研究了温度和水分含量对饲用大豆浓缩磷脂黏度的影响,发现Na 能提高浓缩磷脂的黏度,而Ca2 能降低浓缩磷脂的黏度。对于水分含量较低的塑性浓缩磷脂,添加0.4%的氯化钙或添加3%大豆油脱臭馏出物能显著降低低水分塑性浓缩磷脂的黏度,使其流态化。但对于高水分塑性浓缩磷脂,其作用不明显。0.3%的氯化钙和3%的大豆油脱臭馏出物复合使用能使塑性浓缩磷脂的黏度降到2000cPa.s以下,而且长时间保持稳定。  相似文献

达氏鲟精巢细胞消化分离和超低温冷冻保存   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过研究两种酶对精巢细胞的消化效果,探究抗冻剂、降温程序、糖类和卵磷脂对达氏鲟(Acipenser dabryanus)精巢细胞冻存效果的影响,获得消化冻存后高存活率的细胞。实验使用0.25%胰蛋白酶和2 mg/m L胶原酶H+500 U/m L中性酶II的组合酶对达氏鲟精巢细胞进行消化,获得不同消化时间内的活细胞数量。另外,还研究了冷冻稀释液中分别添加10%二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、乙二醇(EG)、甲醇(MET)作为抗冻剂,采用-1℃/min慢速降温以及直接投入液氮中的快速降温方法冻存,冷冻稀释液采用D-海藻糖或同浓度D-蔗糖,以及添加5%、8%、11%卵磷脂对冻存效果的影响。结果显示:两种消化酶在同一时间消化所得的活细胞数和活细胞率无显著差异,并且都在3 h获得最多活细胞。慢速降温的冻存效果极显著地好于快速降温(P=0.01)。不同抗冻剂的保存效果差异显著,复苏后细胞相对存活率EG(51.70%±5.24%)MET(45.09%±3.15%)DMSO(40.18%±3.90%)。不同糖对达氏鲟精巢细胞冻存效果无显著影响;不同浓度的卵磷脂冻存效果有极显著差异。含8%卵磷脂的冻存液对细胞的冻存效果最好,细胞存活率可达(93.55±2.56)%,培养10 d后细胞数目为0 d时的3.19倍。  相似文献

The utilization of oleic acid as an energy source and the effects of oleic acid levels and/or dietary soy bean lecithin (SBL) on oleic acid utilization, growth and survival, and lipid class and fatty acid compositions of freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii (de Man), juveniles were determined.
Increase in levels of dietary oleic acid from 10 to 80 g kg−1 significantly ( P ≤ 0.05) reduced growth, survival and feed conversion efficiency of M. rosenbergii juveniles during the 40-day feeding period. Inclusion of 20 g kg−1 SBL had no significant effect ( P ≥ 0.05) on growth and survival, nor was there any interactive effect between dietary SBL and oleic acid levels.
Body fatty acid profile of prawns reflected dietary fatty acid quantity. The fatty acid composition of prawns fed diets containing 80 g kg−1 oleic acid had tremendously high proportions of oleic acid. Polar lipids, mostly phosphatidylcholine (PC), constituted the bulk of the extracted total lipids. Prawns fed with SBL had significantly ( P ≥ 0.05) higher PC content.
Oleic acid was metabolized for energy by M. rosenbergii juveniles at the same rate regardless of dietary level of SBL and/or oleic acid. Expired 14CO2 accounted for half of the ingested radioactivity 48 h after feeding with labelled diets. No significant difference in the amount of 14CO2 expired by prawns fed the labelled test diets was found. Per cent radioactivity ingested and absorbed into the body was also not significantly different in prawns of the different dietary treatments.  相似文献

The supplemental effects of cholyltaurine and soybean lecithin to a defatted soybean meal (SBM)-based fish meal-free diet on the hepatic and intestinal morphology of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were investigated. A fish meal-based diet (FM), three fish meal-free diets supplemented either with soybean lecithin (SL), bovine gall powder (BG) or cholyltaurine (C-tau) and an unsupplemented fish meal-free diet (NFM), were given to fish (−11 g) for 10 weeks. The growth was the lowest in fish fed diet NFM, intermediate in fish fed diet SL and the highest in fish fed diet FM, BG and C-tau. Hepatocytes of fish fed diet NFM were atrophied, and the distal intestine of these fish showed abnormal features: disintegrated microvilli and fatty degeneration in epithelial cells and increased amount of connective tissue in the submucosa. Hepatic and intestinal histological features in fish fed diets SL, BG and C-tau were similar to those in fish fed diet FM. These results indicate that soybean lecithin, bovine bile salts and cholyltaurine have similar effects on normalizing the hepatic and intestinal morphologies of rainbow trout fed the SBM-based diet, although growth promotion effect was limited in the soybean lecithin.  相似文献

大豆卵磷脂是以大豆油脚为原料提炼的卵磷脂,含有胆碱、维生素、矿物质、亚麻酸及次亚麻酸等成分,具有多种生理功能,并在许多领域内得到了广泛的应用。然而由于技术原因,高纯度卵磷脂的生产仍存在一定的技术障碍,阻碍了其在医药等领域的推广应用。为此,对近年来大豆卵磷脂分离纯化工艺的研究进展做一简要综述和分析,以期为高纯度大豆卵磷脂的研究与应用提供参考。  相似文献

