基于MODIS 的沙漠化地区植被覆盖度提取模型的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
目前常用的植被覆盖度遥感反演模型,受限条件较多,所用系数精度不高。针对上述问题,提出了利用研究区域的实测最大和最小植被覆盖度确定反演模型系数的方法和基于MODIS影像数据的地面实测验证方法。经用该方法对毛乌素沙地沙漠化地区的植被覆盖度进行反演,并同步监测该区域的地表覆盖度对反演结果进行验证,结果表明地面同步实测植被覆盖度与反演的误差绝对值平均值为0.04,反演方法精度较高。研究表明本文提出的利用MODIS影像数据反演沙漠化地区地表覆盖度的模型、地面验证方法切实可行,适合对沙漠化地区地表植被覆盖度大范围且快速的遥感监测。  相似文献

从酸菜汁中分离出一株有抑菌活性的菌株,经鉴定为乳杆菌A5。温度、pH对菌株发酵上清液的影响以及发酵上清液对酶的敏感性的研究表明,发酵上清液中的抑菌物质对胃蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶较敏感,说明抑菌物质是一种蛋白质,确定为细菌素。该细菌素具有良好的热稳定性,在121℃20min的高温条件下,仍具有较强的抑菌活性。菌株所产细菌素在酸性条件下有较强的抑菌活性(pH3.0~5.0);菌株产生的细菌素可以较好地抑制革兰氏阳性、阴性菌,表明菌株所产细菌素是一类具有广谱抑菌活性的细菌素。  相似文献

为了揭示塔里木河中下游生态输水后胡杨与柽柳种群空间分布格局及关联性变化特征.以塔里木河中下游荒漠河岸植被建群种胡杨(Populus euphratica)和柽柳(Tamarix ramosissima)为研究对象,采用相邻格子法进行实地调查,并通过3个样地的6种不同取样尺度(10 m×10 m、10 m×20 m、10 m×30 m、20 m×20 m、20 m×30 m、20 m×50 m)计算方差与均值的比率以及5种聚集度指标,分析胡杨与柽柳种群的空间分布格局,同时利用2×2列联表χ2统计量、联结系数和共同出现百分率等测度方法,计算2个物种联结的性质和程度.结果表明:胡杨和柽柳种群的空间分布均呈显著的聚集分布;在胡杨、柽柳群落中,种间联结系数小于1,共同出现的百分率大于0,胡杨与柽柳呈现种间负联结,且联结程度随着生境的恶化而增强,种间竞争激烈.因此,本研究结果可为该区域防风固沙、水土保持和生物多样性等生态服务功能提供技术支持,也为系统评估和改进生态输水方案提供科学依据.  相似文献

In the present investigation, seed methanolic extracts of three Vitis vinifera (Muscat d’Italie, Syrah and Carignan) were assayed for their antioxidant activities. Results showed that there are strong variations in the contents of total phenols (440.97–121.94 mg GAE g−1 DW), flavonoids (48.07–16.81 mg EC g−1 DW) and tanins (37.15–14.9 mg EC g−1 DW) from the studied seeds. The phenolic composition of these extracts was determined by RP–HPLC after acid hydrolysis. The main phenolic compound was quercetin with 27.2% in Muscat d’Italie, 48.8% in Syrah and 28.4% in Carignan. Besides, all seed extracts showed remarkable DPPH radical scavenging activity with IC50 values ranged from 1.8 to 30 μg ml−1. EC50 values of reducing power activity ranged from 100 to 120 μg ml−1. The high phenolic content and the considerable antioxidant activities of vitis seed extracts could potentially be considered as an expensive source of natural antioxidants.  相似文献

The essential oil and fatty acid composition of two provenances of Ruta chalepensis from four organs (leaves, flowers, stems and fruits) was determined. The effect of the plant part on total fatty acid contents, essential oil yields, fatty acid and volatile constituents was significant.Fatty acid profiles varied significantly among the studied provenances and organs. Linolenic acid had the highest amount in leaves of the two provenances. From R. chalepensis, in all organs, the main fatty acids were palmitic (13.10-25.31%), followed by palmitoleic (0-15.72%), stearic (1.03-6.85%), oleic (1.90-24.04%), arachidic (0.11-4.03%), eicosatetraenoic (0.10-5.60%) and behenic (0.47-6.09%) acids. Saturated fatty acids had the highest amounts in growing wild R. chalepensis flowers, and cultivated R. chalepensis stems were characterized by the predominance of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Oil composition of all studied organs has a healthy and nutritionally value. Essential oil yields varied from 0.39% to 2.46% and showed a remarkable variation with plant organs. Thirty-six volatile compounds were identified in different analyzed essential oils; 2-undecanone, 2-nonanol and 2-dodecanone had the highest percentages.  相似文献

