10月龄蛋用鹌鹑 50羽 ,随机分为对照组 (基础日粮 )和试验组 (基础日粮添加 0 9%寡果糖 ) ,研究日粮添加寡果糖 (FOS)对蛋用鹌鹑生产性能、脂肪代谢、免疫及内分泌机能的影响。结果表明 :试验组鹌鹑的产蛋率和蛋重提高 ,料蛋比下降 ;血清总胆固醇 (P <0 0 5)和蛋黄胆固醇浓度降低 ;T淋巴细胞转化率和血液中三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3)水平显著提高 (P <0 0 5)。试验结果表明 ,寡果糖对蛋用鹌鹑产蛋性能有一定促进作用 ,显著影响脂肪代谢 ,提高细胞免疫功能 ,同时使血液中甲状腺激素水平发生显著变化。  相似文献

In this experiment, a feeding trial was performed to determine the effects of fructooligosaccharide (FOS) on growth performance, digestive enzyme activity and immune response of Japanese sea bass, Lateolabrax japonicus juveniles (initial weight 38.3 ± 0.5 g), and the fish were examined following feeding with six levels of FOS (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 and 6 g/kg) for 28 days. Significant enhancement of weight gain (WG) and specific growth rate (SGR) was found in fish fed 1 g/kg FOS incorporated diets (p < .05), while the feed conversion ratio (FCR) in the 1, 2 g/kg FOS groups reduced significantly compared with the control (p < .05). Besides, the crude lipid in the 4, 6 g/kg FOS groups increased significantly compared with the control (p < .05). On the other hand, the erepsin and lipase activities significantly elevated in intestine of fish fed 2 g/kg FOS (p < .05) and the lysozyme activity in serum of fish fed 2 g/kg FOS were significantly higher than that in the control (p < .05). Moreover, the alkaline phosphatase activities in serum of fish fed 0.5, 1, 2 g/kg FOS were significantly higher than in control (p < .05). Regression analysis showed that the relationships between dietary FOS levels and either SGR, FCR, erepsin or lysozyme activities were best expressed by regression equations, and the optimal inclusion levels are 1.37, 1.80, 3.06, 3.11, 1.93 and 1.80 g/kg for SGR, FCR, erepsin, lipase, lysozyme and total superoxide dismutase activities, respectively. Overall, this study revealed that FOS incorporated diets could beneficial for L. japonicus culture in terms of increasing the growth, digestion and immune activities. Under the present experimental condition, the optimal supplementary level of FOS in the diet of L. japonicus is 1–3 g/kg.  相似文献

Cereal-based products, such as bread, are staple foods in the western diet. Due to the nature of their basic ingredients and the diversity of recipes, the amount of fermentable short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) in those products may be high. This study characterized the FODMAP-profiles of a broad range of cereal-product ingredients, serving as a basis for low FODMAP product development. Different cereals, pseudo-cereals, gluten-free flours, pulses, pulse protein ingredients, commercial sprouts, and other cereal-product ingredients were analyzed, using anion-exchange chromatography with electrochemical detection. Wheat and related cereals were high in fructans. Pulses, such as peas contained high galactooligosaccharides (GOS) amounts. Whereas GOS levels in pulse protein ingredients varied, depending on their production. Gluten-free flours, for instance, rice-flour, showed low FODMAP-profiles. Amongst those, buckwheat, which does not contain any of the FODMAPs investigated, contained high amounts of other soluble non-digestible carbohydrates, namely fagopyritols; these may have a similar effect on a sensitive gut as GOS. Finally, ingredients contained mainly high levels of fructans and GOS. Yet, the analysis of commonly consumed commercial cereal products, including bread, pasta, crackers and biscuits, highlighted the relevance of lactose, fructose in excess of glucose and polyols. This experiment was aimed to study the effect of fructooligosaccharides on the structure and diversity of rumen bacterial community in dairy cows by 16S rDNA sequencing technology.Four lactating dairy cows with similar lactation stages and the same parity were randomly divided into two groups using two-phase cross design method.The cows in control group were fed with basal diet and that in test group were fed with the basal diet with 60 g/(d·head) fructooligosaccharides.The experiment was designed through 2×2 cross-over test with 21 d in each stage (14 d for pre-experiment and 7 d for test) and 14 d transitional period of cross test.The rumen fluid samples were collected at 0 (before feeding),2,4,6,9 and 12 h after feeding by cattle catheter.Each phase was collected continuously for 3 days,and the structure and diversity of rumen bacterial community were measured by 16S rDNA sequencing technology.The results of Alpha diversity indexes (Simpson,Shannon),richness indexes (Chao,Ace) and Beta diversity profile showed that the addition of fruitooligosaccharide decreased the bacterial diversity in the rumen of dairy cows.And the results of 16S rDNA sequencing showed that according to the analysis at phylum level,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and Proteobacteria accounted for more than 95% of the total bacterial population in cow rumen of two groups.The addition of fructooligosaccharides significantly decreased the abundance of Bacteria_NA (P < 0.05),and the abundance of Synergistetes showed an increasing trend (P=0.075).According to the analysis at genus level,fructooligosaccharides significantly increased the abundance of the Pseudomonas (P < 0.05),extremely significantly increased the abundance of Bacteroides (P < 0.01),while the abundance of Dehalobacterium significantly decreased (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the abundance of Ruminococcus,Butyrivibrio,Succiniclasticum and Lachnospiraceae_NA in test group was increased by 80.0%,7.5%,127.9% and 20.0%,respectively,but these differences were not significant (P > 0.05).Under the test conditions,the addition of fructooligosaccharides had a certain effect on the diversity and structure of rumen bacterial flora in dairy cows,which significantly increased the abundance of Pseudomonas which unfermented sugar,extremely significantly increased the abundance of Bacteroides which used carbohydrates as a source of fermentation,had an accelerating effect on the abundance of rumen fiber degrading bacteria.  相似文献

