We developed a process model of flame beam transmission using pulverized coal powder and coke combustion in a raceway. We employed a Monte Carlo computation method equation based on charge couple devrce(CCD) target heat flow distribution for radiation heat transfer. We explored the factors impacting radiation transmission. Based on these, a three dimensional reconstruction was analyzed at varying coke particle concentrations. This model provided an effective method to produce on line monitoring of raceway working states.  相似文献

流动注射分析法和传统方法测定土壤中N的比较研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用FIAstar 5000流动注射分析仪和传统方法(氧化镁浸提-扩散法、酚二磺酸比色法和镀铜镉还原-重氮化耦合比色法)分别测定了同一流域内不同利用类型土壤中铵态氮、硝态氮和亚硝态氮的含量,通过样品均值、测试误差、回收率和标准偏差等指标对两种方法进行比较研究。结果表明,流动注射分析仪在测定土壤中铵态氮和硝态氮时,分析速度快且仪器具有较好的稳定性(5次平行次数内结果RSD<5%)。从分析结果的准确性看,采用流动注射分析仪分析土壤中铵态氮、硝态氮时,与传统方法也具有可比性,样品回收率分别为98.5~102.0%和96.7~98.3%。在测定土壤亚硝态氮时,流动注射分析法仪器稳定较差(5次平行次数内结果RSD>6%),且分析结果普遍偏低,需要进行必要的校正。因此,在大批量测定土壤样品铵态氮、硝态氮时,用流动注射分析法是可行的,但测定亚硝态氮含量时,存在较大的误差,需要进行校正。  相似文献

黄酮类化合物是草珊瑚注射液中含量最多、最主要的有效成分。研究表明,草珊瑚注射液中总黄酮含量在存放3年中平均每年降低0.86%;在加热灭菌后降低0.82%,变化甚微,是非常稳定的。强光直射30 h可使注射液中总黄酮含量平均下降9.91%,影响较大。注射液的pH值在4~6时总黄酮含量最高。在温度、时间、pH值对注射液稳定性影响中,以pH值变化影响较大。灭菌后注射液pH值平均降低0.67,3年存放中平均每年降低0.16%。在8种常用注射液的附加剂中以硫代硫酸钠,亚硫酸钠对总黄酮的稳定性影响较大,使总黄酮含量降低21.98%~12.07%。在与26种中草药注射液的配伍中,与博落回、苦参、黄柏、虎仗、朱砂莲、地苦胆、十大功劳有配伍禁忌。  相似文献

Using tracer-uptake studies we investigated whether the branchial uptakeof cobalt occurs via selective, inhibitable, calcium uptake routes.Modulation of the calcium transport system was performed using generalcalcium channel blockers (Cd2+, La3+,Mg2+), a voltage-dependent calcium channel blocker (diltiazem)and an intraperitoneal CaCl2 injection. Adding Cd2+ orMg2+ to thewater or injecting the fish with theCa2+-solution resulted in decreased Co2+ andCa2+ uptake rates. Addition of La3+ reducedCa2+ and Co2+ uptake rates except forCo2+ uptake in the gills. Diltiazem displayed only aninconsistent, concentration-independent blocking of the uptake of bothCo2+ and Ca2+. All inhibitors which inhibitCa2+ uptake also inhibit Co2+ uptake. However, aclear difference in the degree of inhibition of uptake of both elements isobserved. Two possible explanations are suggested (1) Co2+ andCa2+ are both transported through the gills via the sametransport system or (2) the calcium transport system is not the only systeminvolved in the transport of Co2+.  相似文献

To acquire information on the nature of belowground interactions in intercropping system involving ginger, Zingiber officinale Roscoe, and Ailanthus triphysa (Dennst.) Alston, their root activity was evaluated based on 32P recovery by each species in mixed and sole crop situations. Treatments included two Ailanthus densities (1,111 and 3,333 tress ha−1) and four lateral distances of 32P application (10 and 20 cm from the treated ginger plant and 20 and 40 cm from the treated Ailanthus trees). Recovery of 32P in ginger foliage increased with time, irrespective of tree population density and lateral distance of isotope application. Lack of significant variations in 32P recovery as a function of tree population density suggests that tree density is probably not a strong determinant of belowground competition in the well-fertilised, manured and mulched system studied (at least till four years after tree planting). Nonetheless, neighbouring Ailanthus trees absorbed a substantial potion of the 32P supplied to ginger. This, in turn, suggests that the effective root zones of ginger and Ailanthus may overlap. Data on 32P uptake of Ailanthus suggest that 41% to 59% of the root activity is concentrated within a zone of about 40-cm distance from the trunk. Neighbouring trees in the high density stands absorbed significantly more 32P than those in low density stands (P < 0.01 at 30 and 45 days after 32P application). Our observations also suggest that competition between the tree and the herbaceous crop for nutrients applied to the tree component is unlikely in the Ailanthus-ginger mixed species system studied. Therefore, from a crop management perspective, it is better to fertilise the herbaceous component of the mixed species system adequately, as it will also benefit the tree component. 目的:观察普乐林注射液在糖尿病性周围神经病变中的治疗作用。方法:以普乐林注射液治疗31例糖尿病性周围病变患者,与28例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者静滴生理盐水为对照进行疗效对比观察。结果:总有效率普乐林组为90.3%,对照组为21.4%(P<0.001),普乐林组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、胆固醇(Ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-Ch)差异无显著性(P>0.05),而甘油三酯、LDL-Ch、血粘度差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01),且能提高神经传导速度,对照组无上述变化。结论:普乐林在治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变时主要通过扩张血管、改善微循环及降低血粘度等机制,从而促进神经传导功能的恢复  相似文献

