An iron-sulfur compound (Fe3S2) was synthesized at pressures greater than 14 gigapascals in the system Fe-FeS. The formation of Fe3S2 changed the melting relations from a simple binary eutectic system to a binary system with an intermediate compound that melted incongruently. The eutectic temperature in the system at 14 gigapascals was about 400°C lower than that extrapolated from Usselman's data, implying that previous thermal models of Fe-rich planetary cores could overestimate core temperature. If it is found in a meteorite, the Fe3S2 phase could also be used to infer the minimum size of a parent body.  相似文献

 近几年,欧洲各国的养蜂中发现有残留抗生素的问题,提出了世界养蜂行业必须要解决的诸多课题。笔者通过多年的养蜂实践,提出了关于现代养蜂的问题:不适宜的环境下养蜂,对蜜蜂过多采蜜,人工近亲交配导致蜂群种性和抗病性降低,不正确的采蜜时间、方法、措施,使蜂产品的品质降低。为了解决上述问题,提出按蜜蜂的生态、自然养蜂,比如确保蜜源丰富,有大量和无污染的水源和蜜源的养蜂环境,由蜂群的轮流休息来强化蜂群,在无药剂污染的地区养蜂,开发附加值高的蜂产品生产,加强质量管理等措施。  相似文献

 在前文已指出了现代养蜂业存在的问题。一方面,蜂群生产负担过重,造成蜂产品的质量下降。为了解决这个问题,提出根据蜜蜂本身具备的生物学能力,必须恢复自然养蜂的想法。另一方面,养蜂是一种产业,因此,做好生产附加价值比较高的蜂产品是很重要的。因此本文介绍关于提高蜂王浆所具有的抗酸化作用,应用蜂王浆抗菌物质的转基因代替生产,以及作者最新的基础研究成果,提出了自然养蜂与近代科学技术的关系,以及养蜂学和养蜂产业的展望。  相似文献

本实验监测8头围产期奶牛外周血浆中胶原蛋白和肌浆球蛋白的代谢产物——羟基脯氨酸(HP)和3甲基组氨酸(3MH)的含量,借以找出这两种蛋白质的代谢规律和子宫复旧的关系。结果表明:荷兰黑白花牛和娟珊牛血浆中HP的含量和子宫角直径分别呈显著及极显著正相关(r=0.41,P<0.05和r=0.57 P<0.01),而3MH分别呈极显著和显著正相关(r=0.52 P<0.01和r=0.39(P<0.05)。此外,黑白花牛血浆中3MH的含量极显著高于娟珊牛(P<0.001)。两个品种牛子宫复旧的平均时间,黑白花牛为37.4±3.1天,娟珊牛32.3±2.1天。结果说明牛产后子宫体积的缩小与子宫肌肉的胶原蛋白和肌浆球蛋白降解成氨基酸排出体外有关,子宫复旧的速度可能决定于这两种蛋白质的降解速度。  相似文献

Globoid cell leukodystrophy (GLD), or Krabbe's disease, is a progressive autosomal recessive disorder of the central nervous system in man and in various other species. GLD has been shown to result from various mutations in the gene encoding galactocerebrosidase (GALC), a lysosomal enzyme. We investigated the molecular basis of GLD in a related group of Irish setters. Sequencing of the GALC cDNA from an affected individual revealed an insertion mutation of 78 base pairs (bp) consisting of 16 bp of insertion site duplication and 62 bp of sequence derived from the U4 small nuclear RNA. We implemented a PCR-based test which is useful for identifying carriers of the mutation.  相似文献

Lobelia×speciosa Sweet ‘Compliment Scarlet' was grown under a range of photoperiods and low temperature treatments to determine their effects on flowering. In the first experiment, plants were held at 5°C for 0 or 15 weeks, then grown at 20°C under the following photoperiods: 10, 12, 14, 16, or 24 h of continual light or 9 h with a 4 h night interruption (NI). Non-cooled ‘Compliment Scarlet' flowered as a qualitative long-day plant (LDP) with a minimum flowering photoperiod of 14 h. Following cold, flowering was quantitative with respect to photoperiod, until ≈14.2 h, when the calculated rate of progress toward flowering reached a plateau. In cooled plants, node number below the inflorescence decreased from 27 to 16 as the photoperiod increased from 10 to 24 h. Cooled plants developed 61–149% more flowers and were ≥17% taller than non-cooled ones under the same photoperiod. To determine the cold duration required for flowering under short days (SD), plants were held at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 weeks at 5°C then grown at 20°C under SD (9 h photoperiod) or long days (9 h photoperiod with a 4 h NI). Under SD, few plants flowered after ≤6 weeks of cold. As cold treatment increased from 9 to 15 weeks, flowering percentage increased, time to flower decreased from 93 to 64 days, and node count decreased from 24 to 13. Cold treatment did not affect flowering percentage or time under NI, but plants always had more flowers and were taller than reproductive ones under 9 h day lengths. Thus, ‘Compliment Scarlet', is a qualitative LDP, but an extended cold treatment can partially substitute for the long day (LD) photoperiodic requirement.  相似文献
