Development Management (DM) in decision phase, Project Management on behalf of the owner (OPM) in implementation phase and Facility Management (FM) in operation phase are three isolated management tools during traditional life cycle management of construction project. As a result, a lot of potential disadvantages are aroused. In recent years, many research organizations try to reform the traditional method using different integration means. This paper tries to explore into integration of DM, OPM and FM to overcome the malpractice of traditional life cycle management of construction project. The research focuses on three aspects: 1.putting forward the concept of Life Cycle Integrated Management (LCIM), based on management integration theory; 2. Raising a new idea to owner's (operator's) management organization design, which emphasizes on the balance of life cycle objectives; 3. 农民合作社联合社是农民合作社发展到一定阶段的产物,也是我国农民合作社发展的必然趋势。基于战略联盟和资源依赖理论,利用8省12县614家农民合作社数据,运用二元Probit模型,分析影响农民合作社加入联合社的因素。结果表明,农民合作社加入联合社的比例为14.5%,相比于东部地区,中西部地区农民合作社加入联合社的概率较低。加入联合社受农民合作社的无形资产状况、人力资源和外部环境特征等因素影响,其中无形资产和外部环境对农民合作社加入联合社有显著影响,掌握销售渠道和品牌等资源、被评为示范社和规模小的农民合作社倾向于组建联合社。加入联合社具有示范效应,一个地区农民合作社加入联合社的比例越高,农民合作社选择加入联合社的概率就越大。理事长年龄和受教育程度对农民合作社加入联合社没有显著影响。因此,为了促进联合社健康发展,政府应顺应农民合作社高质量发展趋势,充分运用财政、税收等政策扶持农民合作社发展,加大联合社相关政策宣传力度,不断提升联合社服务能力。 相似文献

11个灵芝菌株的栽培性状和酯酶同工酶研究 总被引：7，自引：0，他引：7
利用短段木熟料栽培法对11个灵芝菌株进行栽培，结果表明：不同灵芝的栽培性状互有差异。其中8、新6、6、12、13具较好的栽培性状（产量高、子实体形状好、产孢量大）。此外，通过PAGE分析，并分别测定相关的酶谱相似度（T）和联合系数（S），结果发现：S1与其余各菌株间的差异最为明显。与其它菌株的亲缘关系最远；亲缘关系最近的是6新6、新6C1、13C3（T，S值最大，T＝1，S＝1，6、新6、C1三菌株酶带数量和位置一样，但酶活性存在区别）；另外具有较好栽培性状的菌株（8、新6、6、12、13）其酶活性都较强，表现为酶带宽且色深。 相似文献

By analyzing the achievements the TTX company and QI company gained on the basis of strategic alliance, this paper proves that strategic alliance is an effective mode of foreign market entry by Chinese enterprises, especially, private, small and medium enterprises, and they can actually promote their competence and acquire profit upon restricted resources by making an alliance with partners. The important strategy decision making system, one of the difficult problems of the research of Group Decision Support System, is an open complex huge system, which is almost non structure and hard to construct. In order to organize and take advantage of decision making departments more effectively, this paper presents the thought of combining Multi Agent System with Dynamical Alliance and set up the GDSS Framework of Organization Oriented Dynamic Alliance based on Multi Agent after analyzing the characteristics of MAS and Dynamical Alliance. Different departments can be organized more effectively on the three layer system structure composed of the strategy layer, the tactics layer and the operation layer. The decision making layer of each department is composed of the integrate decision making subsystem, which means that the decision making layer of each department can be used solely or be a part of Dynamic Alliance to make the important strategy decision and the system gets more flexible. 相似文献
