枣缩果病又称铁皮病、黑腐病。在大部分枣区均有不同程度的发生。20世纪80 年代以来,该病在我国北方枣区发生日趋严重,一般年份病果率在 10 % ~50 %,严重年份达 90 %以上,甚至绝收。太谷县红枣已发展到1.4万hm2,枣缩果病已成为制约该县红枣产业的重要因素。我们于2004年开展了枣缩果病的防治工作,取得了较好的效果,现介绍如下。1　发病症状枣果感染该病后,在白熟期开始出现症状,初期在果实中部至肩部出现水浸状黄褐色不规则病斑,果面病斑提前出现红色,无光泽;病斑不断扩大,并向果肉深处发展,解剖观察,果肉病斑区出现由外向内的褐色斑,组织…  相似文献

【目的】掌握杉木2代和2.5代种子园的遗传背景信息,为杉木种子园的遗传管理和生产经营提供依据,同时为杉木3代种子园的营建提供遗传信息基础。【方法】以洪雅县国有林场国家杉木良种基地杉木2代及2.5代种子园为对象,通过SSR分子标记技术对其遗传多样性及遗传结构进行分析。【结果】（1）杉木2代种子园平均等位基因数（10.1）、有效等位基因（1.71）和Shannon’s信息指数（1.213）数值要高于大多数杉木和其他针叶树种的种子园或育种资源的数值,表观杂合度（0.440）和期望杂合度（0.478）则低于这些种子园或育种资源的指标值,但单个位点的遗传多样性指标与该位点在其他研究中的表现相比并无明显差异;（2）2.5代种子园相比2代种子园虽然等位基因数量存在一定程度的减少,但其他遗传多样性指标没有出现明显的减少;（3）2代种子园各来源间遗传多样性有一定差异,来源间的遗传分化不明显,基因流（N_m）均大于1,基因交流频繁,变异来源主要存在于群体内（占99%）。110个无性系遗传聚类不明显,遗传背景较为一致。【结论】洪雅国有林场杉木2代种子园具有较丰富的遗传多样性,2.5代种子...  相似文献   

Irreversible competitive inhibitory kinetics of cardol triene on mushroom tyrosinase

Cardol triene was first purified from cashew (Anacardium occidentale L.) nut shell liquid and identified by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance. The effects of this compound on the activity of mushroom tyrosinase were studied. The results of the kinetic study showed that cardol triene was a potent irreversible competitive inhibitor and the inactivation was of the complexing type. Two molecules of cardol triene could bind to one molecule of tyrosinase and lead to the complete loss of its catalytic activity. The microscopic rate constants were determined for the reaction of cardol triene with the enzyme. The anti-tyrosinase kinetic research of this study provides a comprehensive understanding of inhibitory mechanisms of resorcinolic lipids and is beneficial for the future design of novel tyrosinase inhibitors.  相似文献

An analysis is made for various kinds of possible breakdown modes during hydrofracture,and the corresponding breakdown pressure,from which a method is given to distinguish which kind of failure mode practically occured. Mass property parameters (mass, center of mass, moment of inertia) are important technology parameters of aircraft. The traditional mass and center of mass measurement uses centroid units, and the moment of inertia measurement torsion units, which can only get results in installing direction. Because of the structural reasons, there is a need to get all high accurate physical parameters in clamping once. To solve this problem, this study merges centroid units and torsion units into one composite unit, installs a table which can tilt and rotation to measure the moment of inertia in different conditions. The moment of inertia and product of inertia relative to three axis are calculated by the method of coordinate transformation. Measurement theory of mass, center of mass and mass moment of inertia are described, the main reason of causing measurement errors is discussed, and the measurement accuracy affected by tilt error is analyzed.  相似文献
