[目的]采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定文殊兰药材不同部位石蒜碱的含量。[方法]采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱（5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm）,甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液（pH3~4）-三乙胺（8∶92∶0.1）为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为290 nm的色谱条件测定文殊兰不同部位中石蒜碱的含量。[结果]石蒜碱进样浓度在0.081 8~0.818 0μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 9）;石蒜碱平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.4%。[结论]文殊兰鳞茎中的石蒜碱含量最高,所建立的RP-HPLC简便、准确、重复性好,可作为文殊兰药材的质量控制方法。 相似文献

Evaluation of analgesic, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective effects of lycorine from Sternbergia fisheriana (Herbert) Rupr 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
The present study reports the potential antinociceptive, anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective activities of lycorine from Sternbergia fischeriana (Herbert) Rupr. (Amaryllidaceae). Lycorine was evaluated on mice by using acetic-acid induced writhing and tail-flick tests. Lycorine exhibited stronger inhibition than aspirin in acetic-acid induced abdominal stretching at 1.0 mg/kg dose. Lycorine also showed antinociceptive activity at 1.0 mg/kg dose in tail-flick test. The anti-inflammatory activity of lycorine was not found to be significant at dose of 0.5 mg/kg. However, at doses of 1.0 mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg, i.p. showed a significant reduction with 53.45% and 36.42%, respectively in rat paw oedema induced by carrageenan against the reference anti-inflammatory drug indomethacin (3 mg/kg, i.p.) (95.70%). The ED50 of lycorine was determined as 0.514 mg/kg. Hepatoprotective activity of lycorine on carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced acute liver toxicity following biochemical parameters were also evaluated. Rats were treated with lycorine at doses of 1.0 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg, i.p. Results of biochemical tests were confirmed by histopathological examination.
