以‘秦美’猕猴桃为试材,分离纯化在贮藏过程中引起腐烂的主要病原真菌。采用形态学观察及核糖体rDNA-ITS(Internal transcribed spacer)区序列分析法进行鉴定。结果表明:从腐烂猕猴桃中共分离出5株致病菌,对ITS区序列测序结果经GenBank数据库BLAST比对,A的ITS序列与Trichothecium roseum(EU552162.1)同一分支,支持率达100%;B的ITS序列与Fusarium tricinctum(AB587078.1)同一分支,支持率达99%;C的ITS序列与Penicillium expansum(AF330635.1)同一分支,支持率达99%;D的ITS序列与Colletotrichum boninense(KF819619.1)同一分支,支持率达99%;E的ITS序列与Botrytis elliptica(KJ638600.1)同一分支,支持率达100%。由形态学及ITS区序列分析,构建系统发育树,最终鉴定A为粉红聚端孢(Trichothecium roseum),B为镰刀菌属(Fusarium tricinctum),C为扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum),D为炭疽病菌(Colletotrichum boninense),E为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)。5种病原真菌中灰葡萄孢为主要致病菌。  相似文献

Synergistic effects and very effective control of citrus postharvest green and blue molds, caused by Penicillium digitatum and Penicillium italicum, respectively, were observed on artificially inoculated ‘Valencia’ oranges and ‘Clemenules’ and ‘Ortanique’ mandarins after a potassium sorbate (PS) treatment was followed by 2 days of storage in atmospheres of elevated CO2 or O2 at a curing temperature. A combined treatment consisting of 60-s dips in aqueous solutions of 3% PS heated to 62 °C was followed by 48-h exposure to air, 15 kPa CO2 or 30 kPa O2 at 33 °C. Control treatment was a 60-s water dip at 20 °C followed by 24-h exposure to air at 20 °C. Synergism was observed on citrus fruit either incubated at 20 °C for up to 22 days, simulating direct commercialization, or stored at 5 °C for up to 45 days, simulating commercial cold storage. This research offers potential new tools to the citrus industry for implementation of nonpolluting integrated postharvest disease management programs, especially devoted to high added value organic markets or export markets with zero residue tolerance.  相似文献

以“大鸡心”黄皮为材料,研究了不同浓度茶皂素处理对黄皮相关贮藏品质及生理活性变化的影响。结果表明,低浓度的茶皂素处理能显著抑制黄皮果实贮藏后期褐变现象,保持较高黄皮果实可溶性固形物含量及相对适宜的酸度,有效抑制了黄皮果实多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的上升,并提升超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,其中贮藏至12 d时,低浓度处理果实PPO活性为0.39±0.03 U.g-1.min-1,低于对照组和高浓度处理组;贮藏至6 d时, SOD活性为5.07±0.08 U.g-1.min-1,显著高于对照组和高浓度处理组。而高浓度的茶皂素处理可抑制果实保护酶过氧化氢酶(CAT)的下降与脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累。适宜浓度的茶皂素处理有利于减缓黄皮褐变并维持果实贮藏品质,提高其商品价值。而不同浓度茶皂素处理对黄皮果实在生理指标上具有不同的效果,具体应用浓度仍有待进一步研究。  相似文献

Phaeomoniella chlamydospora and wood-rotting basidiomycete fungi, namely Fomitiporia spp., are known esca pathogens. However, the effect of their mixed infections and the sequence of infection on disease development is unclear. To determine the effects of single and co-inoculations on symptoms, potted Vitis vinifera ‘Crimson Seedless’ was inoculated with P. chlamydospora either alone or in combination with one of four basidiomycetes: Coprinellus radians, Fomitiporia langloisii, F. polymorpha and the novel species Tropicoporus texanus. Basidiomycetes were isolated from vines with foliar symptoms of esca in California and Texas. In sequential co-inoculations, the effects of different sequences of infection (P. chlamydospora first, basidiomycete 6 months later; and vice versa) were tested, compared to simultaneous co-inoculations. Plants inoculated with P. chlamydospora either alone or in combination with a basidiomycete (in any sequence) did not differ significantly in the length of black-streaking lesions. In plants inoculated only with a basidiomycete, the appearance of large brown lesions, coupled with the absence of this wood symptom from control plants, suggests that C. radians, F. langloisii and T. texanus are pathogenic. Foliar symptoms resembling those of esca in the field (marginal and/or interveinal scorching, combined with red and/or yellow discoloration) were statistically more frequent among plants inoculated with F. polymorpha or T. texanus, either simultaneously or following P. chlamydospora, compared to single inoculations. Sequential co-inoculations of a basidiomycete before or after P. chlamydospora were associated with similar lesion lengths, suggesting that basidiomycetes may not require infection by P. chlamydospora in order to extensively colonize the wood.  相似文献

