应用组织化学PA S-AB染色和定量图像分析法,研究了不同水平微量元素硒对成年皖西白鹅输卵管膨大部粘蛋白的影响,结果表明:日粮中添加0.2 m g/kg微量元素硒鹅输卵管膨大部粘蛋白与对照组(不加硒)差异显著(P<0.05);日粮中添加0.60 m g/kg与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);当日粮中添加硒到1.1 m g/kg时,与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);说明随着硒添加量的加大,皖西白鹅会发生慢性中毒。因此,微量元素硒对成年皖西白鹅输卵管膨大部粘蛋白的影响有显著差异。 相似文献

本试验旨在通过在日粮中添加不同剂量的硒(0、0.05、0.1、0.2mg/kg日粮),研究蛋鸡换羽过程中激素的变化,探讨硒影响强制换羽的机理。试验结果表明:微量元素硒能够影响换羽过程中血浆T3、T4、促黄体生成激素、黄体酮、雌二醇含量,但是硒参与强制换羽与硒对甲状腺激素代谢的影响无关,硒可能是参与了促黄体生成激素、黄体酮、雌二醇的代谢影响了强制换羽的效果。 相似文献

The present study was conducted to determine the effects of selenium (Se) soluble glass bolus (SGB) on blood Se concentrations of mixed‐bred (native × Anglo Nubian) pregnant does weighing between 15 and 52 kg and grazing on natural pastures in the Philippines. The control group, consisting of 28 does, was not administered with SGB, while 23 does were administered with SGB every 6 months for a period of 12 months. Forage and blood samples in both groups were collected every 2 months. Their Se, sulfur, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper and zinc concentrations were analyzed using the wet digestion method. The results showed that the grazed forage had concentrations of all these minerals that were far higher than the accepted critical lower levels. The Se concentration was higher (P < 0.05) in the dry season than in the rainy season, especially in the whole blood collected from the does and newborn kids. In both groups the Se concentration in the kids tended to increase during the suckling period but decreased after weaning. Kids born to the SGB does had higher whole blood Se concentrations (P < 0.05) than those born to the control does. However, the administration of SGB to the does did not affect any blood mineral concentrations except for Se in the grazing does and their kids. 为探讨VE在硒缺乏动物自由基代谢中的作用及添加VE对自由基代谢的影响,本试验采用低硒(低于10-9)、补VE(10-4)日粮饲喂小鼠,并对动物增重,血液、肝组织内丙二醛(MDA)、硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GSH-Px)及自由基(FRs)水平进行了系统检测。试验发现,添加VE除可阻止缺硒所致的动物生长迟缓外,还可明显降低相关组织内MDA的含量,但它并不直接影响Se-GSH-Px的活力。试验结果表明,VE主要通过对机体脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用及其对自由基所致膜结构损伤的修复而参与机体自由基代谢,在硒缺乏状态下,它能与硒协同作用而影响病程发展和疾病转归。 相似文献

All factors affecting the PCR system in Pinus massoniana Lamb were investigated one by one.The results show that the optimum PCR system of EST-SSR were:2μL 10×Buffer(Mg2+ Free), 30 ng template DNA,0.187 5 mmol/L dNTPs, 3.75 mmol/L Mg2+,8 pmol primer pair,1.0 U Taq DNA poly-merase in total 20μL reaction system. This study investigated the effect of graded levels of organic Zn (Bioplex Zn) on growth performance and carcass traits of broilers fed diets containing organic Se (Sel-Plex). Dietary treatments consisted of adding 0, 15, 30, 45, or 60 ppm organic Zn to a basal diet containing 60 ppm Zn from an inorganic source. Feed and water were provided ad libitum. Body weight, feed intake, feed conversion, and carcass traits were evaluated. Carcass evaluation was also performed on the last day of the experimental period. Body weight, feed intake, feed conversion, and weights of individual meat cuts were not statistically influenced by increasing organic Zn levels in the diet. However, a significant increase in skin tearing strength was observed in response to increasing levels of dietary organic Zn. Zinc plays a role in epithelial cell layers and collagen synthesis, thus affecting susceptibility of skin to tearing. These data indicated that organic Zn does not affect growth performance of broilers but increases resistance of skin to tearing, therefore improving carcass quality. 相似文献

Normal or elevated selenium status of broilers, which is influenced by dietary selenium sources, improves the bird’s ability to overcome the adverse effects of reactive oxygen metabolites. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of feeding graded levels of peroxidized poultry fat on blood and hepatic glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and hepatic glutathione reductase activity in broiler chickens fed either inorganic sodium selenite (SEL) or organic selenium enriched in the organic selenium yeast product Sel-Plex (SP). Nine starter diets, varying in levels of oxidized fat (0, 3, and 6 mEq/kg) and dietary selenium sources, were fed to 360 male chicks from hatch to 21 d of age. Sel-Plex or SEL was added to the basal diet to provide either 0 or 0.2 ppm of supplemental selenium in the diets. Blood and hepatic samples were obtained for each treatment group at 21 d of age. Neither peroxidized fat nor selenium source significantly altered the activity of hepatic glutathione reductase (P ≤ 0.05). Blood GSH-Px was influenced significantly by both fat and selenium source (P ≤ 0.05), but the fat × selenium source interaction was not significant (P ≥ 0.3). A selenium source effect on the hepatic GSH-Px activity (P ≤ 0.05) was evidenced by higher GSH-Px activity, even in the basal diet with no added peroxidized fat. An increase in GSH-Px activity was seen in the erythrocyte and hepatic samples in both the SEL and SP treatments when peroxidized fat was given at 3 mEq/kg, but in the erythrocytes and in the hepatic tissues from SEL-supplemented birds, there was an apparent inhibition of GSH-Px activity. This inhibition was not seen in the hepatic tissue samples from SP-fed birds. Because elevated GSH-Px activity is indicative of oxidative stress, it was concluded that dietary SP supplementation resulted in better selenium and redox status in broilers than did SEL. These results indicate that the dietary selenium supplied in an organic form (selenium yeast as SP) improved the selenium and redox status in broilers, leading to greater resistance to oxidative stress than when the inorganic form of selenium (SEL) was fed. 相似文献

旨在研究日粮中添加酵母硒对白羽肉鸡宰后成熟过程中线粒体氧化损伤及细胞凋亡的影响。以饲喂不同酵母硒添加量日粮肉鸡的胸肉为研究对象,测定宰后成熟过程中鸡肉线粒体氧化损伤程度、抗氧化酶活性、Caspase-3和Caspase-9活性及肉嫩度的变化。结果表明,宰后成熟过程中,酵母硒饲喂组活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)水平、线粒体膜通透性转换孔(mitochondrial permeability transition pore,MPTP)开放程度、线粒体膜通透性、Caspase-3以及Caspase-9活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);硒含量、胞浆细胞色素c (cytochrome c,Cyt-c)还原水平、线粒体膜电位及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。酵母硒饲喂组总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)在宰后成熟初期显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而在其他时间点虽有提高但差异不显著(P>0.05)。此外,酵母硒饲喂组肌原纤维小片化指数(myofibrillar fragmentation index,MFI)在宰后成熟过程中显著低于对照组,相对应的剪切力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲喂酵母硒通过降低鸡肉线粒体的氧化损伤进而抑制了细胞凋亡,最终减弱了肌原纤维蛋白的降解。 相似文献
