高效解磷菌对矿物专性吸附磷的转化及生物有效性的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
试验以针铁矿 磷复合体为唯一磷源制成筛选培养基,研究本实验室筛选出的高效解磷菌(PEM)对矿物专性吸附磷的活化能力及机理。结果表明PEM能有效地利用矿物吸附磷,微生物利用率和转化率分别达到 57.5%和 61 7%,均明显高于一般土壤微生物(土壤悬液接种)。PEM活化专性吸附磷主要是通过产生有机酸,与矿物吸附磷发生竞争吸附或配位交换作用  相似文献

由桥配位体(bridged ligand)所联结的双金属离子所构成的混合价化合物如[(NH_3)_5Ru(Pyr)Ru(NH_3)_5]~(5+)近年来引起物理学家和化学家广泛的兴趣和重视.直至目前为止,对于该种混合价化合物的电子性质仍存很多争论,不同的理论只能解释某些特性.在所有的模型中都把桥配位体看作一个格点,而忽略了它的内部结构.本文第一次考虑了桥配位体的结构,在此基础上提出了一个6模模型,然后定义一组键合(B),非键合(N),反健合(A)基,把6模哈密顿(Hamiltonian)量变换到这个新的基中去,可得到一组三维势表面,而把所观察到的某些吸收谱和磁的圆振二色向性(MCD)谱解释为三维势表面问能级之间的跃迁,所得到的结果比不考虑桥配位体结构的结果都更符合实验事实.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of IL-4, CD40L on RANTES production in murine renal tubular epithelial cells (TEC). METHODS: TEC were obtained from mouse, expression of RANTES and CD40 on TEC were measured. RESULTS: (1) Activation of TEC with IL-4 resulted in significant increase in CD40 expression (P<0.01).(2) A little RANTES was detectable in supernatants without stimulation. TEC stimulated with either cytokine IL-4 or CD40mAb resulted in strong induction of RANTES production up to 43.61±13.73 or 73.77±4.28(ng/L), respectively. The differences of RANTES between two stimulation groups and that in medium were statistically significant (P<0.01). TEC stimulated with IL-4 and CD40mAb produced more RANTES than that in medium (P<0.01), which was higher than that with single stimulation (P<0.01). (3) TEC stimulated with IL-4 or CD40 activation or combined stimulation of IL-4 and CD40mAb resulted in increase in levels of RANTE mRNA, which were higher than that in medium. CONCLUSION: Co-stimulation of TEC by IL-4 and CD40mAb up-regulated the RANTES production, suggesting the RANTES may participate in the inflammation of TEC.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the expression of CD40 and CD40 ligand(CD40L) during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.METHODS:In the rat modal with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MI/R),the changes of CD40 and CD40L expression in blood and myocardial tissues were detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry, respectively. There were seven animal groups in the study, including the normal group (n=3), the ischemia 30 min group(I30 min,n=6),the ischemia/reperfusion 1 min,5 min,10 min,20 min and 30 min groups(each group, n=6).RESULTS:The indexes of the expression of CD40 and CD40L in I30 min group were higher than those in control group,(P<0.05); the indexes of R5 min,R10 min groups were higher than those in the I30 min group (P<0.05);the indexes were the highest in R5 min and then decreased in R10 min,R20 min,R30 min group. The immunohistochemical results revealed that. CD40-CD40L expression increased on the cardiocyte membraneduring the ischemia/reperfusion injury.CONCLUSION:CD40 and CD40L may participate in the development of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.  相似文献

为了明确棉花种质资源中类固醇5α-还原酶(Steroid 5 alpha-reductase,DET2)基因单核苷酸多态性,了解核苷酸位点变异对其编码蛋白配体结合域的影响并开发功能分子标记,本研究采用同源基因特异扩增、测序的方法,筛查不同棉花材料的DET2基因编码区突变,分析DET2基因编码蛋白质的三级结构及配体结合位点及其与纤维品质和育性的相关性。结果表明,包含陆地棉、海岛棉、雷蒙德氏棉在内的13份棉属材料DET2基因序列一致性为98.7%,编码区25个碱基易突变位点中有8个位点涉及编码氨基酸变化;该基因编码的蛋白二级、三级结构基本相似,但是配体结合位点差异较大;编码蛋白配体结合域共有8种类型,与品种间SNP组合类型完全相符。DET2基因与棉花纤维品质形成相关,但与育性无关。  相似文献

