根据油松的生物与生态学特性,通过采用不同时间、不同栽植地点、不同树龄的移栽试验,试验结果表明,在春季新芽未萌发时移栽,可使树龄为10-15年的苗木成活率达到88.0%以上。该技术对油松大苗的移植培育具有一定的参考价值,对满足城市园林绿化建设也具有一定的促进作用。 相似文献

通过对陕西省牛背梁国家级自然保护区大型真菌的调查和研究,结果表明:本保护区共有真菌165种,隶属2门4纲10目35科79属,其中以担子菌门层菌纲真菌的种类数量最多,为144种,占保护区大型真菌总种数的87.3%;共有优势科9个含47属111种,分别占保护区大型真菌总科数的26.5%、总属数的59.5%,总种数的67.3%;本区大型真菌主要集中分布在海拔2 300m以下的区域,共有159种,占保护区大型真菌总种数的96.4%,大型真菌的种类、种群密度以及数量随着海拔升高而递减。从大型真菌在不同植被类型内分布看,大型真菌以分布于阔叶林带的种类较多,达126种,占调查总种数的76.4%,其次为灌丛林和针叶林。 相似文献

AIM: To observe the protein expression of p27 and ribosomal phosphoprotein large P0(RPLP0) regulated by latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1) in nasopharyngeal epithelial and nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues. METHODS: The protein levels of p27 and RPLP0 and the relationship with LMP1 were analyzed by Western blotting. The protein expression of LMP1, p27 and RPLP0 was also detected by the method of immunohistochemistry in 30 nasopharyngeal epithelial and 60 nasopharyngeal poorly-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma tissues. Meanwhile, the significance of clinical pathology was evaluated. RESULTS: The positive rate of LMP1 protein was 73.3% and 90.0% in nasopharyngeal epithelial and nasopharyngeal poorly-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma tissues, respectively. Compared with the LMP1-negative tissues, the protein levels of RPLP0 were low in the nasopharyngeal epithelial and nasopharyngeal poorly-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma tissues with LMP1-positive expression, but the levels of RPLP0 protein were overexpressed. The protein expression of RPLP0 and RPLP0 was related to the age of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, the protein level of LMP1, the metastasis of lymph nodes and the TNM classification. The positive expression of p27 protein at high level was usually observed in the patients with young age, or had the characteristics of LMP1 (-), non-metastasis of lymph nodes, and in I or II stage of TNM classification. However, the protein expression of RPLP0 was low (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: LMP1 down-regulates p27 and up-regulates RPLP0 in nasopharyngeal epithelial and nasopharyngeal poorly-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma tissues. 相似文献

A growing number of regions in the developing world are targeted by transnational investors who are acquiring large amounts of land and natural resources. Driven by the increasing global demand for agricultural products, such investments are often considered an opportunity for economic development in the target country. However, there are concerns about the social and environmental impacts on local communities. In this brief review, we discuss some key socio‐environmental controversies surrounding large‐scale land acquisitions (LSLAs). LSLAs often target common property systems and lead to privatization and commodification of land through long‐term land concessions. There is a debate between supporters of foreign land investments as a means to attract modern agricultural technology that would decrease the yield gap in underperforming agricultural land and those who question such a development model because it is seldom coupled with policy instruments that would ensure that the benefits improve food security in local populations. Large‐scale land investments displace a variety of systems of production ranging from small‐scale farming to (arguably) “unused” land such as forests and savannas on which local communities often depend. Moreover, LSLAs entail an appropriation of water resources that may negatively impact local farmers or downstream human and natural systems. In most cases, investors keep the land fallow but, when they put it under productive use, they typically change land cover and land use to start intensified commercial farming, often for nonfood crops.
