目的:观察超声治疗对急性脑梗死患者血浆α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GM P-140)、血管性血友病因子(vW F)含量及血液流变学的影响和促进神经功能恢复的作用。方法:74例脑梗死患者随机分为两组:超声治疗组38例,对照组36例,两组均行常规药物治疗,超声治疗组则加用超声波治疗仪治疗。治疗前和治疗后分别2次抽血测定患者血浆GM P-140、vW F含量及血液流变学指标并同时进行神经功能缺损的评定。结果:两组患者治疗后的血浆GM P-140、vW F及低切粘度均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或<0.01),且以超声治疗组降低更为明显(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损程度也减轻,超声治疗组减轻更显著,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脑梗死患者血浆中GM P-140、vW F及血液流变学可能共同参与脑梗死的发生、发展以及康复过程,超声治疗能降低其含量指标,具有促进神经功能恢复的作用。  相似文献

为了观察醋酸铅对神经细胞的形态学影响,通过建立体外培养大鼠大脑皮质神经细胞模型,应用不同浓度醋酸铅(0,50,100,200,400μmol/L)与神经细胞分别培养3、6、12、24 h,倒置相差显微镜观察细胞形态变化.结果显示,醋酸铅与神经细胞共同培养12~24 h,细胞密度降低,胞体变小,突起缩短;随醋酸铅浓度递增,细胞形态较对照组差异愈加显著(P<0.05).表明染铅浓度与神经细胞形态变化存在剂量效应与时间效应关系.  相似文献

辽宁省章古台固沙林经过经营疏伐与块状采伐以后,通风透光条件改善,促进了天然下种更新。天然更新强度,在采伐迹地为690株·hm^-2,人工更新造林地为575株·hm^-2,油松和赤松林下松树为181株·hm^-2,其他树种295株·hm^-2。通过采取保护1年生樟子松幼树越冬,抚育油松、赤松幼树等措施,促进针叶树天然更新。在更新造林中,沙丘下部与丘间低地营造杨树,利用行间天然更新树木形成阔叶树混交林,沙丘中上部营造针叶树,利用行间天然更新灌木,形成乔灌混交林。  相似文献

对2000-2002年山东沿海6个疫区患病栉孔扇贝进行电镜观察,在消化腺、外套膜、肾和肠的结缔组织细胞和间质细胞中发现一种球形病毒.并引起相直的病理学变化。该病毒具囊膜,直径为130~170nm,核衣壳直径为90~140nm。病毒分离纯化后.观察到的病毒囊膜表面覆有长20nm的纤突。病毒在细胞质中的囊泡样结构内完成装配,其内未发现包涵体存在。从发病疫区栉孔扇贝组织中分离出病毒毒种对键康扇贝进行人工感染。结果显示,各感染实验组发病扇贝表现出与自然海区发病扇贝相同的临床症状。病毒注射组死r二率为?5%,病毒浸浴组死亡率为68.7%.灭活病毒注射组和空白对照组死亡率皆为12.5%。病毒注射、浸浴组与灭活病毒注射组、空白对照组死亡率差异显著。电镜复检结果显示,各感染实验组发病扇贝组织中分布有大量病毒粒子,与自然海区发病扇贝组织所观察到的病毒粒子在形态特征和病理学特征上完全一致。以上结果证明,病毒是导致栉孔扇贝大规模死亡的直接病原。  相似文献

对山羊胚胎大脑皮质形成及其神经元发育的形态学变化进行了研究,结果表明:(1)山羊胚胎不同类型大脑皮质的皮质板形成时间顺序为旧皮质、新皮质→海马皮质,与种系发生规律相反,提示神经系统内部结构的形成并非完全符合种系进化,而与动物个体组织结构自身的发展相关。不同类型大脑皮质皮质板的分化顺序为古皮质→旧皮质→新皮质,与种系发生的顺序相符。(2)山羊胚胎海马皮质锥体细胞的发育较早,按由深到浅的次序发育,而海马皮质中的非锥体细胞于第19周开始发育。梨状叶皮质锥体细胞发育的较早,最先出现在深层,颗粒层第18周出现。大脑新皮质各层神经元发育顺序依次为:内锥体层→外锥体层、多形层→内颗粒层→外颗粒层。各种类型皮质的神经元在出生前都未发育成熟。  相似文献

