The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of accelerated aging on compression strength, modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, color change, volumetric swelling, and volumetric shrinkage of bamboo specimens with and without node sections. In the study, these properties were compared with those of Scots pine and beech wood specimens. Depending on bamboo sections, the aging procedure reduced modulus of rupture, modulus of elasticity, and compression strength. Bamboo specimens showed relatively high strength properties compared to wood specimens due to having high density. Strength properties increased from bottom to top of bamboo culms. The presence of nodes in the specimens reduced compression strength and modulus of rupture but affected modulus of elasticity slightly. Remarkable color changes in specimens were observed after aging. Volumetric swelling and shrinkage of bamboo specimens exposed to aging decreased probably due to heat effect of aging procedure.  相似文献

Deficiency of Boron (B) is widespread in the many parts of region of Turkey. So, the effects of boron and plant growth promoting bacteria (Bio-B) on the fruit yield, antioxidant enzyme activity and plant freeze injury of strawberry cv. Fern were investigated under field conditions between 2013 and 2014. The experimental plot was a completely randomized design with 4 replicates. Control and Bio-B were used as fertilizer agent in the experiment. Bio-B fertilizer was applied in three methods as soil, foliar and soil + foliar application methods to strawberry plants. Data through 2 years showed that the use of Bio-B significantly increased fruit yield, antioxidant enzyme activity and decreased freeze injury of strawberry leaf. Soil + foliar applications of Bio-B fertilizer increased to fruit yield compared to the control by 55.91?%. However, foliar application of Bio-B fertilizer increased to catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme activity compared with the control treatment 41.86?%, 48.99?%, and 26.59?%, respectively and decreased freeze injury of strawberry leaves 27.41?%. Overall, the results of this study suggest that Bio-B fertilizer application have the potential to increase the yield, antioxidant enzyme activity and decreased freeze injury of strawberry plants under field conditions.  相似文献

为探讨石榴园土壤养分对果实品质的影响,并为果园科学配方施肥提供参考依据,本研究对皮山县皮亚曼石榴园的土壤养分和果实品质进行调查,应用SPSS软件进行多元统计分析,筛选出影响果实品质的主要土壤养分因子。结果表明,和田皮亚曼石榴果实Vc、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量均高于其他石榴产区,为优质甜石榴品种。土壤有机质除与速效钾和锌外,与其他土壤矿质元素均为正相关。果实Vc含量与土壤有效磷、铁和锰含量呈正相关,与速效钾呈负相关;可滴定酸含量与土壤锰呈正相关,与有机质、全氮呈负相关;可溶性糖含量与土壤有机质、全氮和铜呈正相关;可溶性固形物含量与土壤速效钾、全氮和锌呈正相关。因此,提高土壤有机质含量,适量增施氮、磷肥和微量元素,是提高当地果园石榴果实品质的重要措施。  相似文献

为了解新疆石榴主产区土壤养分状况,采用室内分析测定,对石榴果园不同树龄的0~20cm、20~40cm范围内石榴园土壤有机质、全氮、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量进行了测定分析。结果表明:石榴园不同树龄、不同土层深度的土壤有机质含量范围分别为0.576 0~0.659 5g·kg~(-1)、0.402 5~0.504 0g·kg~(-1),平均值分别为0.617 8、0.453 3g·kg~(-1);土壤全氮含量变化范围分别为0.069 5~0.072 5mg·kg~(-1)、0.058 5~0.060 5mg·kg~(-1),平均值分别为0.071 0、0.059 5mg·kg~(-1);土壤速效氮含量变化范围分别为54.079 0~63.106 0mg·kg~(~(-1))、52.091 0~57.153 5mg·kg~(-1),平均值分别为58.592 5、54.622 3mg·kg~(-1);土壤速效磷含量变化范围为32.362 5~36.704 0mg·kg~(-1)、19.683 5~22.042 5mg·kg~(-1),平均值分别为34.533 3、20.863 0mg·kg~(-1);土壤速效钾含量变化范围为309.088 0~395.853 2mg·kg~(-1)、301.294 2~365.353 0mg·kg~(-1),平均值分别为352.470 6、333.323 6mg·kg~(-1)。分析发现,石榴果园土壤中除速效钾含量偏高外,有机质、全氮、速效氮含量偏低,速效磷含量中等,石榴园土壤养分不平衡。该试验为今后石榴园土壤合理施肥提供科学依据。  相似文献

通过体外耐酸、耐胆盐实验,从新疆拜城赛里木镇传统拉丝酸乳中的优势乳酸菌中筛选出耐受性和优良益生特性较强的乳酸菌菌株.结果表明:筛选出来的9株乳酸菌,在pH 2.0的条件下表现出-强的耐受能力,S5-8和S2-1L用人工胃液处理后的活菌数量在108 CFU/mL以上,其中S5-8有明显的增长趋势,其他7株菌株活菌数量在107CFU/mL以上,远远超过了106 CFU/mL以上的临界值,对9株强耐酸性乳酸菌进行耐胆盐实验.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of rice wine (Jinbiao, Yinbiao, Wunianchen, Nv’erhong) on the endogenous protease activity, myofibrillar degradation, and quality characteristics of topmouth culter (Culter alburnus). Rice wine had a pH of 4.3 and calcium ions ranging from 89.30 to 123.70 μg/mL. Nv’erhong rice wine had the highest total phenolic content of 583.38 μg gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/mL, while Wunianchen rice wine (WNC) showed the strongest total antioxidant capacity of 87.29 U/mL. WNC presented the optimum inhibitory effect on endogenous proteases of calpain and cathepsin B, D, and L, delaying the degradation of myosin heavy chain and α-actinin, which are important to muscle softening. The quality characteristic evaluation indicated that the addition of rice wine could maintain the hardness and chewiness, increase the springiness of the fish fillet, as well as inhibit the total volatile basic nitrogen production. These results suggest that rice wine had effects of inhibiting endogenous proteases, delaying myofibrillar degradation, and maintaining the sensory quality of topmouth culter.  相似文献
