目的 观察术中注射无水酒精治疗不能切除胰腺癌的效果.方法 1995年5月至2005年8月60例不能切除之晚期胰腺癌患者,其中36例(A组)在行胆肠和(或)胃肠改道手术基础上,术中行瘤体内以及腹腔神经丛无水酒精注射处理,术后定期随访,观察症状缓解和生存期(术后0.5、1a存活率情况).余24例(B组)同期仅行胆肠和(或)胃肠改道手术,仅观察生存期(术后0.5、18存活率)作为对照.结果 A组36例的顽固性腰背痛症状术后即基本消失,其余临床症状均有不同程度缓解;瘤体在术后2个月均有缩小(平均缩小29%);随访平均生存期(8.9±2.4)个月,较B组(5.5±0.4)个月长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).A组术后0.5、1a存活率分别为81.8%、45.5%;B组术后0.5、1a存活率分别为54.5%、18.2%,A组高于B组,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论 术中瘤体内及腹腔神经丛无水酒精注射治疗不能切除之胰腺癌,能延缓肿瘤生长,显著减轻癌性疼痛,从而延长患者生存期,提高其生存质量,是一种安全、简便、有效的治疗措施.  相似文献

Modern ultrasound contrast media are gas-containing stabilized microbubbles that remain intact in the circulating blood for several minutes after intravenous injection and increase the intensity of the backscattered ultrasound. When the microbubbles disappear from the blood, they can be detected in the parenchyma of the liver and the spleen for about 30 more minutes (late liver- and spleen-specific phase). The insonated microbubbles produce second harmonic ultrasound frequencies, whose detection requires nonconventional ultrasound modalities such as pulsed inversion imaging. Nonconventional ultrasound techniques can also be used without microbubbles because second harmonics can be generated by ultrasound in tissues as well. The physical principles and advantages of nonconventional ultrasound techniques are described. The circulating microbubbles can be used not only to enhance weak Doppler signals, but also to perform dynamic contrast studies. Contrast-enhanced dynamic ultrasound studies--similar to contrast-enhanced CT and MRI examinations--have been used in humans to characterize lesions noninvasively (i.e., without biopsies) found during conventional ultrasound examinations. To map the distribution of contrast medium in a nodule or in an organ, specific scanning techniques such as stimulated acoustic emission have been developed. Stimulated acoustic emission occurs when high acoustic pressure ultrasonic waves disrupt the stationary or slowly moving microbubbles. This results in the release of a large amount of harmonic ultrasound frequencies. When the stimulated acoustic emission technique is used for dynamic studies, scanning must be interrupted several times to allow the microvasculature of the lesion to refill with microbubbles (interval delay imaging). The contrast patterns of malignant and benign hepatic nodules in humans have been the most intensively studied. Another type of dynamic study in humans measures the transit time of the contrast medium; that is, how fast the peripherally injected microbubbles reach the hepatic veins. Hepatic cirrhosis can be differentiated from other diffuse parenchymal liver diseases by a shorter transit time. Introducing nonconventional ultrasound techniques and ultrasound contrast media in veterinary diagnostic imaging may have potential value; however, intensive research should be carried out before ultrasound contrast agents can routinely be used in clinical practice.  相似文献

It is one of the main characters of malignant tumors that malignant tumor cells invade surrounding tissues and metastasize to distant tissues. Multiple factors are involved in this complicated dynamic process. Metastasis is the major factor influencing recurrence and prognosis. Therefore, it is important to explore the mechanism of invasion and metastasis for reducing recurrence rate and mortality of malignant tumors. Engulfment and cell mobility (ELMO) family is one kind of conserved protein in evolutional process. It includes 3 members, ELMO1, ELMO2 and ELMO3. The members of ELMO family play an important role in cell phagocytosis and cell migration, and they also have close correlation with malignant tumor cell invasion and metastasis. In this paper, we review the progress of the relationship between ELMO family and malignant tumor invasion and metastasis.  相似文献

