包衣机在批量加工流程中需要针对供种量和进液量等重要参数进行检测,否则无法保证良好的包衣效果。为此,设计了一种包衣机检测控制系统,可实现对供种量和进液量参数信息的检测和控制。同时,需在供种量检测模块的硬件选型和电路设计中采用尽可能多的抗干扰措施保证种子质量的检测精度,在进液量检测模块的设计中通过采用主板信号控制动作启动、传感器检测电路直接控制动作结束的方式保证进液控制的稳定性,并通过液晶触摸屏为用户提供一个简单直观的人机交互方式。整个系统稳定可靠、抗干扰性好,满足预期的精度要求,包衣效果良好。  相似文献

通过对LCD显示原理的分析和对嵌入式芯片S3C2410A中LCD控制器的研究,设计了STNLCD的硬件驱动电路和软件驱动程序,完成了在S3C2410A中对STN LCD驱动的设计.实验结果显示LCD上图像显示稳定清晰,达到设计要求.该设计可用于大部分嵌入式芯片对STNLCD的驱动,是嵌入式系统中实现LCD驱动的一套较好解决方案.  相似文献

在区分低碳经济与低碳发展的基础上,构建了一套低碳发展指标体系,并采用整合的FAHP-TOPSIS法对我国30个省区进行评价研究。结果表明:①该指标体系是实用且有效的,可以成功的用来评价一个区域的低碳发展水平。②整合的FAHP-TOPSIS法引入了模糊数集,能有效处理专家评估过程中的模糊性,评估结果也符合实际。③2003年到2008年,上海低碳发展水平有所下降,下降率为1.91%;其余各省区均在增长,浙江增长最大,北京增长最小,两者增长率分别为29.73%和0.38%。④北京一直拥有相对最高的低碳发展水平,而辽宁和江西一直分别处于第6和10位。宁夏、青海、甘肃、贵州及河南则一直依次处于低碳发展水平的倒数前5位,且位次不变。最后,分析了评估结果的合理性及不确定性并提出了一些提高省域低碳发展水平的可行途径及未来可进一步研究的方向。  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effects and related mechanisms of two new cannabis preparations, O-1602 and cannabidiol (CBD), on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced rodent models of intestinal motility disorder in vivo and in vitro. METHODS: The animal model of intestinal motility disorder was induced by intraperitoneal injection of LPS in mice. The gastrointestinal transit was measured by gavaging charcoal marker. Western blotting was applied to evaluate the protein expression of G-protein-coupled receptor 55 (GPR55). Meanwhile, the levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) were tested by ELISA to assess the inflammatory degree. Smooth muscle strips from the rat and mouse ileum were incubated with LPS in vitro to establish motility disorder, and both the spontaneous contraction and electrically-evoked contraction were recorded using the organ bath technique. The traditional intracellular microelectrode technique was used to record the changes of membrane potential of smooth muscle cells. The method of determining phosphorus content was applied to assay the Ca2+-ATPase activity in smooth muscle tissues. RESULTS: In vivo, LPS resulted in significant inflammation and the disorder of gut movement (P<0.01). Pretreatment with CBD decreased both the level of IL-6 (P<0.01) and the expression of GPR55 (P<0.01), and further improved the motility of gut movement (P<0.05). O-1602 and CBD selectively normalized LPS-induced spontaneous and electrically-evoked contraction disorder of intestinal smooth muscle strips of rats and mice in vitro (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but they had no effect on the membrane potential of the smooth muscle cells both in normal and pathophysiological states. CBD also decreased the elevated Ca2+-ATPase activity in smooth muscle tissues induced by LPS (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: In vivo, CBD shows protective effect on LPS-induced intestinal motility disorder by reducing inflammation and down-regulating GPR55 expression. O-1602 and CBD counterbalance LPS-induced intestinal motility disorder to some extent in vitro, and the possible mechanism may be involved in regulating the Ca2+-ATPase activity of smooth muscle tissues, but not including the change of membrane potential.  相似文献

Dot-matrix LCD makes a feature of low power dissipation,small volume,and displaying more information,also widely used in automatic instrument.To provide more better user interface, dot-matrix LCD is used as a displayer.The interface circuit for dot-matrix LCD with MCS-51 singlechip microcomputer and the design of software corresponding are described in detail.Meanings of sixteen signal wires of a port is explained.the initial program of LCD is given,and the principle of Chinese charater and menu display is introduced. The hardware design of speech terminal is simple with a LCD module,while the user interface is more beautiful with the technology of chinese character and menu display. In human medical imaging, the performance of the monitor used for image reporting has a substantial impact on the diagnostic performance of the entire digital system. Our purpose was to compare the display quality of different monitors used in veterinary practice. Two medical‐grade gray scale monitors (one cathode‐ray tube [CRT], one liquid crystal display [LCD]) and two standard consumer‐grade color monitors (one CRT, one LCD) were compared in the ability to display anatomic structures in cats. Radiographs of the stifle joint and the thorax of 30 normal domestic shorthair cats were acquired by use of a storage phosphor system. Two anatomic features of the stifle joint and five anatomic structures of the thorax were evaluated. The two medical‐grade monitors had superior display quality compared with standard PC monitors. No differences were seen between the monochrome monitors. In comparison with the color CRT, the ratings of the color LCD were significantly worse. The ranking order was uniform for both the region and the criteria investigated. Differences in monitor luminance, bit depth, and screen size were presumed to be the reasons for the observed varying performance. The observed differences between monitors place an emphasis on the need for guidelines defining minimum requirements for the acceptance of monitors and for quality control in veterinary radiography.  相似文献
