In order to explore the influence of temperature changes on animal digestive tract smooth muscle,the contractility of isolated rabbit small intestine (duodenum,jejunum and ileum) were measured at different temperatures (39→32℃,32→39℃,39→42℃ and 42→39℃) using the biological signal processing system.The results showed that the contraction frequency of duodenum and jejunum was positively correlated with temperature changes between 39 and 32℃,while the amplitude and tension of duodenum were negatively correlated with temperature changes.Only the contraction frequency of ileum was positively correlated with temperature changes between 39 and 32℃.Changes of frequency,amplitude and tension of duodenum between 39 and 42℃ were similar with those changes between 39 and 32℃.However,the contraction of jejunum and ileum was irregular.When the temperature was decreased from 42 to 39℃,the contraction of small intestine could not return to the condition in 39℃.The results suggested that the optimal bath temperature was 37℃ in contraction test of rabbit small intestine in vitro,and the present results could be referenced to explore the disorder of gastrointestinal movement due to the change of environment temperature in animals.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to explore the influence of both fasting and water deprivation stress on horses.Eight adult Yili gelding were used with a incomplete Latin square design.The animals were divided into fasting and water deprived for 49 h group (feed and water deprivation group, FW group) and normal feeding group (control group).The changes of basic vital signs, blood biochemistry indexes and stress-related hormones indicators were monitored during experiment from horses.The results showed that heart rate of FW group at 12 to 48 h were significantly lower than the control group (P< 0.05), breathing rate at 48 and 49 h were significantly lower than the control group (P< 0.05), blood glucose concentration at 18, 24 and 36 h were significantly lower than the control group (P< 0.05), plasma cortisol level at 18, 30 and 36 h were significantly higher than the control group (P< 0.05), plasma antidiuretic hormone level at 48 and 49 h were significantly higher than the control group (P< 0.05).There were no significant differences in other parameters between two groups (P> 0.05).The results suggested that horses could maintain basic life activities by reducing cardiovascular activity and body energy consumption, and improving the stress ability in the condition of fasting and water deprivation.  相似文献

为了探究温度变化和中药对马离体小肠运动的影响,用生物信号处理系统监测了浴槽不同温度、中药单方(陈皮和枳实)和中药复方制剂对马离体小肠运动的影响。结果显示,浴槽温度从38℃降温到32℃过程中,小肠收缩频率和幅度减弱,张力增加(P0.05);当浴槽温度从32℃升温到38℃过程中,小肠收缩逐渐恢复;当浴槽温度从38℃升温到41℃过程中,小肠收缩幅度增加,收缩频率减慢(P0.05),再降温到38℃小肠收缩可恢复。复方浓度递增到128μL/mL时小肠收缩幅度和收缩张力同用药前指标比较,差异显著(P0.05)。陈皮单方浓度递增到32μL/mL时和64μL/mL时,小肠收缩张力同用药前张力比较差异分别显著(P0.05)和极显著(P0.01);浓度递增到64μL/mL时,小肠收缩幅度同用药前幅度比较,差异显著(P0.05)。枳实单方浓度递增到32μL/mL时,小肠收缩频率和张力同用药前指标比较差异分别显著(P0.05)和极显著(P0.01)。研究表明,温度降低可使马小肠平滑肌收缩加强,单味陈皮和枳实以及复方中药对马离体小肠均有抑制作用,提示这些中药方剂均有望用于临床缓解马匹肠痉挛。  相似文献

为了筛选胃排空和肠推进试验最佳示踪染料,本试验选取葡聚糖蓝2000、伊文思蓝和墨汁3种染料,用微量倍比稀释法测定一系列浓度各染料在一系列波长的吸光度值,以确定各染料的最大吸收波长和可测浓度范围。根据各染料可测范围确定小鼠最佳灌胃剂量,测定各染料在胃残留率、小肠推进率及小肠均4段各段染料残留率,确定各染料在消化道总残留率。结果显示,在本试验测定波长中,葡聚糖蓝2000、伊文思蓝和墨汁最大吸收波长分别630、630和405 nm;可测浓度范围分别为0.16~5.00 mg/mL(R2 =0.9863)、0.78~6.25 μg/mL(R2=0.9984)和0.02%~0.16%(R2=0.9979)。3种染料对胃排空率的影响差异不显著(P > 0.05),而肠推进率伊文思蓝显著快于其他两种染料(P < 0.05);3种染料总残留率葡聚糖蓝2000最高,其次为墨汁,伊文思蓝最低,分别为93.6%±4.5%、71.5%±8.5%和18.7%±2.8%。本试验结果提示,在检测受试物对在体消化道运动影响研究中,如果仅要求测定肠推进率可用墨汁,如果要精确检测胃和小肠各段排空情况则用葡聚糖蓝2000为宜。  相似文献

