邻菲咯啉是一种二肽酶抑制剂。本试验用体外法测定了不同浓度邻菲咯啉对瘤胃微生物发酵产气量、氨氮浓度、真蛋白含量及饲料干物质降解率的影响。结果表明 ,邻菲咯啉浓度与产气量呈直线负相关(Y=-16.75X +29.52 ,r=0.7976,P<0.05);与发酵液氨氮浓度呈直线负相关(Y= -0.5757X +3.3036,r=0.8384,P<0.05) ;与发酵管内容物真蛋白含量呈直线正相关(Y=1.35X +11.45,r=0.8423,P<0.05) ;与内容物饲料干物质降解率呈直线负相关(Y= -10.14X +55.08,r=0.9275,P<0.01)。  相似文献

[目的]研究溶解氧对地表饮用水源水质中锰、氨氮、总磷的影响。[方法]针对河北省保定市饮用水源地西大洋水库取水口夏季锰和氨氮超标问题,研究了溶解氧对库区水质中锰、氨氮、总磷的影响。[结果]水体中溶解氧浓度偏低促使底质中元素的释放是影响地表饮用水源地夏季水体锰和氨氮超标的原因之一。自2003年保定市全面取缔库区的网箱养鱼之后,库区水质得到明显改善。[结论]该研究为改善饮用水源地水库水质提供了参考。  相似文献

采用流动注射-分光光度法测定海水中氨氮实验方法,通过实验条件的优化选择,建立测定海水中氨氮的最佳条件。方法检出限为:0.002 9 mg/L,相对标准偏差为:0.88%~5.79%,加标回收率为88.0%~101.0%。此方法与普通分光光度法相比具有快速、省时、方便、基体干扰小,精密度和准确性好等优点,适合批量样品的测定。  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effects of inflammatory cytokines on the expression of fatty acid transporter (FAT/CD36) in renal cells loaded by fatty acids. METHODS: Human mesangial cells (HMCs) and renal tubular epithelial HK-2 cells were treated with palmitate at concentrations of 0 mmol/L, 0.02 mmol/L, 0.04 mmol/L, 0.08 mmol/L, 0.16 mmol/L and 0.32 mmol/L for 24 h. The expression of FAT/CD36 at mRNA and protein levels was detected by real-time PCR and Western blotting,respectively. The renal cells were treated with palmitate at concentration of 0.04 mmol/L combined with TNF-α (25 μg/L) or IL-6 (20 μg/L) for 24 h. The effect of inflammatory cytokines on the mRNA and protein levels of FAT/CD36 in the renal cells was also investigated. Oil red O staining was used to determine the intracellular lipid droplet formation. The intracellular triglyceride (TG) and free fatty acid (FFA) were measured by enzymic assay and ELISA, respectively. RESULTS: Palmitate loading dose-dependently increased the expression of FAT/CD36 at mRNA and protein levels in both HMCs and HK-2 cells. The inflammatory cytokines further increased the expression of FAT/CD36 at mRNA and protein levels in both cells loaded by palmitate. Oil red O staining, TG detection and FFA assay showed that the inflammatory cytokines increased intracellular lipid levels in both HMCs and HK-2 cells. CONCLUSION: Inflammatory cytokines up-regulate the expression of FAT/CD36 in renal cells loaded by fatty acids and exacerbate the intracellular lipid accumulation.  相似文献

Our objective was to determine the effects of calcium salts of long-chain fatty acids (CLFAs) and rumen-protected methionine (RPM) on plasma concentrations of ghrelin, glucagon-like peptide-1 (7 to 36) amide, and pancreatic hormones in lactating cows. Four Holstein cows in midlactation were used in a 4 by 4 Latin square experiment in each 2-wk period. Cows were fed corn silage-based diets with supplements of CLFAs (1.5% added on dry matter basis), RPM (20 g/d), CLFAs plus RPM, and without supplement. Jugular blood samples were taken from 1 h before to 2 h after morning feeding at 10-min intervals on day 12 of each period. CLFAs decreased dry matter intake, but RPM did not affect dry matter intake. Both supplements of CLFAs and RPM did not affect metabolizable energy intake and milk yield and composition. Plasma concentrations of NEFAs, triglyceride (TG), and total cholesterol (T-Cho) were increased with CLFAs alone, but increases of plasma concentrations of TG and T-Cho were moderated by CLFAs plus RPM. Calcium salts of long-chain fatty acids increased plasma ghrelin concentration, and the ghrelin concentration with CLFAs plus RPM was the highest among the treatments. Plasma concentrations of glucagon-like peptide-1, glucagon, and insulin were decreased with CLFAs, whereas adding RPM moderated the decrease of plasma glucagon concentration by CLFAs. These results indicate that the addition of methionine to cows given CLFAs increases plasma concentrations of ghrelin and glucagon associated with the decrease in plasma concentrations of TG and T-Cho.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮不同非纤维性碳水化合物/中性洗涤纤维(NFC/NDF)对肉用绵羊瘤胃pH、氨态氮和挥发性脂肪酸的影响.选用(47.21±1.01)kg安装有瘤胃瘘管的杜泊羊(♂)×小尾寒羊(♀)杂交1代肉用公羊12只,采用12×4不完全拉丁方设计,试验分4期进行,每期16 d,分别饲喂NFC/NDF为0.25、0.34、0.36、0.52、0.60、0.80、0.87、1.13、1.30、1.58、2.17和2.49的12种饲粮.结果表明:随着NFC/NDF的增加,试验羊瘤胃pH极显著线性降低(P<0.01),氨态氮浓度极显著线性增加(P<0.01),瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸及丁酸比例呈显著三次曲线变化(P<0.05),总挥发性脂肪酸中的丙酸、戊酸和异戊酸比例极显著线性增加(P<0.01),乙酸比例和乙酸/丙酸极显著线性降低(P<0.01).由此可见,饲粮NFC/NDF对瘤胃pH、氨态氮和挥发性脂肪酸具有显著影响.  相似文献

