可持续发展的类型划分与可持续发展的测度是可持续发展理论研究的重要内容。科学反应可持续发展的特征 ,有利于可持续发展类型划分 ,是可持续发展测度的依据和目标。本文运用人地关系协调分析法与经济分析法 ,特别是与替代弹性不变生产函数分析法 (C.E.S生产函数 )相结合 ,提出了可持续的人均国内生产总值 ,探讨了可持续发展中人文资本、自然资本相互协调、相互依存的关系特征 ,建立可持续发展测度的指标系统和可持续发展的类型体系  相似文献

具有风险相依结构的平衡信度估计

在保险实务中，风险之间具有一定的相依结构. 通过考虑保费的目标估计来对风险保费进行了研究，采用正交投影的方法求解了最优问题，在平衡损失函数下得到了风险等相关的齐次和非齐次信度估计. 结果表明得到的信度估计具有经典信度模型的加权形式.  相似文献

基于RAGA的PPC模型在黑土区玉米调亏灌溉评价中的应用

调亏灌溉作为一种行之有效的节水灌溉方式,对黑土区农业水资源的可持续高效利用具有重要意义。而调亏灌溉方案的优劣取决于它的综合效果,难以直观评价。以2013年在黑龙江省红星农场进行的玉米调亏灌溉技术效应的试验研究为基础,选取了8个评价指标,采用投影寻踪分类模型(PPC),利用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法(RAGA)优化其投影方向,根据投影函数值得到各评价指标对综合评价的贡献大小对不同调亏处理的各项指标进行排序。结果表明:苗期水分调亏程度为田间持水量60%的处理为最佳调亏灌溉方案,产量和水分利用效率比适宜调亏灌溉处理分别提高了2.11%和6.42%。研究结果可为黑土区玉米灌溉管理提供科学依据。  相似文献

The subject matter of this paper is to analyze the stability of excavated high slope. On the base of typical engineering case in Wulong, Chongqing, the geological conditions and potential failure pattern of the high slope are discussed. Then, the limit equilibrium method and the stereographic projection method are used to synthetically analyze the stability of excavated high slope. As a result, it indicates that the stability of the high slope in insufficient and some retaining structures ought to be adopted for the high slope as soon as possible.  相似文献

A new globally convergent algorithm was presented for a continuous differen-tiable nonlinear programming by defining a measure function deviating from the Kuhn-Tucker point. With this algorithm which can be used to get the optimum solution of the problem,the optimal lagrangian multiplier corresponding the optimal solution of the problem was also obtained. A new iterative algorithm for quadratic programming is obtained when applying the general algorithm to quadratic programming. Finally,a numerical example was given.  相似文献
