金柑总黄酮对小鼠胃肠吸收功能的影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
以金柑总黄酮为原料,采用阿托品建立抑制胃肠吸收的动物模型,探讨不同产地(湖南浏阳、江西遂川)与不同剂量(160mg/kg、80 mg/kg、20 mg/kg)的金柑总黄酮对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进率和小肠吸收功能的影响.结果表明:与模型对照组比,两个高剂量组的小鼠胃酚红排空、小肠酚红推进率和对木糖的吸收具有极显著的影响(P<0.01),两个中剂量组有显著影响(P<0.05),两个低剂量组无显著影响.  相似文献

Three pairs of monoterpene glycosides (16), of which compounds 1, 3, and 4 as new compounds, together with one new monoterpene (7) were obtained from the ethanol extract of Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews. Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical methods and spectral data. On this basis, the spectral characteristics of three pairs of monoterpene glycosides were also discussed. The inhibitory effects of isolated compounds on nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide-activated macrophages were evaluated, and NO production was suppressed significantly by compounds 47.  相似文献

The ethylacetate and n-butanol fractions of ethanolic extract of Platanus orientalis leaves led to the isolation of new acylated flavonol glycoside as 3',5,7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavonol 3-[O-2-O-(2,4-Dihydroxy)-E-cinnamoyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside, along with seven known compounds. All the compounds were characterized by NMR including 2D NMR techniques. The isolates were evaluated for NF-κB, nitric oxide (NO), aromatase and QR2 chemoprevention activities and some of them appeared to be modestly active.  相似文献

6种黔产清热类中草药主要抗氧化成分的含量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了对开发利用黔产清热类中草药提供参考,用常规方法测定了6种中草药中的总黄酮、多酚及多糖在水和乙醇提取液中的含量。结果表明:6种清热类中草药水提取液中,头花蓼的黄酮含量和多酚含量最高,分别为47.22mg/g和34.73mg/g;多糖含量以龙胆草的最高,为226.04mg/g。醇提取液中,黄酮含量最高的是头花蓼,为27.32mg/g;多酚含量最高的是黄柏,为28.24mg/g;多糖含量最高的是龙胆草,为22.89mg/g。6种中草药中,黄柏、头花蓼和栀子提取黄酮时宜用水作提取溶剂,射干、板蓝根和龙胆草提取黄酮时宜用乙醇作提取溶剂;除板蓝根外,黄柏、射干、头花蓼、龙胆草和栀子提取多酚时宜用水作提取溶剂;6种中草药提取多糖均宜用水作提取溶剂。  相似文献

探讨了超声波法提取柚皮中黄酮类物质的主要因素,采用单因素试验及正交试验法确定了最佳的提取工艺,研究结果表明:固波比1:15,超声功率500W,超声时间12min,乙醇浓度为50%,此时黄酮的总提取率可达0.857%。从而为柚皮黄酮的综合利用及保健食品的开发研究提供了可靠的依据。  相似文献

The cardiac glycoside, digitoxin, from Digitalis purpurea L (Scrophulariaceae), a cardiac glycosidal (cardenolide) extract from Calotropis procera (Ait) R Br (Asclepiadaceae), azadirachtin and neem oil from Azadirachta indica A Juss (Meliaceae) were tested for their effects against larvae and adult stages of the camel tick, Hyalomma dromedarii Koch (Acari: Ixodidae). The contact LC50 values of the first three materials against adults were 4.08, 9.63 and >40.7 microg cm(-2), respectively, whereas the dipping LC50 values of the four materials were 409.9, 1096, >5000 and >5000 mg litre(-1), respectively. Contact and dipping LC50 values of the extract and azadirachtin against larvae were 6.16, >20.3 microg cm(-2) and 587.7 and >2500 mg litre(-1), respectively. Azadirachtin had no effects on egg production or feeding of adults up to 5000 mg litre(-1); however at 2500 mg litre(-1), it caused significant reduction in feeding activity of larve, prolonged the period for moulting to nymphal stage, and caused 60% reduction in moultability. Results of the two cardiac glycoside materials are comparable with those of several commercial acaricides. The risks and benefits associated with the use of cardiac glycosides are considered.  相似文献

【目的】以总黄酮含量作为指标,优化苦荞的萌发工艺,探究其体外抗氧化活性。【方法】通 过单因素试验,研究光照强度、萌发温度、萌发时间和相对湿度对萌发苦荞总黄酮含量的影响。在单因素基础 上,通过正交试验设计优化苦荞的萌发工艺。比较萌发前后苦荞中主要黄酮类化合物的变化,并以 DPPH·自 由基清除率、亚铁还原能力(FRAP)以及 ABTS+ ·自由基清除率为评价指标,研究其体外抗氧化活性的变化。 【结果】苦荞最优萌发工艺条件为光照强度 7 500 lx、萌发温度 25 ℃、相对湿度 80%、萌发时间 48 h,该条件 下苦荞的黄酮含量为 7.489%、较萌发前提高 5.927 个百分点,其中金丝桃苷、芦丁和 4''-O- 葡萄糖苷牡荆素含 量显著提高;萌发后苦荞的 DPPH·自由基清除率为 54.39%、ABTS+ ·自由基清除率为 52.12%、FRAP 还原能力 为 64.87%,比萌发前均有显著提高。【结论】苦荞种子萌发有利于提高其黄酮含量和抗氧化活性,可用于苦荞 功能性产品的开发,促进苦荞的高值化利用。  相似文献

AIM:To study the effects of Radix Tetrastigma hemsleyani flavone (RTHF) on the viability, apoptosis and MAPK signaling pathway in human acute promyelocytic leukemia NB-4 cells. METHODS:The inhibitory effects of RTHF on the viability and proliferation of NB-4 cells were measured by CCK-8 assay and BrdU test. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the apoptosis of NB-4 cells induced by RTHF, and the cell cycle distribution after RTHF treatment. The levels of apoptosis- and MAPK pathway-related proteins in the NB4 cells were determined by Western blot. RESULTS:RTHF inhibited the viability and proliferation of NB-4 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner, and the IC50 at 48 h was 2.26 g/L. RTHF blocked NB-4 cells into the cell proliferation cycle, with stagnation in the G2 phase. Meanwhile, RTHF induced apoptosis of the cells, down-regulated the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2, and up-regulated the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins Bax, caspase-3 and Cyt-C, in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05). The expression of ERK5 was decreased, and p38 was increased induced after RTHF treatment. However, no obvious change of ERK1/2 and JNK after RTHF treatment was observed. CONCLUSION:RTHF effectively inhibits the viability and proliferation, and induces apoptosis of leukemic NB-4 cells in vitro. Its mechanism may be related to signaling pathways of p38 MAPK and apoptosis proteins.  相似文献

目的 研究刺五加叶不同采收时期黄酮类化合物含量变化规律。方法 分别采用紫外分光光度法以及UPLC-Q/TOF-MS技术对不同采收时期的刺五加叶进行总黄酮的含量测定以及黄酮类化合物的成分分析,并分别进行刺五加叶不同采收时期的黄酮类化合物趋势研究。 结果 刺五加叶总黄酮含量分别在5月初、8月中旬、9月末较高,在5月到8月这段生长季节含量有所下降,共找出11个明显上升趋势,11个明显下降趋势的黄酮类化合物并予以趋势分析,结果表明两种方法得到的不同采收时期刺五加叶总黄酮含量变化趋势一致。结论 刺五加叶不同采收时期黄酮类化合物含量变化具有明显趋势,本实验为更好的开发和利用刺五加叶提供了理论依据。  相似文献
