研究了施用新型高效有机肥料对当归根的形态﹑根重﹑产量以及麻口病害发生率的影响。结果表明:施用高效有机肥处理的鲜、干芦头径分别为3.67cm和2.57cm,较施用化肥处理增大10.54%和7.08%,鲜、干主身径分别提高7.69%、6.60%;单根干重为38.82,比化肥处理增大15.02%,平均“干/鲜”比增加了40%;施用高效有机肥处理的成苗率提高了4.11%,干归公顷产量也高于化肥处理,达到2371.84kg/hm2;施用高效有机肥处理的麻口病发病率为6.95%,低于施用化肥处理17.04%,有利于当归的高产、优质栽培。 相似文献

通过对5种大蒜线虫即洋葱茎线虫、甘薯茎线虫、马铃铃薯线虫、根腐线虫、肾形线虫在多种蔬菜上的接种试验,弄清了其蔬菜寄主范围。从而得出结论:在大蒜栽培中通过大蒜与其它蔬菜之间轮作或不同蔬菜轮作防治大蒜线虫是不可行的,只能药剂和生物防治。 相似文献

Juvenile Cherax destructor (commonly called the yabby) (mean weight 48.3 mg) were cultured intensively (stocking density 360/m2) under controlled conditions for 48 days. The animals were provided with a combination of food (high protein pellets and/or natural feed organisms attached to a conditioned synthetic substrate) and refuge. Fastest growth and highest yield was recorded when both pellets and the conditioned synthetic material were provided. Although the yabbies sheltered in the synthetic substrate, it did not increase survival. Juvenile yabbies (< 200 mg) were able to graze on small organisms attached to the synthetic material but this ability appeared to decline as the yabbies grew to a larger size. The use of artificial substrates in the intensive nursery phase production of juvenile freshwater crayfish is discussed. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: There is great concern about the high losses and strong depopulation of honey bee colonies in some areas of Spain. Some beekeepers have suggested that sunflower seeds treated with the insecticide fipronil could be an important factor in causing those losses. Therefore, an in‐depth field study has been carried out in two regions of Spain where sunflower production is intense (Cuenca and Andalucía) and where, for some crops and varieties, fipronil has been used as seed insecticide. RESULTS: Samples of adult bees and pollen were analysed for bee pathogens and pesticide residues respectively. Neither fipronil residues nor its metabolites were detected in any of the samples analysed, indicating that short‐term or chronic exposure of bees to fipronil and/or its metabolites can be ruled out in the apiaries surveyed. Varroa destructor and Nosema ceranae were found to be very prevalent. CONCLUSION: The combination of the two pathogens could augment the risk of colony death in infected colonies, without fipronil residues exerting a significant effect in the given field conditions. Indeed, in this study the losses observed in apiaries located close to sunflower crops were similar to those in apiaries situated in forested areas with wild vegetation. 本文对采自河北张家口市察北区、危害马铃薯的线虫(编号De-Chabei)进行了形态及分子生物学鉴定,形态测量结果表明其与马铃薯腐烂茎线虫(Ditylenchus destructor Thorne)一致,采用通用引物rDNA1/rDNA2扩增rD-NA-ITS区的长度为1130bp,测序比对以及采用马铃薯茎线虫B型特异性引物DdL1/DdL2扩增得到485bp特异性片段,表明与B型或L型马铃薯腐烂茎线虫一致;再次证明该型线虫在河北马铃薯主产区的分布和危害。 相似文献
