This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary nonspecific IgY on growth performance, immune function and microbiota number of chicks, to provide the theory basis for practical application as feed additive in livestock and poultry. 240 one-day-old Roman rooster hens with same batch of hatching and similar body weight were randomly divided into 2 groups (control group and experimental group), with 6 replicates in each group and 20 chicks in each replicate. Chicks in the control group were fed with a basal diet, and the others in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% nonspecific IgY. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks. At the age of 6 weeks, 2 chicks from each replicate were weighed and slaughtered, and the development of internal organs, immune index and microbiota number were determined. The results showed that:Comparing with the control group, the weight of chicks at the age of 1 and 5 weeks, the glandular stomach weight, spleen weight, serum IL-2 content, jejunal sIgA content and cecal Lactobacilli number in experimental group were significantly increased (P < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation of nonspecific IgY could enhance growth performance, digestive organ development, immune function, and intestinal bacteria number. 相似文献

The stimulatory effect of fermented vegetable product (FVP) upon the phagocytic and superoxide generation of leukocytes was
studied in the Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus. The phagocytic activity of casein-induced, intraperitoneal leukocytes was investigated and quantified, that is the activity
significantly increased (P<0.05 or <0.01) by the addition of FVP beyond 3 mg/kg body weight. Further analysis investigated the effect of FVP on superoxide
generation in leukocytes. Established in vitro cytochrome c reduction assay was used to measure superoxide generation; reduced levels of FVP in assay samples had a profound
effect on superoxide generation. FVP was also incorporated in commercial diets and fed to Japanese flounder for 4 weeks. The

This study was carried out to compare growth, intestinal enzymes activity, antioxidation and nonspecific immunity of loach between farmed and imitative ecological farming loach, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus. Loach from farmed (average body weight 15.03 ± 0.36 g) and imitative ecological farming (average body weight 12.44 ± 0.62 g) population were used to analyse growth, whole-body composition, intestinal enzymes, antioxidant enzymes activity and resistance to bacteria. The results showed specific growth rate, average daily gain and protease, lipase, amylase and γ-GT activities in intestine and hepatopancreas of farmed loach were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than of imitative ecological farming loach. However, total protein, lysozyme and albumin contents and superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities of imitative ecological farming loach were significantly higher (p < 0.05) than of farmed loach. Moreover, resistance to Aeromonas hydrophila of imitative ecological farming loach was higher than of farmed loach (p < 0.05). 为评价大蒜素对鲫Carassius auratus非特异性免疫功能的影响,在鲫基础饲料中分别添加250、500mg/kg的大蒜素,并对鲫进行42 d的养殖试验,其中试验的第1~28天饲喂含大蒜素的试验饲料,第29~42天饲喂不含大蒜素的基础饲料。结果表明:与投喂基础饲料的对照组相比,添加250 mg/kg剂量的大蒜素能显著提高鲫血清补体C3活力(P0.05),而添加500 mg/kg剂量的大蒜素则能显著抑制鲫血清补体C3、C4活力(P0.05),改投不含大蒜素的基础饲料后,该剂量组C4活性仍显著低于对照组(P0.05);添加250、500 mg/kg剂量的大蒜素能显著提高鲫血清、肝胰脏、肾脏和脾脏中溶菌酶(LZM)活力(P0.05),改投不含大蒜素的基础饲料的14 d内,250、500 mg/kg剂量组血清LZM活性及500 mg/kg剂量组肾脏和脾脏LZM活性仍有显著升高(P0.05);添加250 mg/kg剂量的大蒜素能显著提高肝胰脏和脾脏中一氧化氮(NO)含量(P0.05),添加500 mg/kg大蒜素能显著提高血清和脾脏中NO含量(P0.05),但该剂量显著抑制肝胰脏NO含量(P0.05),250、500 mg/kg剂量组肾脏中NO含量在第42天时均显著高于对照水平(P0.05)。研究表明,鲫基础饲料中大蒜素的适宜添加剂量为250 mg/kg。 相似文献

研究凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)对尖吻鲈(Lates calcarifer)生长、消化酶及血清非特异性免疫酶活性的影响。把初始菌浓度为10×109cfu/g的凝结芽孢杆菌的粉末制剂分别以0、0.1%、0.5%和1.0%的比例添加到饲料中,投喂初始体重为(18.95±0.27)g的尖吻鲈,尖吻鲈养于0.5m3的玻璃纤维桶中,每桶20尾,每组饲料3个平行,养殖时间50d。尖吻鲈的生长在组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但增重率和特定生长率均在0.5%组最大,分别比对照组增加9.54%和4.01%。凝结芽孢杆菌对尖吻鲈的肠和幽门垂消化酶活性没有显著性影响,但胃淀粉酶在1.0%组显著高于对照组,肝蛋白酶在0.5%组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清碱性磷酸酶、过氧化物酶及超氧化物歧化酶在组间均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。本研究表明,凝结芽孢杆菌对尖吻鲈的生长有一定的促进作用,并可以影响其肝蛋白酶和胃淀粉酶的活性,而对其血清免疫酶的影响很小。 相似文献