采用MODIS数据,根据水的吸收率曲线提出使用MODIS影像数据的第6波段和第7波段的反射率来监测土壤湿度,并与温度植被旱情指数(Temperature Vegetation Dryness Index,TVDI)进行对比。通过在毛乌素沙地沙漠化地区准同步实地验证,表明MODIS第7波段的反射率与地表土壤湿度之间有较好的负线性相关关系,并建立了回归方程。分析结果表明使用MODIS数据第7波段的反射率可以大面积对沙漠化地区土壤湿度进行监测。  相似文献

[目的]探讨荒漠化地区不同地表水水质特性对胡杨林更新演替的影响,为胡杨林的保育及复壮更新工作提供理论支撑与科学根据。[方法]以塔里木胡杨国家级自然保护区为研究区,根据实地考察、采样及试验分析,对塔河中游水质状况及其对胡杨生长的影响进行了对比研究。[结果](1)研究区地表水水化学类型为硫酸盐类钙组Ⅲ型或氯化物类钠组Ⅲ型水(按阿列金分类法),pH值低于8.0,胡杨生长良好地区地表水样pH值在7.42~7.82;(2)漫溢河水总硬度、总碱度及TDS均高于干流水体,分别为325.3~769.5,142.6~290.3及782.2~1 037.5mg/L,胡杨在地表水TDS1 000mg/L的环境下能正常生长;区内地表水受到农田排水的不利影响,氨氮含量在0~0.45mg/L。[结论]研究区内地下水盐分含量远高于地表水,不能满足胡杨幼苗的萌发与生长,仅在濒临河道的狭窄地带能实现胡杨林的自然更新,地下水盐碱胁迫是胡杨林更新复壮的重要制约因素。  相似文献

The effects of cutting date and position (apical, basal and central) on rooting ability and fatty acid composition from Carignan (Vitis vinifera L.) shoot were determined. Root number and weight depended of the cutting date and position. Only in the case of the cutting in the basal position, there was a highly positive correlation between number and percentage of roots (r = 0.95) during sampling date. Concerning the influence of the cutting date, the root number by cutting oscillated in a saw tooth. The root weight and percentage showed a positive correlation for the three cutting positions and they increased with time. Cutting date and position had an irregularly effect on the contents of total lipid and different fatty acids. Independently of cutting position, the contents of oleic acid (C18:1) and palmitic acid (C16:0) correlated negatively with those of linoleic (C18:2) and linolenic acids (C18:3) during sampling date.  相似文献

We report that the Kondo effect exerted by a magnetic ion depends on its chemical environment. A cobalt phthalocyanine molecule adsorbed on an Au111 surface exhibited no Kondo effect. Cutting away eight hydrogen atoms from the molecule with voltage pulses from a scanning tunneling microscope tip allowed the four orbitals of this molecule to chemically bond to the gold substrate. The localized spin was recovered in this artificial molecular structure, and a clear Kondo resonance was observed near the Fermi surface. We attribute the high Kondo temperature (more than 200 kelvin) to the small on-site Coulomb repulsion and the large half-width of the hybridized d-level.  相似文献

The Tataouine province in southern Tunisia is well known for its severe pedoclimatic conditions. Using solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography (GC), coupled to flame ionization and mass spectrometer detectors, we characterized virgin olive oils from Chemlali Tataouine, Fakhari Douirat, Zarrazi Douirat, and Dhokar Douirat varieties, which grow in the harsh arid region of Tataouine. Significant differences in the proportions of volatile constituents from oils of different varieties were detected. The results showed that lipoxygenase products were generally the major metabolites of the volatile fraction, and (E)-Hex-2-enal was the principal compound characterizing the olive oil headspace for most samples, though the absolute levels varied greatly, never exceeding 76.45 and 32.16%, respectively. The C5 compounds were unusually abundant, comprising 42.97% of the total lipoxygenase products and a remarkably high level of penten dimers. Each autochthonous variety could thus be differentiated according to the percentage of each metabolite.  相似文献
