江西省主要人工混交林类型的优化与筛选

以杉木或湿地松为主要树种,用南酸枣、檫树、樟树、乐昌含笑、福建柏、鹅掌楸、蓝果树等作伴生树种,开展了13个类型的混交林试验研究,在定性分析筛选的基础上,初选出9个比较优良的混交类型,再依据Ii=P1h/H+P2d/D+P3v/V计算出混交类型的优选指标,用I标准=I单均+aδn计算出类型的优化标准为6.12.据此对参试的混交类型进行优选,选出的最佳混交类型为杉木+南酸枣、杉木+檫树、杉木+樟树和湿地松+鹅掌楸4个混交类型,供林业生产上推广应用.  相似文献

Effects of thyroxine and thiourea on the metamorphosis of coral trout grouper Plectropomus leopardus

The contribution of the thyroid hormone to the metamorphosis of the coral trout Plectropomus leopardus was examined. Juveniles, aged 35 days, were exposed to thyroxine (T4, 0.1 p.p.m) and thiourea (TU; inhibitor of thyroid hormone synthesis, 30 p.p.m) for 13 days. All the fish in the T4-treated group had completed metamorphosis (second metamorphosis, pigmentation and resorption of fin spines) within three days after the beginning of the experiment (day 3), whereas it took 13 days for this to occur in the control fish. Moreover, the fish in the TU group had not completed metamorphosis even by day 13. Settling behavior was significantly stimulated by T4 treatment, as was the resorption of the dorsal and pelvic fin spines, the reduction of serration on the spines, and the transition of body color into an opaque reddish hue. Fish in the TU group had longer dorsal and pelvic spines, retarded pigmentation and an abnormal black coloration. These results suggest that thyroid hormone accelerates most changes during the second metamorphosis in the coral trout.  相似文献

以‘米邦塔’食用仙人掌为主要原料,探讨仙人掌饮料的生产工艺、配方技术。用柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、氯化钠等护色剂对仙人掌饮料进行护色,使饮料的绿色尽量保持。为了除去饮料中的大颗粒分子,提高饮料的澄清度,用不同的蜂蜜对其进行澄清试验;由于饮料不稳定,易出现沉淀或者分层,故用海藻酸钠、明胶、琼脂、CMC-Na等稳定剂对仙人掌饮料进行稳定研究。  相似文献   

Trihalomethanes Adsorption on Activated Carbon Fiber and Granular Activated Carbon

Isotherms and the effects on activated carbon fiber (ACF), compared with granular activated carbon (GAC), adsorption of trihalomethans (THMs) in water were studied. It was found that the isotherms for ACF or GAC were not agree to Langmuir equation well, but successfully correlated by Freundlich equation, and the coefficients of Freundlich isotherm were given and compared to isotherms reported in the literatures for THMs. ACF and GAC adsorbing THMs was exothermic, isotheric heats of adsorption were calculated and increased with increasing bromine substitution in CHCl₃. The adsorptive capacity of ACF was about two-fold greater than that of GAC, and increased with THMs more hydrophobic or bromine substitution. pH value and temperature had no significant effect on the adsorptive capacity of ACF. The adsorptive capacity of GAC was decreased with temperature slightly. The adsorptive capacities of ACF or GAC was increased with the THMs initial concentration rising. Fixed-bed reactor studies were measured, the amount of THMs adsorbed on ACF column at saturation was much greater than that of GAC at the same operating conditions, and the running time of ACF column was two-fold longer than that of GAC column. The mass transfer zones of ACF column were less than those of GAC column and decreased as the chlorine atoms in CHCl₃ substituted by bromine atoms, while the mass transfer zones of GAC column were quite uniform.  相似文献
