 本文利用BOI(Botrytis Susceptible 1 Interactor)基因敲减(knock-down) 株系、过量表达株系以及烟草瞬时表达系统,研究了BOI 基因在细胞程序化死亡(PCD)中的作用以及BOI 蛋白中RING 和WRD 结构域的功能。结果表明,BOI 基因的表达下调导致抗氧化胁迫能力下降,弱化了对活性氧介导的PCD 抑制作用;BOI 过量表达或瞬间表达可以增强对活性氧介导和α-吡啶甲酸诱导的PCD 的抑制作用。进一步研究发现,BOI 蛋白中的RING 结构域是BOI 抑制PCD 所必需的,WRD 结构域与BOI 对PCD 的抑制作用关系不大。  相似文献

通过计算并发度和线性熵研究了初始处于纠缠态的两个两能级原子与双模场相互作用系统的纠缠动力学特性,讨论了原子初始纠缠度和腔场初始纠缠度对并发度的影响。结果表明,两原子之间的纠缠出现纠缠突然死亡(ESD)现象,纠缠死亡持续的时间长度和原子初始的纠缠度无关,然而依赖于腔场初始纠缠度;在整个时间演化过程中,两原子和腔场之间一直保持着纠缠状态。  相似文献

The common rhizospheric fungus Cylindrocarpon destructans was investigated in relation to its role in root death of Pinus sylvestris in Nordic nurseries and plantations. Laboratory methods were developed for studying similar root problems as well as the early effects of phytotoxicity and fungal infection. Seedlings grown under standardized optimal conditions were exposed to controlled stress (known to occur in nurseries), with or without C. destructans in the rhizosphere. Low light conditions, anaerobic root environment, and fungicide treatment were each found to predispose pine seedlings to invasion by the pathogen. The pathogen was very sensitive to competition as well as antagonism on the root, and fungicide‐induced inhibition of antagonists such as Trichoderma spp. also increased the severity of attack by the pathogen. To compete successfully, the pathogen would have to invade and dominate weakened roots prior to the arrival of saprophytes. Toxic metabolites produced by the pathogen weakened or killed nearby root tissues, and pathogen metabolites seemed to prevent saprophytes from taking hold in the infected roots. Such heavily infected, dead roots may act as inoculum sources allowing the pathogen to invade adjacent living roots, even healthy ones. Dead roots left in nursery soil after earlier harvests may act as reservoirs of inoculum for long periods and pose a threat to new plants.  相似文献

To increase public understanding on cloned cattle derived from somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT), the present review describes the effect of calf death loss on an SCNT cattle herd. The incidence of death loss in SCNT cattle surviving more than 200 days reached the same level as that in conventionally bred cattle. This process could be considered as removal of SCNT cattle with congenital defects caused by calf death loss. As a result of comparative studies of SCNT cattle and conventionally bred cattle, the substantial equivalences in animal health status, milk and meat productive performance have been confirmed. Both sexes of SCNT cattle surviving to adulthood were fertile and their reproductive performance, including efficiency of progeny production, was the same as that in conventionally bred cattle. The presence of substantial equivalence between their progeny and conventionally bred cattle also existed. Despite these scientific findings, the commercial use of food products derived from SCNT cattle and their progeny has not been allowed by governments for reasons including the lack of public acceptance of these products and the low efficiency of animal SCNT. To overcome this situation, communication of the low risk of SCNT technology and research to improve SCNT efficiency are required.  相似文献

【目的】研究苹小吉丁(Agrilus mali Matsumura)幼虫生长发育对野苹果被害枝条韧皮部主要营养成分影响及其变化规律。【方法】研究苹小吉丁与野苹果枝条营养成分之间的关系,对野苹果枝条韧皮部和木质部的苹小吉丁幼虫定点定时调查其不同时间段的发育情况,测定幼虫所处的不同部位主要营养成分含量。【结果】在枝条韧皮部内越冬的幼虫5月下旬至6月初开始蛀入木质部化蛹,未蛀入木质部的部分幼虫从6月下旬至8月下旬期间出现自然死亡,尤其是7月中旬后自然死亡率上升到45%以上;经对幼虫所处韧皮部不同阶段主要营养成分含量测定发现,受害韧皮部主要营养成分含量均低于健康韧皮部,幼虫危害期的延续可溶性糖、还原性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量分别从6月下旬的38.68、18.37、9.47、19.57 mg/g下降到8月下旬的17.5、12.15、9.47、16.6 mg/g,幼虫自然死亡率与韧皮部主要营养成分含量进行相关性分析(P<0.05),两者为负相关性;而受害木质部主要营养成分含量均高于健康韧皮部,幼虫危害期的延续可溶性糖、还原性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量分别从6月下旬的12.13、3.91、3.73、12.2 mg/g上升到8月下旬的19.26、14.10、4.20、17.50 mg/g,幼虫自然死亡率与木质部主要营养成分含量相关性分析(P<0.05),两者为正相关。【结论】野苹果受害部位枝条韧皮部的可溶性糖、还原性糖、可溶性蛋白含量下降是影响幼虫正常发育的主要因素,致使6月下旬至8月下旬幼虫难以蛀入木质部而大量死亡,可作为苹小吉丁林间种群数量变动的重要参数。  相似文献

Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT)-derived piglets have significantly higher stillbirth rate and postnatal mortality rate than artificial insemination (AI)-generated piglets. The question whether the low survival rate of SCNT piglets was related to birth weight, umbilical cord or placenta development was investigated. In this study, stillbirth rate, neonatal death rate, birth weight, umbilical cord status, placental parameters and placental gene expression patterns were compared between SCNT and AI piglets. Results showed that mortality rates at birth and during the neonatal stage of SCNT piglets were significantly higher than those of AI piglets. The incidence of abnormal umbilical cord in SCNT and SCNT-liveborn (SCNT-LB) piglets was significantly higher than in AI and AI-liveborn (AI-LB) piglets. Birth weight, placental weight, placental surface area and placental efficiency in SCNT and SCNT-LB piglets were significantly lower than those of AI and AI-LB piglets. Placental expression profiles of imprinting, angiopoiesis and nutrient transport-related genes were defective in SCNT-LB piglets compared with those in AI-LB piglets. Thus, the low survival rate of SCNT piglets may be associated with abnormal umbilical cord and placenta development. These characteristics may have resulted from aberrant expression of angiogenesis, nutrient transport, and imprinting-related genes in the placentas.  相似文献

Inoculation of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) leaves with wheat powdery mildew fungus(Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici) induces the cell death in adventitious roots. Reactive oxygen species(ROS) play a key role in respond to biotic stress in plants. To study the involvement of ROS and the degree of cell death in the wheat roots following inoculation, ROS levels and microstructure of root cells were analyzed in two wheat cultivars that are susceptible(Huamai 8) and resistant(Shenmai 8) to powdery mildew fungus. At 18 d after powdery mildew fungus inoculation, only Huamai 8 displayed the leaf lesions, while root cell death occurred in both varieties. Huamai 8 had a high level of ROS accumulation, which is associated with increased root cell degradation, while in Shenmai 8, there was little ROS accumulation correlating with slight root cell degradation. The molecular study about the expression levels of ROS scavenging genes(MnSOD and CAT) in wheat roots showed that these genes expression decreased after the leaves of wheat was inoculated. The difference between Huamai 8 and Shenmai 8 on subcellular localization of H2 O2 and O2–· was corresponded with the different down-regulation of the genes encoding for superoxide dismutase and catalase in two wheat cultivars. These results suggested that ROS were involved in the process by which powdery mildew fungus induced cell death in wheat roots.  相似文献
