目的 观察美洲大蠊提取液保留灌肠治疗不确定性肠炎并发肛瘘术后的临床疗效。方法 将30例不确定性肠炎并发肛瘘的患者随机分为治疗组、阳性对照组、空白对照组,每组10例,患者入院后行外科肛瘘切扩挂线术,术后行常规静脉抗炎、肠外营养、口服常规治疗药物等内科治疗,治疗组外用美洲大蠊提取液保留灌肠,阳性对照组外用结肠宁保留灌肠,空白对照组予以生理盐水安慰灌肠,15 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。对比观察3组患者肛瘘术后创面面积、肠镜下结直肠黏膜水肿及溃疡情况,比较3组药物的临床疗效。结果 肛瘘术后创面面积比较,治疗组术后创面明显缩小,阳性对照组次之,空白对照组最差,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠镜下治疗组患者肠道黏膜水肿及溃疡数量明显少于阳性对照组及空白对照组,阳性对照组明显少于空白对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组显效率为60.0%,明显高于阳性对照组的30.0%及空白对照组的10.0%(P<0.05)。结论 美洲大蠊提取液保留灌肠治疗不确定性肠炎并发肛瘘术后疗效显著,能缩小肛瘘创面,加速结肠炎症吸收,促进溃疡面愈合,为临床经济、高效的外用辅助治疗方法提供了理论基础。 相似文献

Two trials were initiated to investigate the consequences of including various soybean products in diets for Atlantic salmon Salmo salar L. on (1) mortality following infection by Aeromonas salmonicida ssp. salmonicida during a cohabitation challenge, and (2) the lysozyme and IgM content of the intestinal mucosa. Groups of salmon were fed control diets containing fishmeal as the sole protein source (Contr1 and Contr2, respectively), soy concentrate-containing diets (SoyConc1 and SoyConc2, respectively), or diets containing either solvent-extracted soybean meal (SoyMeal, trial 1) or soybean molasses (SoyMol, trial 2), an alcohol extract of soybean meal. Both SoyMeal and SoyMol caused enteritis-like changes in the distal intestine, which were not observed in fish fed the Contr1, Contr2, SoyConc1, or SoyConc2 diets. There were significant differences ( P < 0.05) in mortality between feeding groups following the A.s. salmonicida challenge: these differences were greatest in fish fed SoyMeal (65.6%), least in fish fed SoyConc1 (60.5%), and intermediate in the fish fed the Contr1 diet (62.9%). The SoyMol diet caused significantly ( P < 0.0001) increased levels of both lysozyme and IgM in the mid and distal intestinal mucosa. It is concluded that components of soybean meal and soybean molasses cause an inflammatory response in the distal intestine that may lead to increased susceptibility to furunculosis. 相似文献

以鸭肠炎病毒(DEV)SD-01株DNA为模板,根据GenBank上已发表的基因序列设计一对引物,利用PCR技术扩增出US2全基因,将目的条带连入pGM-T载体,得到的阳性重组质粒命名为pGM-US2并进行序列测定。将测序结果与疫苗株、鸭瘟鸡胚化弱毒疫苗(C-KCE)株和单纯疱疹病毒-1型(HSV-1)、马立克氏病病毒(MDV)、伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)的US2基因同源性进行比较,发现核苷酸和氨基酸的序列同源性分别为100%~25.8%和100%~28%。结果表明,US2基因在DEV中是完全保守的,但与其它疱疹病毒相比同源性较低。 相似文献

本试验从疑似细小病毒感染的病死水貂中分离到1株病毒。经PCR鉴定、细胞培养、蛋白质电泳鉴定最终确定为水貂肠炎细小病毒(MEV),命名为MEV-WFD。对该分离病毒的衣壳蛋白VP2基因进行克隆测序分析,结果表明此病毒VP2基因3处碱基发生点突变,其中一处的突变导致第328处氨基酸残基由疏水性丙氨酸(Ala)变为亲水性苏氨酸(Thr)。将此株病毒VP2基因与GenBank上公布的所有MEV的VP2基因碱基序列进行同源性比较及进化树分析,结果表明该病毒与ZYL-1、MEV/LN/-10和Manzhouli的VP2基因同源率最高,为99.8%;进化树构建结果表明,该病毒与6株已公布的病毒属于同一进化分支。 相似文献

ABSTRACTFish meal is the main protein source in fish diet, but due to its unsustainability, it has to be replaced with more sustainable protein sources, such as soybean meal (SBM), in fish feeds. As SBM often produces negative effects on fish growth and health, we conducted an eight-week trial of complete fish meal replacement with SBM in the diet of juvenile (48.2 ± 0.55 g) blunt snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala), a herbivorous cyprinid fish native to the Yangtze basin (China). SBM-fed fish exhibited: a worsened growth performance; improved survival rate (P > 0.05); elevated serum triglycerides and total cholesterol but reduced low-density lipoprotein in plasma (P < 0.05); mild lipid droplet accumulation and swelling of the liver; elevated goblet cell counts and mild signs of enteritis in the intestines. With negligible effects on growth and mild effects on health, M. amblycephala appears to be comparatively tolerant of SBM, but total fish meal replacement is not recommended. Future studies should aim to identify the SBM tolerance threshold in long-term growth trials. 相似文献

