突发水污染事件快速预测是突发事故发生后及时采取有效应急控制和处置措施的基础。该文在对南水北调山东段干渠典型突发水污染事故仿真模拟的基础上,依据污染输移转化规律经验公式,建立了突发水质污染事故快速预测模型。利用南水北调山东段干渠典型突发水污染事故的仿真模拟结果对快速预测模型进行了参数率定与检验,通过与利用计算机数值模拟结果比较分析,该预测方法预测的影响时间与影响范围的相对误差分别在0.52%~4.83%和0.23%~7.15%,均低于10%,满足精度要求。该方法对于提供长距离调水工程极端情况的输水安全保障具有重要意义。  相似文献

MAP kinase级联信号在植物生长发育、抗病和抗逆等进程中发挥重要作用。水稻OsMKK10-2基因受脱落酸、干旱、盐和冷胁迫诱导表达。酵母双杂和pull down实验表明OsMKK10-2能与下游激酶OsMPK1、OsMPK5和OsMPK6相互作用,且OsMKK10-2N端MPK停泊位点决定了其与下游MPKs间的互作。OsMKK10-2:GFP融合蛋白定位在烟草细胞质和细胞核。不过,较长时间表达OsMKK10-2可以导致烟草细胞死亡和ROS产生,且依赖于其N端的MPK停泊位点。研究结果为进一步揭示OsMKK10-2的生物学功能奠定了基础。  相似文献

Toxicity of Fe2+ is one of the major constraints for lowland rice production in tropical and subtropical areas. The root tip is a primary site of iron (Fe2+) toxicity in rice. To explore the effects of iron toxicity on the morphological and biological characteristics on the border cells in rice (Oryza sativa L.), experiments were carried out using the border cells in two cultivars. The experimental results revealed the following properties of border cells shared by both rice cultivars: the first border cells appeared almost synchronously with the emergence of the primary root tip; the number of border cells reached maximum when the root was 25 mm long; the border cells were most viable when the root length was 20 mm; and the relative activity of pectin methylesterase (PME) was the highest when the root length was 2 mm. The two rice cultivars exhibited different trends in their response to Fe2+ toxicity: the number of root border cells in Fe2+-resistant Zhongyou 9288 increased when experiencing low levels of Fe2+ treatment, but then declined at higher Fe2+ levels. The number of root border cells in Fe2+-sensitive Shanyou No. 10, however, declined rapidly when the concentration of Fe2+ increased. The results also showed that Fe2+ toxicity hindered the development of root border cells of both rice cultivars, but the Fe2+ sensitive variety experienced thickened the root cap cell walls that led to programmed cell death.  相似文献

以紫色土为供试土壤,采用室内培养的方法,设置恒温20℃(HW)、突发性降温(20℃→10℃)(BW1)和突发性升温(20℃→30℃)(BW2)3个温度处理,研究了突发性变温下紫色丘陵区典型旱地土壤(紫色土)的有机碳矿化特征。其中温度突变的具体设置为:待20℃恒温培养至土壤有机碳矿化(Soil organic carbon,SOC)速率基本平稳且维持在较低水平时(第29天),将培养温度分别突降至10℃和突升至30℃,继续培养47d。结果表明,突发性变温对紫色土SOC矿化有显著影响(P0.05),在变温当天(第30天),突发性升温(BW2)处理对紫色土SOC矿化有明显促进作用,而突发性降温(BW1)处理则会明显削弱紫色土SOC矿化,二者的SOC矿化速率分别较恒温(HW)处理提高了225.1%,降低了38.5%;变温后的培养初期(第30~44天),各温度处理间的SOC累积矿化量存在显著差异(P0.05),与HW处理相比,BW2和BW1处理中紫色土SOC累积矿化量的变幅分别为+140.5%(升高)和-55.3%(降低);随培养时间的延续,各处理间的SOC累积矿化量未发现明显差异。表明突发性变温对紫色土SOC矿化的影响具有一定的时限性,其影响时长在2周左右。结合矿化动力学分析可知,同恒温相比,突发性变温主要通过改变土壤易分解有机碳库(C0)大小进而影响紫色土SOC矿化。  相似文献

To prevent surface tension‐related deaths in horse mackerel larvae, Trachurus mediterraneus, camphor grain (CG; 26 and 52 mg L?1 with and without ethanol) and chicken egg white (EW; 40 and 80 μL L?1) were added to rearing water. Compared with the control groups, supplementation of EW (40–80 μL) and CG (52 mg L?1, dissolved in ethanol) significantly improved the survivals of horse mackerel larvae (P<0.05). At the end of the 10 days after hatching, the survival rates of EW‐40 and EW‐80 were 64% and 72% respectively. No clear correlation was found between surface tension and survival rate.  相似文献

Background: Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in Doberman Pinschers is an autosomal dominant inherited disease. The prevalence of DCM in Doberman Pinschers of various age groups in Europe is currently unknown, but this information would be important to develop recommendations for screening programs. Objectives: To evaluate the prevalence of cardiomyopathy in various age groups of Dobermans. Animals: Seven hundred and seventy‐five examinations in 412 Doberman Pinschers. Methods: Dogs were included in a prospective longitudinal cohort study. Each examination included echocardiography and 24‐hour ECG (Holter) examination. A cut‐off value of >100 ventricular premature contractions (VPCs) per 24 hours on Holter examination or abnormal echocardiography was considered diagnostic for cardiomyopathy. The cumulative prevalence included all dogs with DCM and healthy dogs >7 years of age. Results: DCM prevalence in various age groups was as follows: age group 1 (1 to <2 years) 3.3%, age group 2 (2 to <4 years) 9.9%, age group 3 (4 to <6 years) 12.5%, age group 4 (6 to <8 years) 43.6%, and age group 5 (>8 years) 44.1%. The cumulative prevalence of Doberman Pinscher cardiomyopathy was 58.2%. There was an equal sex distribution, but male dogs showed earlier echocardiographic changes than did female dogs, which had significantly more VPCs. Conclusions and Clinical Importance: The prevalence of Doberman cardiomyopathy is very high in Europe. Disease manifestation and progression are different between male and female dogs. Yearly screening for DCM by Holter examination and echocardiography is recommended, starting at 2 years of age.  相似文献
