干旱条件下乙烯利对小麦幼苗PEP羧化酶活性的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本文以盆栽方式研究了土壤干旱过程中,小麦幼苗PEP羧化酶(PEPCase)活性的变化及叶面喷施乙烯利(3.5×10-3mol/L)对该酶的影响。结果表明,在土壤干旱初期,小麦幼苗PEPCase活性逐渐升高,干旱2d后其活性急剧下降,复水后PEPCase活性继续下降,说明小麦幼苗受到严重的水分胁迫。喷乙烯利后,PEPCase活性上升减缓,下降加快,即乙烯利抑制了干旱条件下小麦幼苗PEPCase活性。同时乙烯利加速了叶绿素降解,使得丙二醛累积增加,说明乙烯利对提高小麦幼苗的抗旱性不利。 相似文献

Summary In 1974 and 1975 gametocidal effects of Ethrel were investigated under field conditions in the spring wheat cv. Zlatka. In experimental plants grain setting per spikelet and ear as well as ability to be cross-pollinated were ascertained.As compared with the control, treated variants achieved more than 90% sterility. Female fertility was not affected and cross-pollination was possible. Genetical check showed that the best variants, when cross-pollinated, produced 50–55% hybrids; grain setting, however, was brought down by more than 37%. As a result of Ethrel treatment haulm length was reduced and the vegetation period was somewhat prolonged. 相似文献

选用柿极晚熟品种宫崎无核,于果实发育第二期末(10月19日),叶面喷施100ppm的GA_3明显地抑制了果实的肥大生长、着色、糖的积累及果肉软化。对果实内源GAs活性和ABA含量进行分析的结果表明,叶面喷施GA_3使内源GAs活性大大提高,同时使ABA的增加受到抑制。与GA_3处理相反,果实发育第三期(10月1日),对中熟品种富有进行25ppm乙烯利的叶面喷施处理,明显地促进了果实的成熟,其作用尤以促进着色、加速果实软化最为明显。对内源GAs活性及ABA含量亦有明显影响,前者因乙烯利处理而降低,后者则因乙烯利处理而增大。 相似文献

Two hundred groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) germplasm accessions and 21 cultivars belonging to the Spanish group (ssp. fastigiata var. vulgaris) were screened for pod loss due to sprouting of seed in the field. Some cultivars were also tested for germination of the fresh-seed with or without testa and treated or untreated with ethrel or abscisic acid (ABA). Large variation in pod loss due to in situ sprouting of seed, and fresh-seed dormancy (FSD) was found among the accessions and cultivars. Fresh-seed dormancy index (FSDI) varied from 2% in Chico to 88% in ICGS 44 (the check with high FSD). Cultivars with an FSDI value of less than 10% showed more pod loss in situ than the cultivars with high FSDI. Thus pod loss due to in situ sprouting increased with a decrease in FSDI. Cultivar SB XI did not show any in situ sprouting or pod loss. A direct relationship (r, 0.86**) existed between fresh-seed germination of accession/cultivar in the laboratory and the percentage of its plants with sprouted seed in the field. Seed of two Spanish cultivars ICGS 11 (dormant) and GG 2 (non-dormant) when tested for germination after treatment with ethrel or ABA at various seed development stages showed different germination response to these chemicals. Seed of GG 2 showed up to 40% germination even at an early stage (S1) of seed development, whereas the seed of ICGS 11 responded to the ethrel only at maturity (S4). Regulation of FSD appeared to be more under the control of the testa than the cotyledons. 研究低温和低温加赤霉素处理以及应用乙烯利处理后再结合低温加赤霉素处理等措施对香雪兰花芽分化和提前开花的效应。结果表明,香雪兰种球在自然条件下于8月下旬开始部分解除休眠,在此后进行低温处理或低温加赤霉素处理,可使其在低温处理阶段完成花芽分化,分别提前60天和70天开花;在低温和赤霉素处理前45天,以50mg/kg乙烯利处理种球,可提前花期75天。 相似文献

合适的采胶强度对于橡胶树持续高产稳产至关重要。最近的大田试验表明,阻断乳管伤口堵塞物积累的一种新型排胶调节剂具有明显的增产效应。以橡胶树无性系热研8-79为材料,通过分析胶乳的几个生理参数,评价该增产效应的采胶强度。结果表明,在8月和10月,新型排胶调节剂处理的第一刀具有明显的增产效应。在测定的几个胶乳生理指标中,胶乳产量显著高于对照,硫醇、蔗糖和无机磷含量以及10月的干胶含量与对照无显著差异,但8月的干胶含量显著低于对照,表明其增产效应主要与胶乳产量增加有关。与0.5%乙烯利相比,施用新型排胶调节剂的不同刀次胶乳生理参数的变化更接近对照,表明采胶强度小于乙烯利。 相似文献

采用S/2 d3(对照)和S/2 d3+ET2%Ga2(2)6/y(刺激)2种割制对PR107第3割龄胶树割胶,分析株次产量和胶乳生理参数的季节变化。结果表明:开割第1个月(未施乙烯利),2种割制株次干胶产量(RY)、胶乳转化酶最适活性(Vmax)、蔗糖含量(Suc)、无机磷含量(Pi)、硫醇含量(R-SH)、pH值递增,总固形物含量(TSC)递减。在5~11月(包含6个刺激周期),对照割制RY基本稳定,刺激割制RY周期性变化:刺激后第1、第2刀RY递增,第5、第8刀RY递减。在7~9月(第2蓬叶稳定后),2种割制Vmax、pH值均较高。对照割制TSC在7月中旬至8月中旬超过40%,在9月上旬至11月上旬稳定在35%~36%;刺激割制TSC在6月上旬至11月上旬基本稳定在33%~35%。2种割制Pi和R-SH在5~12月呈上升趋势。与对照割制相比,刺激割制Vmax、pH值、Pi、R-SH较高,TSC、Suc较低。刺激割制年株产干胶3.21 kg,比对照割制高22.6%,树围生长量比对照割制低0.28 cm,割线死皮率比对照割制高1%,显示刺激割制的一些副作用。 相似文献
