The activities of plasmin, N-acetyl-β-d-glucosaminidase (NAGase) and antitrypsin in milk were determined during 1 week post partum. The concentration of NAGase and antitrypsin in milk decreased significantly during this period. A slight decrease in plasmin activity was also seen. Replication rates of E. coli and S. aureus in lactoserum were also determined. Both test bacteria showed a tendency for increasing growth rates towards the end of the period. Growth of E. coli was significantly (p < 0.01) enhanced in day 2 samples as compared with samples collected during the first day post partum.  相似文献   

建立实验室猪发热模型

为建立稳定的实验室发热动物模型,供给临床验证试验应用,使用脱脂牛奶分别皮下注射长白猪、大约克×长白二元杂交猪、大约克×长白×杜络克三元杂交猪等不同品种猪,进行了猪实验室发热试验,并对不同剂量、猪的不同日龄、体重和在不同环境温度等条件进行比较试验.结果表明:注射不同剂量的脱脂牛奶均可使猪产生高热症,注射剂量与发热反应强度不呈正相关;不同日龄、体重和品种的猪反应强度无差异,维持40℃以上体温均在28～32 h.猪对外界环境的变动反应稳定,其发热反应较平稳,是理想的实验室发热动物模型.  相似文献

随机选取正常的荷斯坦泌乳牛30头,按不同泌乳期分成6组,每组5头,对各组的泌乳量、年龄、胎次、血糖、血酮、尿酮、乳酮等指标进行统计分析。结果表明:七项指标在五组之间均无显著差异,但泌乳量、血酮、尿酮、乳酮等指标都随泌乳期的延长表现出先升后降的变化特点,而血糖表现为先降后升的变化特点。  相似文献

Buffalo has been an integral part of livestock agriculture in Asia for over 5000 years producing draft power, milk, meat and hides. Even today, 153 million buffalo provide 76 734 759 t of milk and 3 089 875 t of meat, and in several countries, up to 30% of the draft power for agricultural operations. Unfortunately, however, the species did not receive the attention of the policy makers and the researchers in accordance with its merits, which resulted in buffalo population decline in several eastern Asian countries. The present review highlights the importance of buffalo to the economic and social fabric, especially of the small and landless rural poor, of several countries in Asia. Some major national and international efforts being made to improve buffalo production have also been cited.  相似文献

测定了 2 0 9头牦牛的产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白含量、乳糖和乳蛋白组分的相对含量等泌乳性状 ,并对每一个体分别进行 6个乳蛋白基因座的基因分型。结果表明 ,该牦牛群体平均基因杂合度为 0 1794 ,牦牛乳蛋白个体基因杂合度在0～ 0 5内 ,多数个体的基因杂合度比较低。在该群体中 ,随着个体基因杂合度的增加 ,产奶量、乳脂和α乳清蛋白 3个泌乳性状值显著增加 (P <0 0 5 )。当个体基因杂合度为 0 3333时 ,产奶量最高 ( 2 79 4 5 83kg) ,约比全群均值高出 13%( 2 4 7 12 90kg)。当个体基因杂合度为 0 5 0 0 0时 ,乳脂率最高 ( 6 5 4 83% ) ,约比全群均值 ( 5 7785 % )高出 13%。当个体基因杂合度为 0 5 0 0 0时 ,α 乳清蛋白含量最高 ( 18 10 80 % ) ,约比全群均值高出 12 %。提示用一定的选配措施增加基因杂合度可以提高牦牛的泌乳性能  相似文献

The effect of peri-parturient anthelmintic treatment on the productivity of dairy cattle in subtropical western India

Trials with fenbendazole (Panacur, Hoechst India Ltd) were carried out on two commercial farms in subtropical western India to study the response and economics of nematode treatment in adult dairy cows. Milk yield, lactation length, time to first oestrus and worm egg output were monitored in treated and control groups. Treatment reduced the egg count considerably. Treated cows produced 142 litres more milk over 100 days (p<0.05), with extension of lactation length and advancement of time to first oestrus. The economic gain in terms of milk yield far outweighed the cost of anthelmintic used.  相似文献