选用陶赛特F2代断奶公羔40只,随机分成4组,研究低聚糖对断奶羔羊小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加低聚果糖FOS(0.3%)、低聚异麦芽糖IMO(0.3%)和复合低聚糖(0.1%FOS+0.2%IMO)均可提高断奶羔羊胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P>0.05)及小肠黏膜上皮内sIEL数量(P<0.05);FOS可提高小肠黏膜上皮GC的数量I,MO和复合低聚糖可降低GC数量(P>0.05)I;MO和复合低聚糖可提高断奶羔羊小肠黏膜中MC细胞的数量(P>0.05)。提示断奶羔羊日粮中添加低聚糖可增加其小肠黏膜免疫相关细胞的数量,增强断奶羔羊小肠黏膜免疫功能,提高其免疫力。  相似文献

This study aimed at evaluating the effects of short‐chain fructooligosaccharides (scFOS), xylooligosaccharides (XOS) and galactooligosaccharides (GOS) on growth performance, hepatic metabolism, gut microbiota and digestive enzymes activities of white sea bream juveniles. Four diets were formulated: a control diet with fish meal (FM) and plant feedstuffs (PF) (30FM:70PF) and three test diets similar to control but supplemented with 10 g of scFOS, XOS or GOS per kilo diet, which were fed to fish during 12 weeks. Prebiotics had no effect on growth, feed efficiency or gut microbiota. Plasmatic triglycerides were lower in fish fed XOS than FOS and GOS diets. Malic enzyme activity was lower in fish fed XOS than FOS diet. Fish fed XOS diet had lower fatty acid synthetase (FAS), a key lipogenic enzyme and higher alanine aminotransferase activities. Fifteen days after the start of the trial, an enhancement of total alkaline protease, trypsin and lipase activities was observed in fish fed prebiotics, but such effect disappeared at 12 weeks. In conclusion, scFOS, XOS or GOS seem to have limited applicability in white sea bream feed.  相似文献

研究了半纯合日粮分别添加 0 .4 %的茶多酚 (TP)和果寡糖 (FOS)对 2 8~ 4 2日龄母肉鸡的生产性能等的影响。结果为 ,添加TP和FOS比对照显著降低了死亡率、腹腔脂肪重量和腹腔脂肪率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并且TP对腹腔脂肪的抑制效果比FOS大 (P <0 0 5 ) ;添加TP显著降低了盲肠菌群的总数、各菌群的数量以及细菌代谢产物的总量(P <0 0 5 ) ;添加FOS不影响盲肠菌群的总数 ,但选择性地显著增加了双歧杆菌 (Bifidobacteri)和真细菌 (Eubacteria)群、降低了其他菌群的数量以及酚类和吲哚的含量 (P <0 0 5 )。试验认为 ,茶多酚和果寡糖具有降低死亡率和腹腔脂肪沉积以及改变盲肠菌群的效果 ,茶多酚表现的是类抗菌素效果 ,即 ,非选择性地降低所有菌群的数量及其代谢产物含量 ,而果寡糖的效果是选择性地增加有益细菌、降低盲肠内挥发性脂肪酸以外的代谢产物的含量  相似文献

低聚果糖作为益生元的代表性物质,因为特殊的理化性质,添加于饲料中具有防水防霉等优势。低聚果糖可选择性被肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸菌等有益菌利用促进其增殖,而对大肠杆菌等有害菌具有抑制作用。低聚果糖除能通过促进生长、降低腹泻和死亡率等来改善畜禽生产性能,还能通过调控肠道菌群、肠道发酵、维持肠黏膜形态和提高机体免疫等来促进畜禽肠道健康。本文对低聚果糖在畜禽肠道健康方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为其在饲料中的开发利用提供应用和理论依据。 [关键词] 低聚果糖|畜禽|肠道健康  相似文献
