This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of three nutrient recipes containing different concentrations of macronutrients in the vegetative stage [Vegetative Nutrient Solution: (VNS-I, VNS-II, and VNS-III)] and two nutrient recipes in reproductive stage [Reproductive Nutrient Solution: (RNS-I and RNS-II)], on physiological and biochemical parameters of strawberry ‘Paros’ in a soilless system. The results indicated the significant effects of nutrient solution on the photosynthetic capacity, yield, minerals uptake and titratable acidity of strawberry fruits. In the other hand fruit total soluble solids affected by vegetative nutrient solution. The highest yield was obtained under application of lowest level of minerals. Vegetative growth including leaf number and leaf area, as well as total chlorophyll were the highest as potassium (K+), calcium (Ca2+), and nitrogen (N) concentrations were increased. The highest content of N and Ca2+ uptake were in VNS-III × RNS-I formulation. Additionally, the highest vitamin C was in VNS-I formulation. Moreover, the most firmed fruits and the highest post-harvest shelf life of fruits were produced in VNS-III × RNS-I formulation.  相似文献

该研究的目的是建立可见/近红外光谱与梨果实坚实度之间的数学模型,评价可见/近红外光谱技术无损测量梨果实坚实度的应用价值.在可见/近红外光谱区域(350~1800nm),试验对比分析了不同测量部位、不同光谱预处理方法和不同校正建模算法的梨果实坚实度校正模型.结果表明:赤道部位吸光度一阶微分光谱的偏最小二乘回归所建梨果实坚实度校正模型的预测性能较优,其校正和预测相关系数分别为0.8779和0.8087,校正和预测均方误差分别为1.0804N和1.4455N.研究表明:可见/近红外光谱技术无损检测梨果实坚实度是可行的.  相似文献

以早熟有明桃为试材,研究了室温、冷藏和树上条件下果实硬度的变化规律。结果表明:早熟有明桃为高硬度、长采收期和长货架期品种。早熟有明桃果实在室温、冷藏和树上条件下的果实硬度均呈下降趋势,只是不同条件下的下降速度和趋势不同而已,其中冷藏条件下果实硬度下降最慢,室温条件下果实硬度下降最快。常温、冷藏和树上的果实硬度均无明显的果实硬度下降过程,该类型可能为无呼吸高峰类型。  相似文献

This study analysed the effect of cleaning intensity of the abdominal cavity and storage temperature from slaughter to the end of processing on the quality of farmed salmon (Salmo salar L.) fillets. These two parameters were manipulated in an experimental setup using in total thirty salmon with an average weight of 4.2 kg. The experiment was designed to imitate realistic scenarios in a normal production process in the Faroe Islands. The salmon stored at low temperatures had an average muscle temperature of 4.65°C, whereas the salmon stored at ambient temperature had an average muscle temperature of 11.27°C. After the salmon were gutted to remove all viscera except the kidney, the abdominal cavity was either rinsed lightly or meticulously cleansed of kidneys, all blood and bodily fluids. A wide range of quality and production parameters were measured either straight after cleaning or after the salmon had been stored in chipped ice at 1.5°C for 7 days. All measured parameters were analysed for possible correlations by principal component analysis (PCA). Blood and remains left in the abdominal cavity were shown to have a significant negative effect on fillet firmness (P < 0.01) and gaping (P < 0.01). The different storage temperatures between slaughter and gutting, tested in this experiment, did not significantly affect fillet firmness or gaping. However, the fillet colour showed significant negative correlation (P < 0.01) with the storage temperatures applied.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the influences of foliar spray of potassium (K), calcium (Ca), and their combination on the fruit red skin color and quality attributes of ‘Red Delicious’ apple under conditions of south central Iran with warm and dry summer, where low and high temperature differences are low. The trees were sprayed five times using 5 g L–1 calcium chloride (CaCl2) at 3-week intervals starting from 3 weeks after full bloom and three times (at 9, 12, and 15 weeks after full bloom) using 2.5 g L–1 K sources [potassium chloride (KCl), potassium sulfate (K2SO4), and potassium nitrate (KNO3)] during two growing seasons in 2013 and 2014. Anthocyanin, some physicochemical attributes, and fruit mineral concentrations were measured at harvest. Results showed that spraying with K, CaCl2, and their combinations significantly increased fruit weight, sugar and anthocyanin concentrations, firmness, and K uptake. A combined foliar application of CaCl2 and each of the K sources was more effective on the improvement of fruit color, firmness, fruit K and Ca uptake, and K/Ca ratio as compared to the case when either K or Ca was applied alone.  相似文献

