Content Determination of Ivermectin in the Ivermectin Microemulsion Injection

In order to establish the determination method of ivermectin (IVM) in the ivermectin microemulsion injection by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Hypersil ODS2 colunm (5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) was used in this study. The mobile phase composed of methanol, acetonitrile and water (35:60:5,V/V/V) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The detection wave length was set at 244 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The results showed that the HPLC system suitability of IVM was good. A good linear correlation of IVM was observed within the concentration range 80 to 320 μg/mL, and the average recovery rate was 101.90%±2.94% with RSD was 2.88%, the regression equation was Y=22 700X+2 510 (R²=0.9998). The RSD of IVM content in ivermectin microemulsion injection was 1.86%. The method was accurate and reliable,reproducible,easy to operate, which could be used in new type of ivermectin microemulsion injection. The method could be used as the basis of quality control and establishing a quality standard, and to provide basis for quality evaluation, also can provide reliable reference for safe veterinary clinical application in the future.  相似文献

选用８ ～１２ 周龄纯系的 Ｂ Ａ Ｌ Ｂ／ Ｃ 母鼠， 用同日龄的 Ｂ Ａ Ｌ Ｂ／ Ｃ 公鼠采取皮肤移植和脾细胞注射２ 种方式免疫， 制备 Ｈ Ｙ 抗血清， 经精子微量细胞毒性试验， 筛选抗血清。皮肤移植５ 只小鼠中只有１ 只产生较好的抗血清， 脾细胞注射的４ 只小鼠都能产生较好的抗血清， 产生抗血清的小鼠占５５ ％ 。抗血清与昆明鼠正常８ｃｅｌｌ 早期桑椹胚培养５ ～６ 、１８ 和２４ ｈ 后， 退化率达４３３ ％ ， 经 Ｘ２ 检验差异不显著（ Ｐ ＞ ００５） ， 符合自然性比例。  相似文献   

土霉素对柑橘黄龙病的防治效果及对柑橘产量和品质的影响

为有效防控柑橘黄龙病，于2017年在佛罗里达大学柑橘研究与教育中心的奥本代尔市柑橘试验场进行田间试验筛选黄龙病的防治药剂及其浓度，测定注射土霉素后叶片中柑橘黄龙病菌亚洲种Cadidatus Liberibacter asiaticus、土霉素、淀粉含量、柑橘产量、出汁率、可溶性固形物含量和酸度，显微镜下观察注射土霉素后淀粉粒的分布。结果表明，浓度为1.6g/株土霉素处理180 d后柑橘叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量减少幅度最大，为91.78%；注射浓度为1.6g/株土霉素后7d，叶片中土霉素含量达142.2 μg/kg，注射后11 d叶片中土霉素含量达到最大，为239.8 μg/kg，注射后45 d叶片中土霉素含量低至99.6 μg/kg以下；注射后7~90d，叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量呈波浪形变化，注射90 d后叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量一直处于增长趋势，叶片中黄龙病菌亚洲种含量总体随着土霉素含量的升高而降低；注射浓度为1.6g/株土霉素后，叶片中淀粉含量大幅度下降，60d时达到最低值，为3.3 μg/mm²，90d时达到峰值，为14.5 μg/mm²；单株产量为16.7 kg，与注射浓度为0.8 g/株土霉素处理差异不显著，但均显著高于其它2个处理；柑橘出汁率、可溶性固形物和酸度均与清水对照差异不显著。表明土霉素可有效抑制黄龙病菌亚洲种，减少柑橘叶片内淀粉含量，增加柑橘产量，但对果实品质未产生显著影响。  相似文献   

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Praziquantel Injection on Buffalo Schistosomiasis

To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of 30% praziquantel injection on buffalo schistosomiasis, the sick buffalos naturally infected with Schistosoma japonicum were selected by miracidium hatching method. In experimental clinical trials, sick buffalos were randomly divided into five groups, high-dose (20 mg/kg), middle-dose (10 mg/kg) and low-dose (5 mg/kg) praziquantel injection groups, praziquantel tablet group (30 mg/kg) and positive control group. After the treatment of 30 d, the negative conversion rate of miracidium were 100.0%, 100.0%, 77.8% and 85.7%, respectively, in praziquantel injection groups with the high, middle and low dose and oral medication group. In expanded clinical trials, the sick buffalos were randomly divided into two groups, praziquantel injection group (10 mg/kg, i.m.) and praziquantel tablet group (30 mg/kg). The results showed that, the negative conversion rate of miracidium were all 100% in the former 52 patients and the latter 6 patients after 30 d. The research confirmed that praziquantel injection was significantly effective in the treatment of buffalo schistosomiasis and convenient for administration. It was concluded that 30% praziquantel injection could replace the traditional oral praziquantel tablet for the treatment of buffalo schistosomiasis, and the recommended dose was 10 mg/kg.  相似文献   

术中无水酒精注射治疗不能切除胰腺癌的效果观察

目的 观察术中注射无水酒精治疗不能切除胰腺癌的效果.方法 1995年5月至2005年8月60例不能切除之晚期胰腺癌患者,其中36例(A组)在行胆肠和(或)胃肠改道手术基础上,术中行瘤体内以及腹腔神经丛无水酒精注射处理,术后定期随访,观察症状缓解和生存期(术后0.5、1a存活率情况).余24例(B组)同期仅行胆肠和(或)胃肠改道手术,仅观察生存期(术后0.5、18存活率)作为对照.结果 A组36例的顽固性腰背痛症状术后即基本消失,其余临床症状均有不同程度缓解;瘤体在术后2个月均有缩小(平均缩小29%);随访平均生存期(8.9±2.4)个月,较B组(5.5±0.4)个月长,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).A组术后0.5、1a存活率分别为81.8%、45.5%;B组术后0.5、1a存活率分别为54.5%、18.2%,A组高于B组,两组间差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论 术中瘤体内及腹腔神经丛无水酒精注射治疗不能切除之胰腺癌,能延缓肿瘤生长,显著减轻癌性疼痛,从而延长患者生存期,提高其生存质量,是一种安全、简便、有效的治疗措施.  相似文献

凌源市2002年3月首次发生以高热、贫血、黄疸、消瘦、流产为主要特征的猪附红细胞体病。血浆中、红细胞表面附有0.2-1.5μm多形态的生物体，姬姆萨染色呈淡紫红色。人工接种该生物体可使猪、兔发病，并能检出相同病原体。病猪是主要传染源，吸血昆虫、受污染的饲料、胎盘也传播。三氮咪为首选治疗药，配合性性血素疗效更好。  相似文献

This paper discusses the designing of the injection mould for producing the plastic case of TV set carried out in the type IBM PC/XT (or Great Wall 0520)micro-eomputer. The procedure consists of inputting the 2-D drawings of the TV set case with the aid of sub-drawing, coding and menu specifying; setting up the mathematic model according to the relationship between the plastic part and the mould; designing the core and caving of the mould and finally displaying and plotting the drawing of the mould.
