舒心饮对急性心肌缺血小鼠血小板影响的研究

目的：研究舒心饮对急性心肌缺血小鼠血小板的影响.方法建立小鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注模型,随机选取45只雄性ICR小鼠,依据随机数字表法将这些小鼠分为假手术组、模型组、舒心饮大剂量组、舒心饮小剂量组、抵克立得组5组,每组9只.连续灌胃1个月后造模、采血.运用流式细胞术、单克隆抗体对小鼠CD62 P的阳性表达率进行测定,运用比浊法对小鼠PAR、Fg浓度进行测定,运用放射免疫法对小鼠TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α及其比值进行测定.结果模型组小鼠的CD62 P阳性表达率、PAR、Fg浓度、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α均显著高于假手术组、舒心饮大剂量、舒心饮小剂量组、抵克立得组（P〈0.05）.结论舒心饮能够对急性心肌缺血小鼠的血小板活化进行有效抑制,从而能对冠心病进行有效防治.  相似文献

Effects of peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptors in platelet membrane on patients with depression after first attack of cerebral infarction

AIM：To evaluate the changes of peripheral-type benzodiazepine receptors (PBRs) in platelet membrane in post-stroke depression (PSD) patients and to investigate the effects of PBRs on PSD. METHODS：Forty-three patients with PSD, fifty-nine patients with first-ever cerebral infarction and fifty-six healthy volunteers participated in this study. Platelet membrane in venous blood was prepared. Binding assay of the radioactive PBRs antagonist ［3H］PK11195 to platelet membrane was performed. RESULTS：A significant difference of ［3H］PK11195 binding was found among the 3 groups (P<0.01). Compared with the healthy volunteers ［(298.2±25.1） pmol/(g protein)］, a highly significant increase in ［3H］PK11195 binding was observed in platelet membrane in the patients with first attack of cerebral infarction ［(1 410.8±41.4） pmol/(g protein), P<0.01］. Compared with the patients with first attack of cerebral infarction, a significant reduction in ［3H］PK11195 binding was detected in platelet membrane in the patients with PSD ［(361.7±30.6) pmol/(g protein), P<0.01］. In the patients with PSD, no significant difference of ［3H］PK11195 binding was found between men and women (P>0.05). ［3H］PK11195 binding was related to the score of Hamilton depression rating scale (r=-0.44, P<0.01) but not to the duration of cerebral infarction (r=0.27,P>0.05). CONCLUSION:PBRs binding activity in platelet membrane decreases in the patients with PSD and affects the degree of depression.  相似文献

目的：研究裙带菜膳食纤维对大鼠红细胞膜及血小板细胞膜流动性，为裙带菜膳食纤维利用提供实验依据。方法：将60只正常大鼠分为正常对照组，水不溶性裙带菜膳食纤维低剂量组（5％）、高剂量组（10％），连续30d颈总动脉插管取抗凝血，测定其荧光偏振度ρ、求得微粘度η、细胞膜流动LFU。结果：裙带菜膳食纤维组的血小板细胞膜的流动性明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），而荧光偏振度及血小板细胞的微粘度明显低于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：裙带菜膳食纤维可增强大鼠红细胞膜及血小板细胞膜的流动性。  相似文献   

Histograms of Complete Blood Counts in Dogs: Maximizing Diagnostic Information

Histograms, which are an integral part of the automated complete blood count, are now available through most of the automatic hematology analyzers used in veterinary clinical practice. Data concerning the size and number of blood cells are graphically presented in histograms, and their variations are also illustrated. Important information that is not apparent from numerical results are sometimes provided by histograms. Histograms are also referred to as frequency distribution curves and are essentially graphs resulting from the placement of the sizes of cells on the x-axis and the number of cells on the y-axis. Typically, automated analyzers provide histograms for each class of blood cells, that is, for erythrocytes, leukocytes, and platelets. Thus, when the erythrocyte histogram shows asymmetry with a right shift, it means the size of the erythrocytes is greater than normal (macrocytosis); when it presents a left shift, the size of the erythrocytes is less than normal (microcytosis). When two peaks are found in the curve, two populations of erythrocytes coexist, as in the case of a blood transfusion or therapeutic response. In the leukocyte histogram, three peaks are found: the closest to the y-axis (left) corresponds to the lymphocytes, the middle to the monocytes, and the right to the polymorphonuclear cells (neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils). Finally, in platelet histogram, asymmetry with a right shift suggests the presence of giant platelets or schistocytes. Although the histogram is not recommended as a stand-alone test, it allows the practitioner to observe abnormalities in the distribution curve that correspond to abnormalities in the size or number of cells, and to quickly make diagnostic or therapeutic decisions that are particularly important in emergencies.  相似文献

Immune-mediated thrombocytopenia associated with angiostrongylus vasorum infection in a Jack Russell terrier

A twenty-month-old Jack Russell terrier was presented with a four-day history of thrombocytopenia, echymotic inguinal haemorrhages, coughing and reduced exercise tolerance. Clinical examination revealed several petechial haemorrhages on the gingivae and small echymotic haemorrhages in the inguinal region, along with mild bilateral epistaxis. Haematology confirmed a platelet count of 1.0 × 10/L. Thoracic radiographs revealed a wide-spread mixed alveolar-interstitial lung pattern, apparent throughout the entire lungfield, but particularly marked within the left lung lobes. A presumptive diagnosis of immune-mediated thrombocytopenia was made and the dog was treated with vincristine and immunosuppressive doses of prednisolone. Initially anaemia developed following gastrointestinal haemorrhage; however, after symptomatic treatment the dog showed a marked clinical improvement. Evaluation for an underlying cause of the disease revealed Angiostrongylus vasorum L1 larvae on faecal analysis and treatment with fenbendazole was commenced. The dog made a full clinical recovery with all treatment was withdrawn within five weeks of diagnosis. This is the second report of immune-mediated thrombocytopenia associated with Angiostrongylus vasorum infection and it is the first to be successfully managed. The report highlights that Angiostrongylus vasorum should be considered in young dogs presented with thrombocytopenia.  相似文献
