早熟春大白菜新品种三园春皇的选育

从北京、天津引进的大白菜品种中选育出两个自交不亲和系 90 2和 90 7,继而配制成春大白菜一代杂种三园春皇。该品种早熟 ,生长期 6 0～ 6 5d(天 ) ;一般 6 6 7m2 产量 40 0 0～ 6 0 0 0kg ,比对照鲁春白 1号增产16 % ;抗病毒病和霜霉病 ,对软腐病的抗性与对照相近 ;叶球橄榄形 ,质地脆嫩 ,品质优良。单球质量 2～ 2 .5kg  相似文献   

Effects of tetrandrine and fructose-1, 6-diphosphate on the elevated intrasynaptosomal [Ca²+]_i induced by excitatory amino acids

AIM: To study the effects of tetrandrine(Tet) and fructose-1, 6-diphosphate(FDP) on the elevated intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i induced by excitatory amino acids(EAA). METHODS: A rapid method for preparing synaptosomes was used, and intrasynaptosomal free calcium([Ca²⁺]_i) was measured by using the fluorescent indicator quin-2. RESULTS: L-glutamate(Glu, 100 μmol/L), aspartate(Asp, 100 μmol·L^-1), N-methy1-D-aspartate(100 μmol/L) and Glu(50 μmol/L) plus Asp(50 μmol/L) all elevated intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i in a dose-dependent manner. Pretreatment with Tet(10, 30, 60 μmol/L), FDP(15, 30, 75, 150 μmol/L), MK-801(10, 20 μmol/L) and Tet(15, 30 μmol/L) plus FDP(15, 30 μmol/L) all attenuated the increase in intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i induced by EAAs mentioned as above in a dose-dependent manner, and the effect of Tet plus FDP was most significant. CONCLUSION: Both Tet and FDP inhibited a rise in intrasynaptosomal [Ca²⁺]_i induced by EAAs, which may be one of mechanisms that Tet and FDP pretect cerebral tissues against ischemia injury.  相似文献   

Protein expression of cyclin D₂ and p16 in proliferation and differentiation of cultured cardiac myocytes

AIM:To investigate the protein expression of cyclin D₂ and p16 in proliferation and differentiation of cultured cardiac myocytes.METHODS:One-day-old Sparague-Dawley rats were used. Cardiac myocytes(CM) were collected by a trypsin-dispersal method and cultured. Cell growth line and fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) were used to investigate the proliferation of CM. Ultra-thin sections were made to observe the ultrastructure of CM under transmission electron microscope. The expression of cyclin D₂ and p16 in CM were measured using immunocytochemistry and image analysis.RESULTS:①Results of cell growth line and FACS analysis showed that cultured CM could proliferate in the first 3 cultured days, but the ability decreased quickly, concomitant with differentiation. CM was obseved quiescent in cell cycle three days later. The ultrastructure of CM showed the large amount of myofilaments and mitochondrion. ②The protein expression of cyclin D₂ in 3,4,5 day CM group was 0.89 times(P＜0.05),0.80 times (P＜0.05) and 0.56 times (P＜0.01) of that in 1 day group, respectively. The expression of p16 in CM was increased during the culture process, 2,3,4,5 day group were 1.63 times, 1.72 times, 1.99 times and 2.84 times (P＜0.01) of that in 1 day group, respectively.CONCLUSION:Cultured neonatal rat cardiac myocytes could proliferate during the first 3 days after incubation, but the ability of proliferation decreased, from the fourth day, concomitant with differentiation. Cyclin D₂ and p16 play the key roles in CM postnatal development. Downregulation of cyclin D₂ and upregulation of p16 may induce CM differentiation.  相似文献   

Effects of angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy on the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas

AIM: To investigate the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas under angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy. METHODS: The brain tumor model was produced in Wistar rats by stereotaxic inoculation of C6 glioma cells (1×10¹² /L). Tumor-bearing rats were treated with carmustine, teniposide and lisplatin (chemotherapy) during angiotensin II-induced hypertension. Then, the survival time of tumor-bearing rats, tumor blood flow, the concentration of drug, volume of gliomas and the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in glioma were examined.RESULTS: The survival time of tumor-bearing rats was significantly longer in chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension group than that of chemotherapy alone. In addition, regional tumor blood flow, the concentration of chemotherapeutic drug and the activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme in transplanted rat gliomas were increased, while the volume of gliomas was decreased in hypertention chemotherapy group compared with chemotherapy alone. CONCLUSION: Chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension has a enhancing effect on chemotherapy for improving the drug delivery to tumor tissue by a increased tumor blood flow and enhancing activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme.  相似文献

粉纹夜蛾离体细胞对Bt Cry1Ac毒素的抗性发展及其交互抗性

以Cry1Ac活性毒素逐代筛选抗性粉纹夜蛾离体细胞BTI-TN-5B1,抗性发展速度呈S形曲线,经56代选择后,抗性比上升至1 280倍.在去除选择压力后,抗性比逐渐下降.低水平抗性细胞抗性衰退较快,而高水平抗性细胞抗性衰退较缓慢.抗性比衰退至1.5倍的细胞在复筛后抗性比恢复较快.抗性细胞对苏云金杆菌工程菌GC-91(Bt GC-91)、苏云金杆菌鲇泽亚种(B.t.awazai)和苏云金杆菌库斯塔克亚种(B.t.kurstaki)的复合毒素晶体的活性毒素都具有较高的交互抗性,但对农药无交互抗性,对杆状病毒的敏感性也没发生变化.  相似文献

Fungi isolated in Brazil, from lettuce, broccoli, spinach, melon and tomato, were identified as Rhizoctonia solani. All lettuce isolates anastomosed with both AG 1-IA and IB subgroups and all isolates from broccoli, spinach, melon and tomato anastomosed with AG 4 subgroup HG-I, as well as with subgroups HG-II and HG-III. DNA sequence analyses of ribosomal internal transcribed spacers showed that isolates from lettuce were AG 1-IB, isolates from tomato and melon were AG 4 HG-I, and isolates from broccoli and spinach were AG 4 HG-III. The tomato isolates caused stem rot symptoms, the spinach, broccoli and melon isolates caused hypocotyl and root rot symptoms on the respective host plants and the lettuce isolates caused bottom rot. This is the first report on the occurrence in Brazil of R. solani AG 4 HG-I in tomato and melon, of AG 4 HG-III in broccoli and spinach and of AG 1-IB in lettuce.  相似文献
