报道了瓦特型镍-碳化硅复合电沉积过程,研究了SiC微粒的表面活性剂处理,粒子浓度阴极电流密度,搅拌和pH值等因素对镀层硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在最佳的工艺条件下,可制备出性能优良的复合镀层(9%~10%SiC含量)其硬度是纯Ni的4~5倍,耐磨性是纯Ni的5~6倍。  相似文献

The processes, microstructures, properties and mechanisms of DIMOX in synthesizing Al/Al 2O 3 by Al-Mg-Si alloy are reviewed and their problems are considered mainly as following:non_homogeneous oxidation growth of Al/Al 2O 3 at the surface of melts and the porosity of Al/Al 2O 3 limites structural application of Al/Al 2O 3 composite. The mechanisms and models of microchannel,magnesium action,silicon action,and induction are outlined. Several problems which need to be noticed are pointed out,which are diffusion and transfer of oxygen in aluminium melts;the role of MgO and MgAl 2O 4 at outer layer;the reaction feature of solid_gas in the oxidation microstructures of Al_Mg_Si alloy;SiO 2 induction mechanism of silicon and its correlation with the mechanism of magnesium action in Al_Mg_Si alloy.  相似文献

Some conclusions were drawn from two groups of in-site tests on concrete pile composite foundations. In the tests, it was found that the pressure under the rigid loading slab is different, in which the pressure under the center of the slab is the less and under the edge of the slab is the biggest. The pile-soil stress ratio is not a constant; it increases with the adding of the load. Most of the pile-soil ratio vary from 9 to 13 in these tests and the load that the piles share can be more than seventy percent of the whole load. It was proved that the bearing capacity of the concrete pile composite foundation is high with a little settlement, so it will be used more and more in the future.  相似文献

A theoretic model is proposed based on the mechanism of the buckling failure of the stitched composite laminates containing delaminations. The buckling strength of the stitched composite laminates under the in-plane compressive load is predicted. The critical percentage elongation of the stitching thread is taken into account as a control parameter of the buckling failure. The energy method is used to calculate the buckling strength of the stitched composite laminates, and the minimal potential energy is used to calculate that of the unstitched composite laminates. The result shows that the buckling strength of the stitched composite laminates is larger than that of the unstitched composite laminates. The effects of stitching technical parameters such as the stitch thread diameter, stitch step and stitch space on the stitched composite laminates are also analyzed.  相似文献

Geogrid reinforced soil retaining wall(GRSRW) is composed of panel,geogrid and soil,its coupled hydromechanical structural characteristics are increasingly emphasized in practice.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the reinforcement-soil interaction,the grogrid and soil around it with a definite thickness were regarded as a kind of composite material with strain-compatible condition.A saturated porous media model was introduced to simulate the soil and reinforcement-soil composite material hereby and the mathematic model for numerical analysis on structural characteristics of GRSRW was built up.The FEM equations were deduced from the standard Galerkin procedure,resolving these equations,we can gain the relevant dynamic response of saturated GRSRW.  相似文献

利用两相复合材料位移基本解,将受复合载荷作用下复合材料三维裂纹问题,归为求解一组超奇异积分方程,并分析了对裂纹尖端应力奇性和方程组求解理论方法;进而以反映裂纹前沿应力奇性的密度函数基本解表示位移间断,根据Taylor积分及其特征展开特性,给出方程组数值求解方法;最后,以三维矩形裂纹为例,讨论了应力强度因子(SIFs)收敛性及其变化规律。  相似文献