To evaluate the effect of maturity and storage temperature on the development of the physiological disorder peteca, lemons cv. Eureka were harvested from a grove with northern exposure located in Mallarauco (33°45′ Latitude South) Metropolitan Region of Chile, at 2 levels of maturity (silver or yellow). After storage for 60 d at 3 or 7 °C, under 90% R.H., fruits were evaluated visually for incidence of epidermal and subepidermal peteca. At that time, the concentration of galacturonic acid and degree of methylation were measured in the albedo, and calcium, hydrogen peroxides and total oxalate concentrations, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase (PPO) activities were determined in the juice and albedo. Yellow lemons at 3 °C developed more epidermal peteca than fruit stored at 7 °C, and that silver fruit stored at 3 and 7 °C, with these last lemons presenting a higher pectin quality than fruit stored at 3 °C. Maturity and temperature interacted significantly on the concentrations of peroxide and calcium in the albedo, which in average were much higher than in the juice, while for PPO and peroxidases, this interaction was highly significant both in juice and albedo, with higher activity in the albedo. These biochemical evaluations suggest that peteca is a result of some kind of stress on the fruit. It is concluded that yellow lemons are more prone to develop peteca than silver fruit. They will develop greater incidence of the disorder when stored at temperatures as low as 3 °C for 60 d, and that this condition affects the degree of methylation in the albedo, which would end up altering the quality of pectins.  相似文献

为解决ABS逻辑门限值方法匹配成本高、周期长的问题,将制动器耗散功率原理应用于匹配中.结合逻辑门限值与制动器耗散功率的各自优点,将制动器耗散功率原理能自适应识别各种路面状况的特点应用于匹配中;根据制动器耗散功率极大值对应的滑移率略小于临界滑移率且相差不大的原理,采用制动器耗散功率极大值对应的滑移率代替峰值附着系数对应的滑移率对ABS进行控制;滑移率与制动器耗散功率曲线获得较为简单,因此可以大大提高匹配效率.经过实车匹配验证,本方法提高了匹配效率和控制质量,节约了匹配成本.  相似文献

研究贮藏温度对蒲公英采后生理指标和品质的影响,探索适宜的贮藏温度,为蒲公英贮运技术的发展与延长供应期提供指导。设置25,10,2,-18℃4种贮藏温度,测定了蒲公英在贮藏过程中外观、营养成分含量和采后生理指标的变化。结果表明:采后蒲公英随着贮藏天数的增加,叶片逐渐黄化,粗纤维的含量升高,维生素C和绿原酸含量下降,硝酸盐含量先升高后降低;2℃下贮藏能够使采后蒲公英具有较高的叶绿素、维生素C、绿原酸,较低的硝酸盐和粗纤维含量,较低的细胞膜渗透率、MDA含量和较高的SOD活性,显著地延缓其衰老进程,延长贮藏寿命。  相似文献

黄花梨果实在0℃、4℃、8℃下进行贮藏试验,试验结果表明:低温可以抑制果实的呼吸作用,延缓呼吸高峰的出现,减少果实营养物质的消耗和色素的降解,延缓果实的成熟衰老;黄花梨果实的冷藏适温是4℃,在本试验条件下可贮藏60d,基本上保持原果的风味、颜色和品质,好果率仍保持100%,失重率1.50%;冷藏出库后采取逐渐升温或加抗氧化剂处理,在常温下7d内可有效地延长果实货架寿命,尤以加抗氧化剂处理效果显著;无包装的黄花梨果实随着贮藏温度的升高,贮藏时间的延长,果实的失重率增加;而用聚乙烯薄膜袋包装则能显著地减少水分损失  相似文献

 以冬枣果实为试材 ,研究了减压对枣果贮藏生理生化变化的影响。结果表明 ,减压有效地保持了枣果的硬度和VC 含量 ,降低了果肉中乙醇、乙醛含量和枣果呼吸强度 ,抑制了抗坏血酸氧化酶和乙醇脱氢酶的活性 ,减慢了内源乙烯的释放速率。但是 ,减压对阻止果肉褐变无明显效果。  相似文献