为探究禁食禁水双重应激对马匹机体的影响,试验选取8匹成年伊犁骟马,采用不完全拉丁方试验设计,分为禁食禁水组(禁食禁水49 h)和正常饲喂组(对照组),在试验过程中监测马匹基本生命体征、血液生化指标及应激相关激素含量的变化。结果表明,禁食禁水组心率在12~48 h均显著低于对照组(P< 0.05),呼吸频率在48和49 h显著低于对照组(P< 0.05),血糖浓度在18、24和36 h均显著低于对照组(P< 0.05),血浆皮质醇水平在18、30和36 h均显著高于对照组(P< 0.05),血浆抗利尿激素水平在48和49 h均显著高于对照组(P< 0.05),其他指标未见显著变化(P> 0.05)。由此可知,在禁食禁水双重应激情况下,马匹通过降低心血管活动、减少机体能量消耗、提高应激能力来维持基本生命活动。  相似文献

干鲜荨麻提取物对小鼠离体小肠运动影响的比较研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了比较荨麻干燥处理以及高温提取对其药效学的影响,探究了麻叶荨麻鲜株榨汁制备的鲜汁、干粉水浸制备的干汁以及干粉煮沸后获得的煮汁对小鼠离体小肠运动的影响。结果显示,3种汁均可剂量依赖性促进小肠的运动,其最小有效浓度约为2g/mL,最大有效浓度约为50g/mL。2g/mL的3种汁使小肠收缩张力均较用药前显著增加(P0.05),且鲜汁和干汁用药后小肠收缩张力均显著高于煮汁(P0.05)。50g/mL干汁用药后1min内收缩曲线下面积显著高于50g/mL鲜汁,其他两两比较差异均不显著(P0.05)。试验结果表明高温水煮可影响荨麻在促进胃肠动力方面作用,而干株可替代鲜株作用,提示在制备用于缓解或治疗胃肠动力障碍荨麻药材时,可用干株水浸方法制备。  相似文献

In order to select the best tracer dye for gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion experiment,three kinds of dyes including of dextran blue 2000,direct blue 53 and ink were selected.The absorbance values of the series of concentration of dyes were tested in a range of wavelength by micro double dilution method.Moreover,the maximum absorption wavelength and measurable concentration range of three dyes were determined.According to measurable range of three kinds of dyes,the optimal gavage doses were obtained in mice.The gastric residual rates,small intestinal propulsion rates and residual rates in four parts of equal small intestine were tested.The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelengths of dextran blue 2000,direct blue 53 and ink were 630,630 and 405 nm,respectively.Their measurable concentration ranges were 0.16 to 5.00 mg/mL (R2=0.9863),0.78 to 6.25 μg/mL (R2=0.9984) and 0.02% to 0.16% (R2=0.9979).The difference of gastric emptying rates among the three dyes was not significant (P > 0.05),and intestinal propulsion rate of direct blue was significantly higher than those of the other two dyes (P < 0.05).Total residual rates of dextran blue 2000,ink and direct blue were 93.6%±4.5%,71.5%±8.5% and 18.7%±2.8%,respectively.The results suggested that ink was the best tracer dye if only the intestinal propulsion rate in vivo needed to be determined,while dextran blue 2000 is appropriate if a precise determination of the gastric and intestinal emptying needed to be done.  相似文献

为了探究禁食、急性冷暴露和注射外源性生长激素释放肽Ghrelin对羔羊生理指标的影响,本研究监测了室温禁食24h后继续禁食并冷冻(-24.7℃±0.2℃)2h羔羊基本生命体征、血液生理指标和血糖浓度的变化,同时探究了外源性Ghrelin对于冷冻的禁食羔羊以上指标的影响。结果显示,在禁食后8、16、24h羔羊呼吸频率、心率和血糖浓度均较禁食前显著降低(P0.05),在禁食后16h和24h直肠温度均较禁食前极显著降低(P0.01),而血液生理指标变化不明显(P0.05);在冷冻1.5h和2.0h后羔羊呼吸频率较保温组显著减慢(P0.05),心率和血糖浓度在冷冻后1.0、1.5、2.0h显著增加(P0.05),冷冻过程中羔羊直肠温度差异不显著(P0.05);冷冻2h后颈静脉一次性注射Ghrelin未发现对羔羊以上指标的影响(P0.05)。以上研究结果提示,羔羊在禁食和低温情况下可通过调整自身活动,以维持机体稳态,并且Ghrelin可能并未参与该调整过程。  相似文献

为了探究温度变化对动物消化道平滑肌运动的影响,本试验用生物信号处理系统测定了浴槽不同温度(39→32℃、32→39℃、39→42℃和42→39℃)对家兔离体小肠各段(十二指肠、空肠、回肠)平滑肌运动的影响。结果显示,当温度在39和32℃之间变化时家兔离体十二指肠和空肠运动的收缩频率同温度变化呈正相关,而十二指肠收缩幅度和收缩张力同温度变化呈负相关,但回肠仅表现在收缩频率同温度变化呈正相关;当温度从39℃升高到42℃时,十二指肠的收缩频率、收缩幅度和收缩张力变化与温度在39和32℃之间变化情况相同,但是空肠和回肠的规律性较差;当温度从42℃高温降低到39℃时,3段离体小肠运动不能恢复到39℃时的运动状态,家兔小肠离体试验浴槽最适温度为37℃。本研究结果提示,在进行动物小肠离体试验时应注意浴槽温度对小肠运动的影响,同时本研究结果也为探究由于环境温度变化导致的动物胃肠运动异常的机理提供参考。  相似文献