研究了用紫外分光光度法测定龙葵平喘胶囊和AD-1注射剂中澳洲茄胺盐酸盐(SHBL)含量的方法.结果表明,澳洲茄胺盐酸盐在75%的甲醇溶剂中波长λmax=204nm处有最大吸收;澳洲茄胺盐酸盐对照品溶液的线性回归方程为Y=-0.274+8.726x,r=1.002,加标回收率为92.0%~100.1%(n=9).  相似文献

目的观察参附注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤时ST段和心律失常的影响。方法健康SD大鼠24只随机分为两组,缺血再灌注组(IR组)和参附注射液预处理组(SF组),每组12只。采用夹闭左冠状动脉30 min,再灌注90min,复制心肌缺血再灌注模型。夹闭前SF组静脉注射参附注射液5 mL/100g进行预处理,观察各组大鼠在整个缺血再灌注期间心电图ST段和心律失常发生情况。结果SF组ST段变化均低于IR组各时间对应值,SF组心肌缺血再灌注后的室性心动过速及心室颤动的发生率均明显低于IR组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。结论参附注射液能降低心肌缺血再灌注损伤程度和室性心律失常发生率。  相似文献

The objective of the present study is to preliminarily clarify the mechanism of carbohydrates metabolism in cobia (Rachycentron canadum) (85 ± 3 g) receiving injection of glucose solution. We examined plasma glucose (GLU), total protein (TP), triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CHOL), insulin, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen, activities of hepatic hexokinase (HK), phosphofructokinase (PFK) and pyruvate kinase (PK), as well as relative expressions of glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1), GLUT2, GLUT3, GLUT4, GLUT5 and GLUT9 in hemocyte, liver and muscle of R. canadum when fish were injected with 200 μl of glucose solution (255 mg/ml) after 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 hr. Fish received injection of 0.68% saline served as control. Results indicated that the plasma GLU, TG and CHOL increased and reached peak at 1, 8 and 48 hr postinjection (hpi) respectively. The hepatic glycogen increased from 1 hpi, and reached peak at 8 hpi, plasma insulin increased at 1 hpi, and reached peak at 2 hpi, and activity of hepatic PK peaked at 8 hpi. Furthermore, the relative expressions of GLUT1, GLUT2, GLUT3, GLUT4 and GLUT5 in hemocytes reached peak at 1,4, 8, 4 and 8 hpi, respectively, relative expressions of GLUT2, GLUT3, GLUT5 and GLUT9 in liver reached peak at 24, 24, 12 and 24 hpi, respectively, and relative expressions of GLUT1 and GLUT3 in muscle were significantly higher at 2 and 2–4 hpi, respectively compared with those in controls. In conclusion, low ability of utilizing glucose in R. canadum may be attributed to insufficient insulin secretion, low activities of key glycolytic enzymes (HK, PFK and PK) regulated by glucose injection and slow increase of GLUTs.  相似文献

对2014年3月山东省蓬莱某刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)保苗场患“肠炎病”的刺参进行了临床症状和组织病理学观察以及病原菌分离与鉴定,利用氟苯尼考为治疗药品,以脏壁比、增重率和特定生长率为评判指标,探讨了3种不同用药方式(口服、药浴、口服+药浴)对刺参保苗期“肠炎病”的治疗效果.结果显示,刺参“肠炎病”症状表现为体色发黑,附着能力弱,摄食和活动能力差,解剖后可见肠道内食物不连续,肠腔内有大量黄白色粘液或浓状物质,肠道壁变脆、韧性差且易断裂,显微镜下观察到肠道存在大量细菌;组织病理学显示,患病刺参肠道绒毛膜散乱、粘膜层溃散,结缔组织散乱,且与肌肉层分离较明显.自刺参肠道处分离出优势度最高的细菌In-1菌株,人工感染实验证实,该菌为刺参“肠炎病”致病菌,该致病菌主要来源于饲料藻粉.利用细菌形态观察、生理生化和分子生物学方法(16S rDNA和gyrB)鉴定该菌株为哈维氏弧菌(Vibrioharveyi).该菌株对头孢三嗪、阿奇霉素、强力霉素和氟苯尼考等12种药物高度敏感.不同用药方式的治疗效果显示,使用氟苯尼考药浴可获得最佳治疗效果,刺参经药浴治疗后增重率达(24.23±0.41)%,特定生长率达(0.77±0.01)%/d.本研究可为刺参疾病防控和健康养殖提供理论依据和技术参考.  相似文献