卵磷脂是保健食品中的重要功能因子。其被氧化的程度决定其功能作用和贮放时间。研究采用天然蒜油和维生素E对卵磷脂进行抗氧化试验。以过氧化值反映卵磷脂的氧化程度。结果表明,蒜油和维生素E均有降低卵磷脂过氧化值的作用,不同浓度抗氧剂的作用强弱有差异。保存温度越高,卵磷脂过氧化物产生的速度越快。数据表明,在试验添加浓度下蒜油和维生素E的抗氧化效果差异不明显;二者在0.05%~0.20%的添加量时,添加浓度和过氧化值呈反相关关系。  相似文献

为明确新型卵磷脂类桶混助剂“融透”的特性,采用透射电镜和激光粒度分析仪表征了其物理性质,并通过室内生物测定和田间药效试验测定了其在防治稻飞虱中对氟啶虫胺腈的协同增效作用。结果表明,“融透”中含有圆形脂质体,Z平均粒径为129.5 nm。室内生物测定结果表明,“融透”可使氟啶虫胺腈对褐飞虱的毒力增加1.67倍。田间药效试验表明,“融透”可使氟啶虫胺腈对稻飞虱的防效提高9.04%~41.77%;当氟啶虫胺腈减量40%时,添加“融透”的处理对稻飞虱的防效与未添加“融透”的常量组相当。研究结果表明,卵磷脂桶混助剂“融透”可以通过形成脂质体提高药剂的利用率,从而达到增效的作用。  相似文献

为探讨饲料中不同大豆卵磷脂/鱼油比例对斜带石斑鱼稚鱼成活率、生长行为、饲料利用以及肠道组织学的影响,本实验设计了4种添加不同大豆卵磷脂/鱼油比率的微颗粒饲料:0%/22%(饲料1),5%/14%(饲料2),10%/8%(饲料3)以及15%/7%(饲料4),饲喂斜带石斑鱼稚鱼。每种实验饲料均设3个平行。试验持续40d。结果表明,饲料中不同大豆卵磷脂/鱼油比例对斜带石斑鱼稚鱼生长以及成活率有显著影响(P≤0.05)。饲料3和饲料4的增重分别为:(449.6±11.4)g和(588.3±61.7)g,显著高于饲料1的数值(185.0±2.5)(P≤0.05)。饲料1鱼体脂肪含量为:(154.7±12.8)g·kg-1,显著低于其他饲料组(P≤0.05),但其鱼体蛋白含量为(728.3±25.5)g·kg-1,显著高于其他饲料组。饲料效率、肥满度、特定生长率、摄食量和蛋白质效率以及终末体重中,4种饲料之间无显著性差异。随饲料卵磷脂/鱼油比例升高,石斑鱼稚鱼肠道脂滴生成数量出现下降,且在饲料4中未观察到肠道脂滴。研究表明斜带石斑鱼稚鱼生长发育阶段需要较高的饲料卵磷脂/鱼油比例(如:15%/7%)。  相似文献

提取草鱼鱼鳞中卵磷脂,研究提取时间、温度、乙醇浓度及料液比等对卵磷脂提取率的影响,对草鱼鱼鳞中卵磷脂的提取工艺条件进行初探。以草鱼鱼鳞为原料,乙醇溶液为萃取剂,提取卵磷脂。提取时间、温度、乙醇浓度及料液比对卵磷脂提取率均有影响,由正交试验结果分析发现乙醇浓度是影响卵磷脂提取率的主要因素。通过正交试验,确定了提取卵磷脂的最佳工艺条件:提取温度为25℃,提取时间为1 h,料液比为1∶20(mL/g),乙醇浓度为85%。  相似文献

Sixty-four Wistar rats were divided into 8 equal groups and kept for 36 days in individual boxes. Three of the groups were given full synthetic diets containing various animal fats: beef tallow, pork fat or fish oil. A control group was fed the diets without the fat. The other four groups were fed the same diets with lecithin supplementation. At the end of experiment, sections taken from the liver were stained with haematoxylin–eosin and Sudan III to indicate fat infiltration. Liver enzyme levels, total bilirubin, albumin and two products of lipd metabolism were measured in serum from all the animals. The addition of lecithin to the diets did not influence the level of enzymes in the serum except in rats fed the diet containing beef tallow. A relationship between the type of diet, lecithin supplementation and the total cholesterol concentration in serum was observed. The concentration of HDL-cholesterol was only influenced by lecithin supplementation and that of triglycerides by the type of fat in the diet. The addition of lecithin to the diet was associated with proliferation of Kupffer cells, and an increased number of binuclear cells. Fatty degeneration of hepatocytes was less pronounced in all groups following lecithin supplementation. Lecithin supplementation of the diet did not elicit any pathological lesions and may be considered as a hepatocyte protector. This favourable effect of lecithin was most marked in the group of rats fed the fish oil.  相似文献
