针对西瓜成熟度无损测定的难度较大这一问题,提出了一种基于音频响应频带幅值向量（BMV）特征的西瓜成熟度无损检测方法。搭建了一套简单的音频采集平台,检验了BMV音频特征与西瓜成熟度的相关性,并与4种已用于西瓜无损检测的音频特征进行了比较;测定了不同打击力度对音频响应和BMV的影响;使用PNN算法对2个品种西瓜的BMV样本进行了成熟度检测。试验结果表明：经过音频特征间的比较,BMV与西瓜成熟度相关性最高,并且打击力度对特征的影响较小,整套算法对2个品种的成熟度检测准确度较高。  相似文献   

聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的一种辅助辨型方法

聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（PAGE）是实验室常用的基本鉴定方法之一。但由于做胶方式以及各实验室仪器设备良莠不齐，经过一系列纷繁复杂的操作，电泳结果未必尽如人意。其中凝胶带型的判断就是一个较为困惑的问题，一般的聚丙烯酰胺胶跑出的条带总体上都有弧度，越是靠近凝胶两侧越是严重。在本实验中，我们设计了一种较为简单易行的方案，即将难以区分的条带样品做成混合样marker来辅助辨型，通过调整电压和凝胶浓度来达到区分条带的目的。我们用该方案可以将相差0～3bp大小的条带区分开来。  相似文献

Predicting the severity of Dothistroma on Pinus radiata under current climate in New Zealand

Despite being a damaging foliar disease of Pinus species little research has characterised spatial variation in disease severity of Dothistroma needle blight at a macroscale. Using an extensive dataset describing Dothistroma needle blight severity (S_sev) on plantation grown Pinus radiata stands distributed widely across New Zealand the objectives of this research were to (i) develop a regression model describing S_sev, (ii) use this model to identify key drivers of S_sev, their functional form and relative importance, and (iii) develop spatial predictions of S_sev for New Zealand P. radiata under current climate. Using an independent validation dataset, the final model accounted for 72% of the variance in S_sev using four significant (P < 0.001) explanatory variables and an isotrophic exponential model to account for the spatial covariance in the data. S_sev was most sensitive to mean air temperature from November to April (T_Nov-Apr), followed by mean relative humidity from October to April (RH_Oct-Apr), mean total November rainfall (P_Nov), and then stand age (A). There was a quadratic correlation between A and S_sev with S_sev increasing to a maxima at 12 years before declining. S_sev exponentially increased to a threshold with increases in both P_Nov and RH_Oct-Apr. The relationship between S_sev and T_Nov-Apr was quadratic with S_sev increasing to a maximum at T_Nov-Apr of 15.5 °C before declining at higher values of T_Nov-Apr. Spatial predictions of S_sev varied widely throughout New Zealand. Values of S_sev were highest in moderately warm wet environments in the North Island, and on the west coast of the South Island. In contrast, relatively low values of S_sev were predicted in drier eastern and southern regions of New Zealand.  相似文献   

Substrate integrated waveguide bandpass filter based on butterfly radial slot

A novel broadband substrate integrated waveguide bandpass filter was presented based on the highpass characteristics of substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) and the bandstop performance of butterfly radial slot photonic band gap(PBG) structure. In order to verify this idea,a wideband bandpass filter with 4.65 GHz center frequency and 40% fractional bandwidth was designed. The electromagnetic simulation results show good passband characteristics from 3.71 to 5.6 GHz, while the maximun insertion loss is about 0.40dB. An experimental filter prototype was fabricated with standard PCB process and measured by the vector network analyzer. The measured results show that, for the filter prototype, the passband is from 3.78 GHz to 5.76GHz, the fractional bandwidth is about 41%, the minimal insertion loss is about 0.72 dB and the maximun insertion loss is 1.65.dB The measured results are in good agreement with the simulated results.  相似文献

以2004~2009 年间701家上市公司为样本,研究政府干预、政治关联对企业非效率投资行为的影响。研究发现：政府干预一方面会加剧有自由现金流量公司的过度投资,对国有企业过度投资的影响更为严重;另一方面可以有效地缓解融资约束企业的投资不足,尤其是国有企业的投资不足。这说明,出于自身的政策性负担或政治晋升目标,政府会损害或支持所控制的企业,这为政府“掠夺之手理论”和“支持之手理论”提供了实证支持。研究还发现,政治关联与过度投资和投资不足均负相关,这表明,政治关联可以作为法律保护的替代机制来保护企业产权免受政府损害,并为企业谋取利益。  相似文献
