棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera和绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum是两种重要的经济作物害虫。为寻找一种安全高效的防治新手段,本文对10种中草药提取物触杀活性开展了研究。结果表明,在10种中草药提取物中,苦杏仁杀虫活性最高,药后7 d棉铃虫、绿盲蝽校正死亡率分别为65.4%和100%。发现苦杏仁粗提物经不同溶剂萃取后发现,氯仿萃取时析出物对绿盲蝽触杀活性最高,药后7 d校正死亡率可达96.9%。硅胶柱分离结果表明,流分L36-48具有较高的触杀活性,药后7 d校正死亡率为84.7%。本研究评价了10种中草药提取物对棉铃虫和绿盲蝽的触杀活性,并对苦杏仁有效成分开展了初步的分离鉴定,以期为两种害虫高效安全的新型药剂开发提供理论基础。 相似文献

室内用甲维盐对棉铃虫选育20代,获得敏感性降低2.32倍的汰选种群(RP20)。分别采用甲维盐对同源对照种群(CP)和RP20的亚致死浓度LC25对应处理两种群的3龄初幼虫48 h,测定试虫在3~6龄不同龄期内羧酸酯酶(CarE)和谷胱甘肽S 转移酶(GST)活性,分析酶活性变化动态。结果表明,(1)两种群(CP和RP20)均随龄期的增长,CarE比活力显著增大,而GST比活力先降低后趋于稳定。(2)CK处理下,RP20与CP相比,CarE比活力在3~6龄均增大且4~6龄差异显著,而GST比活力变化较小,仅3龄和6龄显著增大。(3)与CK处理相比,甲维盐LC25处理,两种群各龄期CarE比活力均增大,且CP试虫在4龄、6龄GST比活力显著增大,在3龄、5龄无显著差异,而RP20的3龄幼虫体内GST比活力被显著抑制,在4~6龄GST比活力无明显变化。初步判断,棉铃虫对甲维盐敏感性降低与CarE比活力增大有关;甲维盐亚致死剂量对棉铃虫CarE活性具有一定的诱导作用。 相似文献

Dynamics of pyrethroid resistance in a field population of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) was demonstrated by continuous monitoring with twin discriminating dosages, and the influencing factors were also experimentally analysed. Resistance in a field population in China increased rapidly in the 3rd and 4th generations when population density became higher and insecticides were applied repeatedly, then decreased suddenly during over-wintering and slowly in the 1st and 2nd generations when insecticide spraying was suspended. Resistance increase could be countered by dilution as a result of immigration of susceptible moths from corn fields, which were found to be a natural refuge for this pest in China. The reduction of resistance during over-wintering and the 1st and 2nd generations was affected by the lower fitness of resistant cotton bollworms to low temperature and disadvantages in reproduction. The possibilities of managing the resistance in field populations on the basis of these observations are discussed. © 1999 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

The pattern of organophosphate resistance in field populations of Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) was monitored in Pakistan from 1994 through 1997 using an IRAC leaf-dip method. Generally, moderate to high resistance was found to an orthophosphorate, monocrotophos and to a dithiophosphorate, ethion. Resistance to the commonly used thiophosphorates, chlorpyrifos and profenofos, was very low during 1994 and 1995 but showed an upward trend during 1996 and 1997. Resistance factors to the other thiophosphorates such as quinalphos, parathion-methyl, methamidophos and triazophos remained very low. Baseline lethal concentrations for ethion, methamidophos and triazophos were at least four to five times higher than those for the other organophosphates tested, suggesting their low intrinsic efficacy against H armigera. © 1999 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

异源三聚体G信号通路在调控植物病原真菌的形态、侵染结构形成和致病力等方面具有重要作用。本研究根据玉米弯孢叶斑病菌新月弯孢全长cDNA文库中的EST序列,克隆获得一个含1 074bp开放读码框(ORF)Gα基因。该基因包含5个外显子和4个内含子,编码357个氨基酸,被命名为Clg2。通过序列比对和进化树分析,证明Clg2蛋白具有Gα蛋白结构特征和保守序列区,与小麦黄斑叶枯病菌(Pyrenophora tritici-repentis Pt-1C-BFP)和大斑刚毛座腔菌(Setosphaeria turcica)中的Gα蛋白相似性高达96%和97%,处于同一分支。采用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析了Clg2基因在病菌不同发育阶段的表达水平,显示在菌丝中表达水平最低,在分生孢子中表达量最高,暗示Clg2基因在病菌分生孢子形成期起重要作用。上述结果将为开展Clg2蛋白功能研究奠定基础。 相似文献

Carbohydrate chains are the principal antigens by which Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) identify receptor proteins. The interaction between the antigen and Bt causes a pore in the membrane of midgut epithelial cells of insects. Receptor proteins, such as aminopeptidase N and alkaline phosphatase, are glycoproteins. Cadherin is another cell surface receptor protein which has potential glycosylation sites. Glycosyltransferase is very important for the synthesis and modification of receptor proteins. It can indirectly influence the function of Bt. The 1 950 bp full-length c DNA encoding β-1,3-galactosyltransferase was cloned from the the midgut of Helicoverpa armigera by degenerative PCR combined with RACE techniques(GAL-Harm, Gen Bank accession no.: GQ904195.1) with two potential N-glycosylation sites(157NNTI160 and 272NKTL275). Protein sequence alignments revealed that H. armigera β-1,3-galactosyltransferase shared high identity with β-1,3-galactosyltransferase in other insect species. The expression level of the β-1,3-galactosyltransferase gene in Cry1Ac-resistant H. armigera larvae was 9.2-fold higher than that in susceptible strain. The function of β-1,3-galactosyltransferase was investigated using RNAi technique. The result showed Cry1 Ac enhanced the toxicity against the si RNA-treated larvae compared with non-si RNA-treated ones, which indicated β-1,3-galactosyltransferase played an important role for the insecticidal toxicity of Cry1 Ac in H. armigera. 相似文献
