新疆天山北部放牧绵羊牧草营养摄入量动态变化规律研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本研究每逢双月中旬跟踪绵羊放牧,模仿绵羊摄取可采食性牧草种类、部位和数量,采集各种牧草样品,分类计算重量,按重量比例制成风干混合样品,按常规分析方法测定样品粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、无氮浸出物、Ca、P、灰分的含量并计算总能.总体来说, 6、8、10月份牧草营养成分含量较高,12、2、4月份牧草营养成分含量较低.因此为了提高新疆天山北部地区放牧绵羊的生产水平,必须对绵羊在冬、春季节进行补饲,以保证绵羊全年营养均衡供应.  相似文献

以人工合成的促性腺激素释放激素(Gonadotropin releasing hormone,GnRH)/转运肽(TRS)基因与表达载体pGEX-6p-1相连的重组子(pGE-G)作为研究对象,转化大肠杆菌BL21(ED3)plyS。本文对GST-GnRH/TRS/BL21(DE3)plyS工程菌的GST-GnRH/TRS重组产物进行了诱导表达和分离纯化的研究,结果表明,该工程菌用LB培养基在30℃扩增至OD590为0.6左右,加IPTG(终浓度为0.2 mmol/L)诱导3.5h,此时GST-GnRH/TRS的表达量可占菌体总蛋白的33.3%。重组产物绝大多数以IBs形式存在于菌体中。工程菌经溶菌酶破碎、高速离心,得IBs粗制品后,再用8 mL 1%(V/V)Triton X-100变性溶解IBs,离心取上清,进行Glutathione Sepharose 4B柱一步法亲和层析,得到了纯度较高的GST-GnRH/TRS融合蛋白,为进一步研究和实际应用奠定基础。  相似文献

Overgrazing is one of the main causes of desertification in the semiarid Horqin sandy grassland of northern China. Excluding grazing livestock is considered as an alternative to restore vegetation in degraded sandy grassland in this region. However, few data are available concerning the impacts of continuous grazing and livestock exclusion on soil properties. In this paper, characteristics of vegetation and soil properties under continuous grazing and exclusion of livestock for 5 and 10 years were examined in representative degraded sandy grassland. Continuous grazing resulted in a considerable decrease in ground cover, which accelerates soil erosion by wind, leading to a further coarseness in surface soil, loss of soil organic C and N, and a decrease in soil biological properties. The grassland under continuous grazing is in the stage of very strong degradation. Excluding livestock grazing enhances vegetation recovery, litter accumulation, and development of annual and perennial grasses. Soil organic C and total N concentrations, soil biological properties including some enzyme activities and basal soil respiration improved following 10-year exclusion of livestock, suggesting that degradation of the grassland is being reversed. The results suggest that excluding grazing livestock on the desertified sandy grassland in the erosion-prone Horqin region has a great potential to restore soil fertility, sequester soil organic carbon and improve biological activity. Soil restoration is a slow process although the vegetation can recover rapidly after removal of livestock. A viable option for sandy grassland management should be to adopt proper exclosure in a rotation grazing system in the initial stage of grassland degradation.  相似文献

基于县域单元的我国水稻生产时空动态变化   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
水稻是我国最重要的粮食作物之一, 阐明近几十年来水稻的时空动态变化特征, 对于优化水稻布局、促进水稻生产的可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究基于1985年以来的县域水稻生产数据, 分析了我国水稻产量、面积和单产的时空动态变化特征和水稻生产重心迁移轨迹, 在此基础上量化了水稻面积和单产对总产的贡献度。结果发现, 我国水稻产量变化以49年周期为主, 21年为辅, 面积变化周期为26年, 单产变化周期为60年; 1985—2015年间, 在水稻种植区域内, 近50%地区产量上升, 约70%播种面积减少, 80%以上区域单产增加; 我国水稻产量、面积重心分别向东北方向迁移229 km和225 km, 而东北稻作区产量、面积重心分别向北偏东方向迁移238 km和242 km; 我国水稻生产主导因素中单产占比由56.3%下降至28.3%, 面积由34.7%上升至63.1%。结果表明, 全国各稻作区单产提升、东北早熟单季稻区面积增加、华中双单季稻区和华南双季稻区面积减少是我国水稻种植面积变化的主要特征。因此, 合理布局我国水稻的种植面积和持续提高的水稻单产是稳定和提升我国水稻产量的主要措施, 充分利用光热资源、提高机械化程度和比较效益是促进我国水稻生产发展的关键途径。  相似文献

