海南香蕉花叶病病毒分离物的研究

对海南产区感染花叶病的香蕉病株进行生物学分离获得一种直径为28—30nm的球形病毒分离物,该分离物汁液接种可引起香蕉花叶症状,并侵染一些黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)的诊断寄主植物,提纯病毒外壳蛋白由一种分子量约为3.2×10~6道尔顿的亚基构成,琼脂免疫双扩散试验表明,该病毒分离物和CMV有血清学关系,根据这些性质该病毒分离物被鉴定为黄瓜花叶病毒。  相似文献

Studies on Nitrogen Economy and Productivity of Wheat as Affected by Rainy Season Legumes under Irrigated Conditions

A field experiment was conducted during July 1986–April 1988 at New Delhi, to evaluate the relative contribution of rainy-season legumes towards the growth and productivity of succeeding wheat ( Triticum aestivum [L.] emend. Fiori & Paol), find out economic optimum dose of nitrogen for succeeding wheat and screen a legume which can be best knitted in wheat based cropping system.
HD 2329 wheat performed better when grown after legumes than when grown after Local fodder sorghum ( Sorghum bicolor [L.] Moench). N economy in wheat was greater (65–78 kg/ha) after Sona clusterbean ( Cyamopsis tetragonoloba [L.] Taubert) and T-9 blackgram ( Phaseolus mungo L.) over sorghum. The economic optimum dose of N for wheat following pigeonpea ( Cajanus cajan [L.] Millsp.), soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merr.), groundnut ( Aracbis bypogaea L.), blackgram ( Phaseolus mungo L.) and clusterbean were 110.1, 103.6, 113.7, 109.6 and 92.3 kg/ha respectively.  相似文献

采用DEAE－Sepharose(DEAE-琼脂糖凝胶）、CM－Sepharose(CM-琼脂糖凝胶）等离子交换层析、抗孕牛全血清IgG-Sepharose 4B亲和层析等技术，分离纯化妊娠4－5个月健康孕牛全血清中的早孕因子（EPF），用玫瑰花环抑制实验对各阶段产物EPF活性进行检测。结果表明，经层析过柱后的CM－ⅡA提取物有EPF活性。经SDS－PAGE银染显色证实它含有分子量为21、67、80KD的蛋白，实验结果支持21KD的多肽为主要EPF活性物成分。同时实验表明了亲和层析对进一步纯化EPF是可行的。  相似文献

裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)的液体培养基能发酵产生苹果酸,经10天振荡培养后,发酵液中的苹果酸积累量为1600mg/100ml。采用离子交换法提取的苹果酸,经纸层析鉴定其hRf值为61.5,熔点为97～100℃,旋光度(?)=-5.0,红外谱的吸收高峰在3200cm~(-1)、1700cm~(-1)、1400cm~(-1)、1300cm~(-1)、1200cm~(-1)和660cm附近,结果与标准苹果酸一致。  相似文献   

Plant Growth Regulator Effects on Protein Content and Yield of Spring Barley and Wheat

Plant growth regulators (PGR) have potential to increase grain yield and may also alter grain protein levels of cereal crops. A 3-yr field experiment with spring barley ( Hordeum vulgare L.) and wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars was conducted to determine whether ethephon treatment increased protein concentration, protein yield, and grain yield. A greenhouse experiment was also conducted to evaluate the response of barley grain protein concentration to gradual addition of ethephon (2.2 × 10^-3 mM) or chlormequat (5.8 × 10^-3 mM) solution after an thesis. Under field conditions, ethephon treatment increased barley and wheat grain protein concentrations by as much as 16 % but decreased grain yield so that protein yield increases were small or did not occur. For Laurier barley, total gram N content was increased by up to 20 % in one year of this study. However, over the 3 years, an inverse relation existed between grain protein and yield. Greenhouse data showed that i) the gradient in grain size and protein concentration among spikelets of a spike, which is established before anthesis, was not affected by either chlormequat or ethephon; and ii) chlormequat increased grain protein by 7 to 11 % whereas ethephon increased protein concentration by up to 13 % in one of the two experiments. Our data indicate that PGR can alter protein accumulation in the grain, and thus, the quality of bread wheat and feed barley crops can be increased m regions with a short crop-growing season. However, a portion of the increase in gram protein concentration is due to decreased starch deposition, which is associated with yield reductions. The greenhouse data confirmed that a portion of the increase in grain protein concentration due to PGR application is caused by increased protein accumulation in the barley grain.  相似文献

本试验主要研究了日粮中添加RE(稀土元素)对肥育牛生理生化指标、日增重及消化代谢的影响。选用断奶后育肥牛20头,随机分为两组,每组10头,经15天预试期后,试验组基础日粮添加0.2％RE。结果表明:日粮中添加RE对肥育牛的23项生理生化指标均没有显著影响(P>0.05);但试验组牛的血糖浓度比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),血清总蛋白质显著升高(P<0.05);试验组牛的平均日增重比对照组明显提高,差异极显著(P>0.01)。  相似文献   

触角电位(EAG)引导方法的探讨

在菜粉蝶(Artogeia rapae)同一触角上施行不同处理时,触角的EAG 反应变化很大:在体、端部完整的状态反应最强,剪去端部会在一定程度上降低反应性,离体则反应微弱。而且,在体触角在2小时内反应性下降不很大,而绝大多数离体触角都在试验开始后60分钟内失活。  相似文献   

利用微机进行兽医细菌鉴定的研究

用传统的方法进行细菌的鉴定分类,工作量大,而且完全靠人的记忆和查阅资料,大大影响了工作效率及鉴定的准确性。 本研究的基本设想在于将汉化微型计算机应用于兽医细菌鉴定。文章将与兽医有关的28属,4亚属中的119种细菌的68种特性搜集归纳后,输入微机,贮存于磁盘内,鉴定时计算机可根据要求自动进行比较。实验室中的具有一定文化程度的非计算机专业工作人员只须稍加训练既可使用本程序。如果输入数据足够,此程序的鉴定符合率达100％。  相似文献