AIM:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on the inflammatory response and hippocampal JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway in the rats with chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH), and to explore the mechanism of EA attenuating the spatial learning and memory impairment induced by CCH. METHODS:Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group and EA group (n=10). Modified permanent bilateral common carotid artery occlusion was used to establish animal model. The rats in EA group were stimulated at "Baihui" and "Dazhui" acupoints by 2/15 Hz frequency (30 min/d for 4 weeks), while the rats in the other 2 groups received balanced treatment. The spatial learning and memory ability and regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) were detected by the methods of Morris water maze and laser Doppler flowmetry. The concentrations of interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-1β, the mRNA expression of JAK2 and STAT3, and the phosphorylated JAK2 and STAT3 protein levels in the hippocampus were determined by ELISA, RT-PCR and Western blot. The pathological changes of the hippocampus were observed with HE staining. RESULTS:In EA group, the rCBF, the average escape latency at every time point, and the original platform quadrant residence time were better than those in model group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The level of IL-1β in EA group was significantly lower than that in model group (P<0.05), and the level of IL-6 was significantly increased (P<0.05). The mRNA expression of JAK2 and STAT3, and the protein levels of p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 in EA group were significantly higher than those in model group (P<0.05). The impairment of nerve cells in the hippocampal CA1 region was reduced. CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture inhibits inflammatory response, and alleviates the hippocampal damage and the cognitive disorder by regulating IL-6/JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathways.  相似文献

AIM: To study the effect of livin gene-modified bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs) transplantation on the cardiac function following acute myocardial infarction in a rat model and the expression of livin, caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 in the livin gene-modified BM-MSCs. METHODS: The MSCs were obtained by the whole bone marrow culture method, and the apoptosis of the MSCs after infection with adenovirus vector carrying enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP) gene and livin recombinant vector(rAd-livin) were detected by flow cytometry. The expression of livin, caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 was detected by Western blot. After permanent left anterior descending artery occlusion, the rats were randomized to receive intramyocardial injection of DMEM without cells(vehicle group), or containing MSCs(MSCs group), MSCs(EGFP)(rAd-control/MSCs group) or MSCs(livin)(rAd-livin/MSCs group). Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP), the maximum increased rate of left ventricular pressure(-dp/dtmax) and the maximum decline rate of left ventricular pressure(+dp/dtmax) were recorded for evaluating the cardiac functions. RESULTS: The apoptosis of rAd-livin/MSCs was significantly decreased as compared with MSCs and rAd-control/MSCs(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the expression of caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 was significantly downregulated as compared with the other 2 groups(P<0.05). The cardiac function in rAd-livin/MSCs group was significantly improved as compared with DMEM group, and those in the other 2 groups got the similar results, but the function in rAd-livin/MSCs group was better improved. Meanwhile, the number of surviving cells in rAd-livin/MSCs group was significantly improved as compared with the other 2 groups. CONCLUSION: The apoptosis of MSCs is decreased after rAd-livin transfection, and the expression of caspase-3, caspase-7 and caspase-9 is also significantly downregulated while the expression of livin is significantly upregulated. Transplantation of livin-modified BM-MSCs by lentiviral vector results in better prognosis for treating myocardial infarction by enhancing cell survival.  相似文献

Arrhythmia is common in cardiovascular diseases, especially after myocardial infarction. This article reviews the electrophysiologic changes following myocardial infarction at different phases. Modulations of ion channel function that might contribute to electrical remodeling, such as cellular (autocrine/paracrine) factors and regulators of ion channel gene, are discussed. Unresolved problems in ventricular electrical remodeling after myocardial infarction are also considered.  相似文献