为了稳步推进宁夏农垦企业集团百万肉羊产业化生产,笔者结合宁夏农垦生产实际,在既充分考虑宁夏农垦百万肉羊良种繁育和杂交利用体系的总体建设方案和现有建设实际,又紧密结合商品肉羊生产场目前技术力量和实际生产水平的前提下,提出了宁夏农垦万只商品肉羊生产场羊群结构优化与设计的具体方案:优秀种公羊50只,占羊只总数的0.5%,其中6月龄、1岁、2岁、3岁、4岁、5岁公羊分别占公羊总数的24%、18%、16%、16%、14%、12%;二元杂交母羊9950只,占羊只总数的99.5%,其中6月龄、1岁、2岁、3岁、4岁、5岁、6岁母羊分别占母羊总数的18.3%、16.4%、15.6%、14.5%、13.2%、11.8%、10.2%。  相似文献

Health benefits of soy isoflavones have attracted the concern of the public and the interest of health-care professionals. In this study, two trials were conducted in characterizing bone-related traits and lens proteins as affected by supplementation of soy aglycon isoflavones (SAI). In trial 1, an in vivo study, 20 Sprague-Dawley rats were ovariectomized (OVX) and randomly distributed into OVX and OVX+SAI (135 mg of SAI/kg of feed; 8.33 mg/kg body weight; 2.5 mg/day) groups. Another group containing 10 rats with a sham operation was control (Sham). The experiment period was 3 months, and the rats were subjected to bone-related traits and lens protein characterization. In trial 2, an in vitro study, osteoprogenitor cells (UMR-106) were divided into SAI-supplemented (0.5 mg of SAI/mL of medium) and unsupplemented groups. Results of the in vivo study indicated that daily BW gains in the OVX and OVX+SAI groups were greater than that of the Sham group (p < 0.05). Bone ash and Ca contents of the Sham and OVX+SAI groups were higher than those of the OVX group (p < 0.05), while bone density, strength, and phosphorus contents among groups varied insignificantly (p > 0.05). When the lens proteins were extracted and analyzed with size-exclusion HPLC, the contents of beta- and gamma-crystallins were lowest in the OVX group and the protein solubility decrease could be recovered by dietary SAI supplementation (shown by OVX+SAI group). Based on Raman spectra of the isolated lens proteins, disulfide bonds were observed more in OVX lens than in the Sham and OVX+SAI lens. Results of in vitro study with osteoprogenitor cells revealed that cell viability, alkaline phosphatase activity, osteocalcin, and Ca contents of the SAI-supplemented group were higher than those of the unsupplemented group (p < 0.05). The likely potency to enhance bone and lens health by SAI supplementation is worth pointing out.  相似文献

内毒素诱导肝细胞凋亡的机制及阳离子A的保护效应   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为研究内毒素(ET)诱导肝细胞凋亡的作用机制及阳离子A(CA)对肝细胞的保护效应,采用ET所致家兔内毒素休克的模型,分别在3、4、8、12h检测肝脏组织中一氧化氮(NO)水平的动态变化、肝细胞凋亡指数和肝细胞凋亡的形态学变化,并观察CA注射液对上述指标的影响。ET组中各时间段的肝组织中NO水平均显著升高(P〈0.01),随着NO水平的增加,肝细胞凋亡指数先上升,然后下降,最后又上升到最高值;肝细胞及肝脏组织的损害程度也与此类似。CA组的NO水平则明显降低(P〈0.05),肝细胞凋亡及病理组织学改变亦轻。提示NO参与内毒素休克的发病机制,介导了肝细胞的凋亡,同时,在一定范围内又有保肝作用。而CA可有效地中和血循环中的ET,减少肝脏中过量NO的产生,减轻炎症反应及其对肝脏的损害,对内毒素休克有一定的防治作用。  相似文献