【目的】通过选取DEV-UL53基因主要抗原域与进行DEV-UL53截段基因B细胞表位多参数预测相结合的策略,高效表达DEV-UL53截段基因,并通过Western blot分析重组蛋白的免疫原性。【方法】通过生物信息学软件DNAStar Protean模块对UL53基因编码的gK蛋白进行主要抗原域预测,选取主要抗原域对应的UL53截段基因进行二级结构、蛋白质骨架柔性区域、表面可及性区域预测和在线预测该蛋白的亲水性及跨膜区,并对UL53截段基因进行克隆、亚克隆、原核表达与抗原性分析。【结果】UL53截段基因编码蛋白gK的B细胞表位最可能分布于Ala20-Leu25、Ser40-Met47、Leu68-Ile78、Val124-Phe128、Ile129-Tyr134、Asp176-Ile178,构建的阳性表达质粒转入BL21表达宿主菌经IPTG诱导外源基因获得了良好表达,经Western blot分析表明该重组蛋白具有良好的抗原性。【结论】实现了UL53截段基因的高效表达,经Western blot分析表明该重组蛋白具备良好的免疫原性,这为DEV-UL53基因及其编码的蛋白gK功能的深入研究、新型疫苗和诊断试剂的研制及开发等提供可用的试验材料。 相似文献

为了建立重组鸭瘟病毒技术,构建了鸭瘟病毒转移质粒。在对鸭瘟强毒和弱毒株TK基因进行测序分析后,将鸭瘟病毒TK-UL24DNA片段克隆于pUC18载体中,构建了质粒pTK;将PCR扩增的GFP真核表达盒插入pTK质粒的TK基因内部,获得转移载体质粒pTK-GFP。鸭瘟病毒TK-UL24测序分析表明鸭瘟强、弱毒株TK基因序列完全相同;转移载体携带Pcmv-GFP-SV40pA表达盒,测序验证其序列与源序列一致。pTK-GFP在脂质体介导下,转染鸭胚成纤维细胞和鸭肾细胞,在荧光显微镜下观察绿色荧光蛋白表达情况。质粒转染细胞后,绿色荧光蛋白得到了有效的表达,为进一步开展重组鸭瘟病毒的研究和构建具有遗传标记的鸭瘟疫苗奠定了基础。 相似文献

1986年以来,成都、卧龙等地的大熊猫相继发生一种临床主要表现为便血、体温正常、白细胞总数偏低,病理变化以肠粘膜充血、出血、坏死脱落为主的疾病。其发病突然,病情重,死亡率高。取急性期粪、血及死亡尸体各种标本,采用人胚肺二倍体细胞、猴肾及地鼠肾传代细胞进行病毒分离培养,电镜观察,均未发现可疑病毒;同时进行厌氧、微需氧及需氧细菌培养,通过形态学、生理学、血清学、动物试验及毒力检测,13例标本中,有9例分离出肠侵袭性大肠杆菌(EIEC.O152)25株,几乎呈纯培养生长。经药物敏感试验,筛选出一系列敏感抗菌药,选用先锋必为主药治疗20头病例(轻、中度便血14例、重度便血6例)全部治愈。用犊牛、鸡等动物作动物模型,复制出类似症状,细菌回收,仍为原菌。通过上述系列研究,证明肠侵袭性大肠杆菌(EIEC.O152)是成都地区大熊猫出血性肠炎的病原。提出临床抢救综合措施,收到良好效果。 相似文献

A review of reported cases of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) of horses for which no etiology was identified included cases of granulomatous enteritis (GE), multisystemic eosinophilic epitheliotropic disease (MEED), lymphocytic-plasmacytic enterocolitis (LPE), and idiopathic eosinophilic enterocolitis (EC). The terms EC and MEED were both used to describe a disease in horses characterized by infiltration of intestine and extraintestinal tissues with eosinophils. We use EC to describe IBD characterized by only intestinal infiltration by eosinophils. Horses with GE, MEED, or LPE are usually examined because of weight loss and depression, but horses with EC are usually examined because of signs of abdominal pain. Typically, horses with IBD have low concentrations of serumal proteins, especially albumin, and fail to adequately absorb glucose or xylose. Antemortem diagnosis of IBD can only be made by histologic examination of affected intestine. In some cases, antemortem diagnosis is made from histologic examination of rectal mucosa obtained by biopsy. Suspected causes of IBD in the horse include abnormal immune response to bacterial, viral, parasitic, or dietary antigens. Most horses with IBD do not survive, but horses with EC are more likely than those with LPE, MEED, or GE to respond to treatment. Successful treatments of horses with IBD include resection of grossly affected intestine and administration of corticosteroids. 相似文献
