Twenty-one strains of Botrytis cinerea isolated from six plant species on ten sites throughout Israel, as well as a strain from France, were tested for vegetative
and mycelial incompatibility, pathogenicity, resistance to the fungicides carbendazim and iprodione, and colony morphology.
Selenate-resistant mutants were isolated from the strains as spontaneous, fast-growing sectors arising from restricted colonies
on medium amended with sodium selenate with a mean frequency of 0.04 sectors/colony; 81% of the sectors were sulphate non-utilizing
(sul) mutants. One hundred and four sul mutants were divided into two complementary groups: resistant (66 mutants) and sensitive to chromate. Based on compatibility
reactions between chromate-resistant and chromate-sensitive sul mutants, 12 strains were compatible only with themselves and were each classified as belonging to different vegetative compatibility
groups (VCGs). Nine strains were each compatible with one to three other strains, and were assembled into three multi-member
VCGs. Mycelial incompatibility between wild-type strains (barrage), in the form of a zone of dark pigmentation or sparse mycelium
with or without dark pigmentation of the agar along the line of confrontation, was observed for 70% of the inter-strain pairings.
There was no correspondence in compatibility between strains revealed by two approaches: strains in different VCGs did not
necessarily produce a barrage. However, self-compatibility was observed both as heterokaryon formation between complementary
sul mutants and as an absence of barrages between mycelia of wild-type strains; wild-type strains belonging to the same VCG did
not exhibit strong barrages, although weak antagonistic reactions were observed. Strains in two multi-member VCGs showed the
same patterns of resistance to carbendazim and iprodione; the third multi-member VCG contained isolates with different patterns
of resistance. Four morphological types were revealed among wild-type strains: conidial (five strains), sclerotial (six strains),
intermediate (ten strains), and mycelial (one strain). On bean leaves, conidial strains were more aggressive than sclerotial

[目的]分离筛选出能够降解土壤中多菌灵的菌株,并对其降解特性作初步研究。[方法]从长期被多菌灵污染的土壤中,利用富集培养法分离筛选出1株能够降解多菌灵的菌株YB-6,并研究了初始pH、培养温度、接种量、外加碳源、氮源对其生长量和降解特性的影响。[结果]菌株YB-6能够以多菌灵为唯一碳源生长,在基础培养基中,5 d内对100 mg/L的多菌灵降解率为61%,而加入0.5%蛋白胨后5,d内对多菌灵的降解率可达90%;菌株BY-6对多菌灵具有良好降解性能,最合适降解温度为30℃、pH为7.0,降解率与接种量呈正相关,外加氮、碳源能促进其降解效果。[结论]研究结果为进一步研究菌株YB-6降解多菌灵机理,并将其大规模运用到土壤修复技术中奠定了基础。 相似文献

[目的]研究多菌灵与吡唑醚菌酯混配对辣椒炭疽病菌的毒力效果。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定多菌灵、吡唑醚菌酯混配对辣椒黑色炭疽菌和辣椒红色炭疽菌的毒力。[结果]多菌灵和吡唑醚菌酯对黑色辣椒炭疽病菌EC50值分别是1.751 0、0.481 8μg/ml,对红色辣椒炭疽菌EC50值分别是1.163 4、0.496 5μg/ml。多菌灵的毒力小于吡唑醚菌酯;多菌灵与吡唑醚菌酯混配对2种辣椒炭疽病菌增效系数(SR)为1.182.57,部分配比具有显著增效作用。[结论]研究结果为防治辣椒炭疽病的有效混配杀菌剂的开发及应用奠定了基础。 相似文献

研究套袋对不同农药处理、不同甜瓜品种果实中农药残留量的影响。以厚皮甜瓜金玉和M135为试材,对不套袋、套白纸袋的果实喷施多菌灵和敌敌畏处理,分别采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气相色谱法(GC)测定农药的残留量。结果表明,多菌灵残留量在金玉和M135两个品种套袋果实中分别比不套袋果实减少37.2%和59.7%;敌敌畏残留量在金玉品种套袋果实中明显低于不套袋果实,而在M135品种中差异不显著。说明套袋能够降低果实中的农药残留量,甜瓜果实中的农药残留量在品种间具有一定差异。 相似文献

进行259个灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)菌株对多菌灵(carbendazim)、腐霉利(procymidone)和乙霉威(diethofencarb)的抗性检测,结果分为6种抗性类型:单抗多菌灵的类型(B~RN~SD~S)占36.3%,单抗乙霉威的类型(B~SN~RD~S)占24.7%,抗多菌灵和腐霉利的类型(B~RN~SD~R)占20.1%,抗多菌灵和乙霉威的类型(B~RN~RD~S)占6.9%,抗腐霉利和乙霉威的类型(B~SN~RD~R)占5.8%,同时抗3种药剂的类型(B~RN~RD~R)占6.2%。各地双抗或多抗菌株出现的频率分别为田阳73.9%,田东61.9%,武鸣30.1%,南宁8.7%,柳州2.6%。大多数多菌灵抗性菌株的抗性水平很高(EC_(50)>1000 mg·L~(-1)),大多数腐霉利抗性菌株的抗性水平较低(EC_(50)<10 mg·L~(-1)),而乙霉威抗性菌株中,双抗或多抗菌株的抗性水平较低(EC_(50)<5 mg·L~(-1));单抗菌株的抗性水平较高(25.1884 mg·L~(-1)相似文献

The content and homologue composition of alkylresorcinols were investigated in rye seedlings (Secale cereale L.) treated with benzimidazole fungicides and grown for 5 days under various thermal and light conditions. The fresh and dry biomasses of green and etiolated plants were greatly increased by benomyl and carbendazim at 29 °C. At 22 and 15 °C benomyl had an inhibitory action on growth of rye, whereas the effects caused in the presence of carbendazim were slightly dependent on external stimuli. On the other hand, benomyl enhanced resorcinol biosynthesis in green seedlings grown at all temperatures, while carbendazim only at 29 °C. In plants kept in the darkness, both fungicides increased content of alkylresorcinols at 29 °C and decreased its at 22 and 15 °C. The qualitative pattern of resorcinolic homologues was also significantly modified in the presence of benomyl and carbendazim and depended on other physical stimuli. 相似文献