AIM: To study the protective effect of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) on vascular endothelial cells with H2O2-induced oxidative injury. METHODS: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were cultured in vitro, and the oxidation injury model of HUVECs was established by treatment with H2O2. The oxidatively injured HUVECs were cultured with different concentrations (1, 10 and 100 μg/L) of BDNF. At the same time, the control group (no injury), PBS treatment after H2O2 injury group and TrkB inhibitor group (with 100 μg/L BDNF and 1: 1 000 TrkB inhibitor) were also set up. The viability of the HUVECs was detected by MTT assay. The levels of LDH, MDA, SOD and GSH were measured. The releases of NO, ET-1 and ICAM-1 were analyzed by ELISA. The changes of ROS production and cell apoptosis were evaluated by flow cytometry. The protein levels of TrkB, p-TrkB, cleaved caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax were determined by Western blot. RESULTS: Compared with uninjured control group, in H2O2 oxidative injury plus PBS treatment group, the viability of the cells was decreased significantly, the LDH and MDA levels were increased significantly and the activities of SOD and GSH were decreased significantly. The NO secretion was decreased, and the ET-1 and ICAM-1 concentrations were increased significantly. The ROS content and apoptotic rate were increased significantly. The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3 and Bax were increased but Bcl-2 protein expression was decreased significantly. Compared with PBS treatment group, in H2O2-injured HUVECs treated with different concentrations of BDNF, the cell viability was gradually increased, the LDH and MDA levels were decreased and the activities of SOD and GSH were increased gradually. The secretion of NO was increased but ET-1 and ICAM-1 were decreased gradually. The ROS content and apoptotic rate were decreased significantly. The TrkB and p-TrkB levels were significantly increased significantly, the protein expression of cleaved-caspase 3 and Bax was decreased gradually and the Bcl-2 protein expression increased gradually. The role of BDNF was inhibited by TrkB inhibitor. CONCLUSION: BDNF protects HUVECs from oxidative injury by binding with TrkB to activate the BDNF-TrkB signaling pathways.  相似文献

The article demonstrates the relative concepts of apoptosis and summarizes the effect of arsenic trioxide to the carcinoma, its possible principle included. Recent development of the reports about arsenic trioxide-induced apoptosis is referred and reviewed. Apoptosis is a natural mechanism and a common physiological death of cell, and its abnormity has great effect on cancer. Arsenic trioxide can induce apoptosis in APL cell and other cancer cells, and has been used in treating the patient with other kinds of malignant cancers. The mechanisms of arsenic trioxide-induced apoptosis are gradually becoming a hotspot, but still not lucid. With intensive study of arsenic trioxide, it can be a useful ways in treating cancer patients in the future.  相似文献

目的:探索羟基喜树碱对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7细胞信号转导相关基因金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-3(TIMP-3)表达的影响,寻找羟基喜树碱(HCPT)在乳腺癌治疗中的潜在新靶点.方法:分别采用Q-PCR,Western-blot和免疫细胞化学等方法验证不同剂量组HCPT诱导MCF-7细胞的TIMP-3表达特征.结果:不同质量浓度的HCPT均可在mRNA水平和蛋白水平诱导MCF-7细胞的TIMP-3表达上调,且具有统计学意义,与前期的基因芯片研究结果相符合;实验同时观察了HCPT对细胞侵袭迁移能力的影响,结果亦显示HCPT可在TIMP-3表达上调的同时抑制细胞侵袭迁移能力.结论:HCPT可诱导乳腺癌细胞的TIMP-3上调表达,抑制细胞侵袭能力.  相似文献

经鼻小柱、鼻中隔、蝶窦入路行鞍内肿瘤切除术6例的结果表明:经鼻小柱、鼻中隔、蝶窦入路不但可避免唇下入路的某些并发症,且手术疗效一致。指出磁共振成像在垂体微腺瘤的定位诊断与指导肿瘤切除中具有重要价值,倡导神经外科与鼻喉科密切合作。  相似文献
