春秋2个季节在温室利用风媒接种方法对搜集的102份香瓜和14份菜瓜种质资源进行了白粉病抗性评价,结果鉴定出7份香瓜和1份菜瓜高抗白粉病,其病情指数为零,1份菜瓜抗病,其病情指数0.9,表明我国香瓜和菜瓜地方品种资源中蕴涵着潜在的改良甜瓜白粉病抗性的基因资源。  相似文献

AIM:To explore the effects of PMA(phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate, a tumor promoter, mimicking the action of diacylglycerol on PKC)and laminin on the adhesion and the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and provide a new clue to liver cancer treatment.METHODS:Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line(BEL-7402)was used to identify the endogenous laminin and protein kinase C-α(PKC-α) expression, and the effects of laminin and PMA on the adhesion and the proliferation were also investigatedin vitro.RESULTS:By the effect of exogenous laminin, human hepatocellular carcinoma cell (BEL-7402) possessed endogenous laminin expression and increased the adhesion and the proliferation, which was showed the synergistic action by the effect of PMA in combination. By the action of PMA alone, the proliferation and the PKC-α expression increased by exogenous laminin were decreased, and the adhesion and the endogenous laminin expression were increased.CONCLUSIONS:The finding suggested that the adhesion and the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell were closely related to the effects of endogenous or exogenous laminin, which were associated with cPKC-α activity. Therefore, the application of anti-laminin antibody in combination with PKC antagonist might be a new clue to find out the therapy for liver cancer.  相似文献   

Study on relationship between expression of PKCα in glomeruli and development of nephropathy in diabetic rats

AIM:To observe the dynamic changes of expression of PKCα, TGF-β₁ and α-SMA in glomeruli of diabetic rats induced by the alloxon and to invesitigate their roles in the diabetic nephropathy(DN).METHODS:Rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group (group A), diabetic group of one week (group B), diabetic group of one month (group C), diabetic group of two months (group D). Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of PKCα, TGF-β₁ and α-SMA in renal tissue of all groups. Blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, creatinine and urine protein were analysed by chemical methods. The morphological changes of renal tissue were checked through microscopy.RESULTS:The expression of PKCα and TGF-β₁ in renal tissue of diabetic groups were increased comparing with those of nomal control group(P<0.05). The mesangial cells expressed α-SMA in two months group. Chronologically the expression of PKCα, TGF-β₁ and α-SMA were positively correlative with each other and the impairment of kidney was also observed.CONCLUSIONS: During the DN process the expression of PKCα increased. PKCα raised GFR and the permeability of glomerular filtration membrane which enhanced urinary albumin excretion. PKCα also increased expression of TGF-β and therefore to induce the expression of α-SMA. The appearance of α-SMA was a marker of the phenotypic transform of renal cells.  相似文献

本文报道了台湾樟芝 (Antradiacomphora)液体深层培养过程中 ,六种不同碳素营养源组成的合成液体培养基 ,对樟芝菌球生长的影响 ,结果表明 ,樟芝对六种碳源均可利用 ,其中以麦芽糖利用效果最佳 ,菌球数量及菌丝体干重均居首位 ,菌球数量是对照的 3 5 5倍 ,菌丝体干重比对照高出1 73倍 ,樟芝对乳糖的利用较差 ,菌球数量虽比CK仅少 2 5个 / 10 0mL ,但菌体干重相差较大 ,每10 0mL相差 2 5 6 9mg。对樟芝发酵液pH测定情况看来 ,不同碳源组成的培养基终止pH表现不同 ,以麦芽糖、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖为碳源的培养基终止pH为 4 5～ 5 0左右。甘露醇为碳源的培养基终止发酵pH为 3 5～ 4 0 ,而乳糖则为 5 5以上。试验表明 ,樟芝菌丝生长极其缓慢 ,在液体深层培养过程中 ,若培养基配方不合理 ,菌球就不生长 ,本文筛选了适合樟芝深层培养的碳素营养源 ,为樟芝的开发和利用提供了科学依据  相似文献

离子对高效液相色谱法测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6含量

建立了同时测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6含量的离子对HPLC方法.采用ODS色谱柱,流动相为磷酸二氢钾和庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(每1L中含磷酸二氢钾13.6 g与庚烷磺酸钠1.0 g)-甲醇-三乙胺(85∶15∶0.4),用磷酸调pH至2.8;检测波长290 nm,以峰面积计算,外标法定量.甲硝唑和维生素B6的线性范围分别为100～300 μg/mL(r=0.999 9)和5～50 μg/mL(r=0.999 9);平均回收率分别为100.2%(RSD=1.0%,n=6),99.8%(RSD=1.2%,n=6).该方法测定结果准确,操作简便,回收率高.  相似文献

通过向日粮中添加不同水平有机硒(0,0.15mg/kg)和维生素E(10,30,100IU/kg),测定热应激不同阶段试验鸡肝脏、肾脏及血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,日粮中添加有机硒和维生素E可明显降低肝脏、肾脏及血清中MDA的含量(P<0.05),提高GSH-Px活性,增强机体的抗氧化能力,提高试验鸡的抗热应激性能。  相似文献