[目的]探索印楝素与吡虫啉混配防治牛蒡长管蚜的最佳配比及其防效。[方法]采用叶片浸渍法研究印楝素与吡虫啉混配对牛蒡长管蚜的增效作用及两种药剂混配的最佳配比。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明,印楝素与吡虫啉混用防治牛蒡长管蚜具有明显的增效作用。在印楝素与吡虫啉按有效成分104∶1比例进行混配,增效作用明显,共毒系数达142.179 3。田间试验结果表明,10%吡虫啉WP 2 000倍防治牛蒡长管蚜显示出高效、快速的特点,药后1 d防治效果就超过了91%,药后7 d超过94%。0.32%印楝素EC 500倍防治效果比较低,药后7 d才达到75.13%,但与吡虫啉按有效成分104∶1比例进行混配后的600、800倍液药后7 d的防治效果超过了93%。[结论] 该研究为牛蒡长管蚜无公害综合治理技术的制定提供了依据。  相似文献

整联蛋白是一类α/β异源二聚体膜受体分子,通过细胞膜的双向信号转导作用以调节细胞分化、迁移、免疫、黏附等生物学功能。整联蛋白能通过多种途径如黏附斑激酶、胞内-外离子浓度及结构域构象变化等介导细胞信号转导。近年来,研究的焦点是整联蛋白如何通过构象的改变来调节细胞信号转导以及对配体的亲和力。论文主要从分子水平上就整联蛋白结构和介导的信号转导机理进行了综述。  相似文献

In this study, the bovine plasma proteome was analysed using a three step protocol: (1) plasma was treated with a combinatorial peptide ligand library (CPLL) to assimilate the differences in concentrations of different proteins in raw plasma; (2) CPLL-treated material was fractionated by three standard electrophoretic separation techniques, and (3) samples were analysed by nano-liquid chromatography (nLC) matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation (MALDI) time-of-flight tandem (TOF/TOF) mass spectrometry. The efficiencies of three fractionation protocols for plasma proteome analysis were compared.After size fractionation by sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS–PAGE), resolution of proteins was better and yields of identified proteins were higher than after charge-based fractionation by preparative gel-free isoelectric focussing. For proteins with isoelectric points >6 and molecular weights ?63 kDa, the best results were obtained with a ‘shotgun’ approach, in which the CPLL-treated plasma was digested and the peptides, rather than the proteins, were fractionated by gel-free isoelectric focussing. However, the three fractionation techniques were largely complementary, since only about one-third of the proteome was identified by each approach.  相似文献

AIM:To study the expression of programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) in human gastric cancer cells with or without the stimulation of interferon-γ (IFN-γ). METHODS:The protein levels of PD-L1 in 4 different human gastric cancer cell lines AGS, BGC823, MGC803 and SGC7901 with or without IFN-γ treatment were analyzed by flow cytometry. The mRNA expression of PD-L1 in those cell lines was also detected by real-time PCR. RESULTS:Flow cytometry analysis showed that the rates of PD-L1 surface expression in the 4 human gastric cancer cell lines AGS, BGC823, MGC803 and SGC7901 were (1.567±0.109)%, (2.640±0.577)%, (1.760±0.236)% and (16.030±1.289)%, respectively. After the 4 gastric cancer cell lines were treated with IFN-γ at different concentrations or for different time, the PD-L1 surface expression increased at different levels with significant differences between groups. Real-time PCR also indicated that IFN-γ up-regulated PD-L1 expression at mRNA level. CONCLUSION: PD-L1 surface expression is found in human gastric cancer cell lines AGS, BGC823, MGC803 and SGC7901. IFN-γ up-regulates the expression of PD-L1. SGC7901 cell line, which is from metastatic lymph nodes, expresses the highest protein level of PD-L1 among the 4 cell lines, indicating that PD-L1 expression may be related to lymph node metastasis, not to differentiation grade. IFN-γ may mediate the tumor immune escape so that it should be carefully applied in the treatment of gastric cancer.  相似文献