采用沙培的方式,使用NH4NO3对幼苗进行5种不同的氮素浓度(1 mmol/L,5 mmol/L,10 mmol/L,15 mmol/L,20 mmol/L)处理,每1种处理方式重复5次.通过对吊兰叶片叶长、叶宽、叶绿素含量,可溶性蛋白含量,SOD活性等一系列指标的测定,优选出最适合吊兰生长的氮素浓度.结果表明:5 mmol/L处理的吊兰叶片,其叶片长度、宽度、叶绿素以及蛋白质含量和SOD,POD活性都明显高于其它浓度.  相似文献

CD36 is a scavenger receptor involved in lipid uptake and inflammation. Recently, non-cell-bound CD36 (sCD36) was identified in plasma and suggested to be a marker of lipid accumulation in the vessel wall. Marine n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) may have cardioprotective effects. This study evaluated the effect of marine n-3 PUFA on sCD36 levels in overweight subjects. Fifty overweight subjects were randomized to 1.1 g of n-3 PUFA or 2 g of olive oil daily for six weeks. Neutrophils were isolated at baseline and after six weeks of treatment while an adipose tissue biopsy was obtained at baseline. The content of n-3 PUFA in adipose tissue and neutrophils was analyzed by gas chromatography, while plasma levels of sCD36 were determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). After six weeks of supplement plasma sCD36 did not differ between supplements (P = 0.18). There was no significant correlation between plasma sCD36 levels and n-3 PUFA in neutrophils at baseline (r = −0.02, P = 0.88), after six weeks supplement (r = −0.03, P = 0.85) or in adipose tissue (r = 0.14, P = 0.34). This study therefore does not provide evidence for a cardioprotective effect of n-3 PUFA acting through a CD36-dependent mechanism.  相似文献

[目的]在室温下探讨不同润麦水分和润麦时间对黑小麦新春36号磨粉品质特性的影响.[方法]采用一次润麦,对不同润麦水分(13%~16%)、不同润麦时间(16 ~ 40 h)下黑小麦新春36号的磨粉品质进行了研究.[结果]试验表明,黑小麦新春36号蛋白质含量高达16.4%,具有开发面包专用粉和面条专用粉的潜质,采用Brabender磨粉,润麦水分14%,润麦时间32h,此时,出粉率为56.5%,灰分为0.515%,损伤淀粉含量为16.7 UCD,降落数值为551 s,湿面筋含量31.86%,干面筋含量11.05%,面筋指数89.5,面筋持水率189.1%.[结论]研究可为黑小麦新春36号品种的面粉工业化生产提供借鉴和参考.  相似文献

以K326烤烟品种为材料,通过生育期烟株的碳氮代谢主要相关酶活性及其主要代谢产物含量动态变化,从氮素形态调控的角度对烤烟产量和烟株碳氮代谢的影响进行探讨。结果表明,不同配比硝态氮和铵态氮对烤烟品质有明显的影响。随着硝铵比的增加,烤后烟叶的可溶性总糖、还原糖含量明显增加,而烟碱、蛋白质含量明显降低,但是对全氮含量没有影响;硝态氮和铵态氮配合施用有利于烤烟产量和产值的提高。适当的硝铵比可以有效调节烟株碳氮代谢及其产物,有利于生长前期烟株维持较高的硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性和水溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量,保持较高的氮代谢,降低生长前期烟株淀粉酶的活性,提高可溶性总糖和淀粉含量,而在烟叶生理成熟期能够适时提高淀粉酶活性,即促进前期碳水化合物的合成和后期碳水化合物的分解。在该试验条件下,以75%~50%硝态氮+25%~50%铵态氮的施用比例最佳。  相似文献
