在实验室常温条件下,将月季(RosaChinesesjacq.)鲜切花品种“萨蒙莎”置于2%蔗糖和不同浓度CoCl2溶液进行瓶插培养.在有蔗糖提供营养的基础上,Co2+可以延缓细胞膜差别透性的降低,抑制月季茎切口端和培养液微生物特别是真菌的生长,并能维持茎中央薄壁细胞和花瓣表面乳突状细胞的完整性,减少“弯颈”现象的发生.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to analyze the cyclic vacuum drying curve within one cycle. Red oak specimens of two different groups, square in cross-section, were used. Group one was comprised of four different thicknesses (2.54, 3.81, 5.08, and 6.35 cm) with a length of 25.4 cm and group two was comprised of three different lengths (12.7, 25.4, and 38.1 cm) with the thickness of 2.54 cm. The specimens were heated to 60°C in the heating oven and then dried in the vacuum oven at 18 mm Hg. The vacuum oven was at room temperature (20°C). The vacuum pump was kept running for 140 min. It was found that the cyclic vacuum drying curve consisted of two distinct parts. The fast drying period lasted about 10 to 15 min. The slow drying period occurred when the pressure inside wood approached the ambient pressure. Most of the moisture was removed during the fast drying period.  相似文献

对截面尺寸为100mm×100mm的人工林落叶松髓心方材进行系列高频真空干燥试验,分析研究不同高频真空干燥条件下干燥质量和干燥速度的变化规律,获得合理的高频真空干燥工艺基准;为了进一步减少试材表裂,干燥前对试材进行切口和过热蒸汽预处理。结果表明:沿试材长度方向的中心位置切口和过热蒸汽预处理都能有效减少试材表裂,提高干燥质量。  相似文献

2016年在陕西关中地区的眉县、周至县、杨陵区、兴平市、临渭区和华县安排布点,进行了小麦赤霉病自动监测预警系统的测试,以期明确其在关中地区的应用效果。试验结果表明,该系统可以在小麦扬花期前1周发出预警信息,预测准确度达94.4%,系统运行稳定,自动化程度高,可为小麦赤霉病的科学防治决策提供重要的参考依据,具有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

In this study, twenty-five heat treatments were conducted at the various treating conditions of five temperatures and five durations. At each treatment, 15 poplar specimens were used. Twelve variables that represented wood color, physical and mechanical properties and durability were measured for both treated and untreated specimens. To evaluate the effect of heat treatment on the wood performance, a comprehensive cluster analysis was applied to the measured variables of treated and untreated specimens. Cluster analysis showed that treating and control specimens can be distinctly classified into 2, 3 or 4 clusters according to the intended purposes. Two clusters can represent the control group and twenty-five testing groups. Four clusters represented the control group and three groups of testing specimens having mild, moderate and severe treating conditions, respectively. At the mild treatment, modulus of rupture (MOR) was reduced <11 %. Wood durability increased to moderate resistant. At the moderate treatment, EMC decreased by 28 %, and MOR was decreased by more than 12 %. In the severe treatment, wood durability increased to resistant or highly resistant; however, its MOR was reduced half.  相似文献

本研究采用花蕾注射法对9种天然源农药防治香蕉黄胸蓟马的田间防效进行了评价。结果表明,除虫菊素、藜芦碱、d-柠檬烯、绿僵菌在推荐剂量下对香蕉黄胸蓟马的防治效果最高,其防治效果均达90%以上。同时,试验结果还显示,d-柠檬烯分别与除虫菊素和藜芦碱以2.5 mL/L +2.5 mL/L混配时增效作用显著,其防效分别为98.74%和98.26%,显著优于单剂和其他处理。花蕾注射除虫菊素、藜芦碱、d-柠檬烯、绿僵菌对香蕉黄胸蓟马具有较好防效,可作为香蕉黄胸蓟马绿色防控的药剂示范应用。  相似文献