以‘红心7号’和‘红心9号’两个红肉苹果新品系的成熟果实为试材,检测贮藏期间硬度与香气成分及其相关酶活性与基因表达量。‘红心9号’苹果贮藏期间果实硬度极显著低于‘红心7号’,而乙烯释放速率极显著高于‘红心7号’;总香气物质、酯类含量及AAT1、AAT2和LOX基因表达量均极显著高于‘红心7号’,而在贮藏后期(90~120 d)果实醇类与醛类含量及HPL和ADH基因表达量均极显著低于‘红心7号’;PG、XET、PME、AM、α-L-Af和β-Gal等6个果实软化相关基因表达量及其酶活性大都极显著高于‘红心7号’。上述结果表明乙烯释放速率和酯类含量高及酯类生物合成和果实软化相关基因上调表达可能是导致‘红心9号’苹果贮藏期间果实硬度显著低于‘红心7号’的主要原因。香气物质种类、含量及其变化能作为果实贮藏品质评价的指标之一。  相似文献

选用本地主栽品种及引进品种,对影响番茄果实硬度的6个指标与硬度进行相关及通径分析。结果表明:纤维素含量和原果胶含量对番茄果实硬度的影响最大,这两个指标是影响硬度的最主要因素。因此在耐储运育种过程中,可将试验材料果实中所含纤维素含量和原果胶含量作为主要的选择指标,提高育种效率,缩短育种周期。  相似文献

为建立海沃德猕猴桃货架期品质变化动力学模型,以实现对海沃德猕猴桃货架期的预测。本试验将经0.5 μL·L-1 1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理(处理组)与不处理(对照组)的猕猴桃于0、4、15、25℃条件下贮藏,测定其硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、Vc含量;并基于Arrhenius理论建立货架期预测模型,选取20℃样本对该模型进行验证。结果表明,1-MCP对试验设置温度条件下贮藏的海沃德猕猴桃硬度、可滴定酸含量和Vc含量的降低以及可溶性固形物含量的升高均有一定的延缓作用;同时对其硬度和Vc含量变化情况进行拟合,比较拟合后的反应速率常数k,发现温度越高Vc含量和硬度变化越快。比较零级反应和一级反应线性回归决定系数R2可知,对照组和处理组Vc含量变化动力学方程遵循一级反应动力学,对照组R2≥0.97,处理组R2≥0.94;对照组和处理组硬度含量变化动力学方程遵循零级反应动力学,对照组R2≥0.96,处理组R2≥0.92。对照组硬度下降及Vc含量下降的lnk和1/T的R2>0.98,处理组硬度下降及Vc含量下降的lnk和1/T的R2>0.89。将预测值和实测值进行比较,结果显示,对照组猕猴桃货架期预测值和实测值相对误差均在±10%以内。综上表明,用硬度变化预测猕猴桃货架期,操作简单,相对误差较低。本研究结果在猕猴桃贮藏、销售中具有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

研究提出了近红外光谱技术无损检测香蕉品质指标的新方法。采用The Unscramble 9.7分析软件,建立了香蕉糖度、坚实度和粘度的预测模型。根据定标集样品常规方法测定结果和所扫描得到的香蕉未剥皮和剥皮的光谱信号间的拟合关系,采用偏最小二乘法建立香蕉糖度、坚实度和粘度的定标模型,并用未参与定标的一组样品作为预测集对模型进行检验。未剥皮香蕉的糖度、坚实度和粘度的预测决定系数分别为0.94,0.95,0.93,剥皮香蕉的糖度、坚实度和粘度的预测决定系数分别为0.92,0.97,0.95,预测精度较高。结果表明,香蕉皮对其的影响不大,近红外光谱技术可应用于未剥皮香蕉品质检测,实现了香蕉品质的快速、无损检测,为香蕉品质的无损检测提供了理论依据。  相似文献
