新时代保障"四个安全"的更高要求,需要动物疫病防控舆论引导水平迈上新台阶。强化动物疫病防控主动舆论引导观念是科学防控动物疫病,提升动物卫生部门社会地位与形象以及协调舆论生态环境不确定性的需求。动物疫病防控主动舆论引导能力建设要围绕以下3个关键点:首先要加强面向公众和媒体的舆论引导体系和队伍建设,其次要尽快累积人兽共患突发病、外来病暴发时舆论引导的策略与技术,同时要充分发挥传统大众传播媒体的作用。  相似文献

An approach to clarifying public preferences about silvicultural systems: A case study concerning group selection and clear‐cutting

To avoid large clear‐cut areas in recreation areas, three experiments where group selection was used to transform even‐aged stands of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) into uneven‐aged stands were started. Two of these group selection stands were compared with adjacent forests managed by the clear‐cut system on the basis of the opinion of seven voluntary groups. The respondents have given their judgement of the forest sites in a semantic differential test. All parties made assessments when visiting the forest sites. In addition, two of the groups made assessments of black and white photographs representing the forest sites. The methods used were found to be both reliable and valid. A very low correlation was obtained between the assessment of whole forest areas and the mean value of the assessments of the stands within the same area. According to this study, the group selection method is preferable to clear‐cutting in even‐aged stands of Norway spruce if the attitudes of the voluntary groups are to be met.  相似文献

大学生社会评价的内隐与外显测量及其相互关系

采用内隐联想测验(IAT)以及自编语义差异量表(SDS),从内隐和外显两个角度考察了大学生对政府的社会评价以及两者之间的关系.结果表明:在外显测量中呈现出"政府评价分层"的特点;内隐联想测量发现,被试对中央政府的社会评价明显好于对地方政府的评价.内隐和外显测量之间呈现显著负相关,即外显测量中对中央与地方政府评价差异越大,内隐联想测验中这种评价的差异越小.  相似文献

Ontario supports a vast fisheries resource with an abundance of lakes, rivers and streams. A landscape approach to management informed by a broad‐scale monitoring programme has been initiated to assess the status of fisheries within lakes. However, not all species are assessed by this programme, and there is no provincial monitoring of species inhabiting rivers and streams. As such, changes in the status of a species such as brook trout, Salvelinus fontinalis (Mitchill), could be entirely missed. Brook trout is a highly valued and sought after species by anglers within the province, but there are concerns the species is declining. Given the paucity of broad, empirical data, the status and trends of brook trout across the province have been based on expert opinion at multiple local scales. In 2016, a online questionnaire was sent to brook trout experts to determine status, stressors, management approaches and assess risks (magnitude and probability) to lake and river/stream populations in different geographic areas of Ontario. A Bayesian network was used to analyse responses and develop a risk assessment based on expert opinion for brook trout at multiple scales within the province.  相似文献
