content; R00-764 (MG IV), R05-71 (MG V), and R02-6185F (MG V) were competitive without added premiums.  相似文献

设置"高油×高油"、"中油×高油"和"中油×低油"3种组合类型,对各组合类型后代品系油分含量进行分析测定,研究了大豆不同亲本组合对后代品系油分含量的影响。结果表明,大豆杂交组合亲本油分含量通过杂交后代群体对后代品系有显著影响,亲本油分含量与组合后代品系油分含量呈正相关。不同油分含量的大豆杂交亲本组合类型对后代品系油分含量有显著影响,同时受人为选择方式的影响。试验明确了大豆杂交后代群体油分含量的遗传过程及选择作用对后代品系油分含量的影响,为大豆品质育种实践提供参考。  相似文献

为探究地沟油在烟草烘烤作为新型燃料的应用潜力,综述了目前新型燃料在烤烟烘烤中的应用现状,并阐述地沟油性质特点及作为烟草烘烤燃料的注意事项。结果表明,目前烟草烘烤燃料存在着污染大、热值不高等缺点;地沟油廉价易得,燃烧性能好,作为烟草烘烤燃料具有较大潜力;未来应加强地沟油进一步提纯及燃烧装置改造等研究,旨在为烤烟烘烤中降低成本、减少污染提供参考。  相似文献

为研究油炸处理对胡椒鲜果中胡椒精油化学成分的影响,从不同油炸料油比、油炸温度和油炸时间进行研究。经检测分析鉴定出未经油炸处理胡椒鲜果精油中18 种化学物质,料油比1:1、1:1.5、1:2、1:2.5 和1:3 时胡椒精油分别检测出28、22、27、24 和25 种化学物质;油炸温度为90、100、110、120、130℃时胡椒精油分别鉴定出21、26、22、25 和23 种化学物质;油炸时间为1、2、3、4、5 min 时胡椒精油分别含有29、22、23、21 和25 种化学物质。研究发现,不同油炸处理均使胡椒鲜果精油的化学物质成分增加,主要化学成分为石竹烯、3-蒈烯、D-柠檬烯、左旋-β-蒎烯、α-水芹烯和α-蒎烯等。  相似文献
