对2014年种植于南京市白马地区的3个兔眼蓝莓品种‘巴尔德温’(Baldwin)、‘蓝美人’(Bluebelle)和‘布莱特蓝’(Briteblue)进行连续2年生长及开花结实性状的调查研究。结果表明,3个兔眼蓝莓品种能较好适应南京地区的气候环境,植株生长、结果性状均表现正常,其中品种‘巴尔德温’是兔眼蓝莓品种中较晚熟的品种,其树势和耐旱性较强,适宜在降水量较少的干旱丘陵地区种植;品种‘蓝美人’对土壤的要求较严格,果实采收时果皮易撕裂,不适宜贮存和运输,该品种适宜于庭院精细栽培;品种‘布莱特蓝’成熟期较晚,产量和总花色苷含量较高,香味浓郁且耐贮运,可作为加工兼鲜果销售品种推广。  相似文献

Twelve southern-adapted blueberry genotypes, both southern highbush ( Vaccinium corymbosum L. introgressed with 2x V. darrowi Camp) and rabbiteye ( V. ashei Reade), were evaluated for bud development using a morphological scale and for mid-winter cold hardiness using a shoot freezing assay. The winter of 2006–2007 was particularly warm producing higher bud development scores for several of the genotypes and an apparent decrease of cold hardiness. Significant differences in LT50 values (treatments causing 50% bud mortality) were observed among the genotypes in both years, with a significant clone × year interaction. The greatest range in LT50 values occurred in 2007, when values ranged from −11.9°C for 'Millennia' to −25.5°C for 'Reveille', two southern highbush cultivars. Results suggest that germplasm selected in North Carolina might typically have sufficient cold hardiness to be used without concern as parental material in the development of blueberry germplasm with northern adaptation. Other more southern germplasm was generally less hardy and, if utilized as parental material, the resulting progeny would require greater scrutiny with regard to cold hardiness.  相似文献

为了给兔眼蓝莓品种栽培搭配合适授粉树及开展人工辅助授粉提供科学依据,以我国南方地区主栽的5个兔眼蓝莓品种为材料,对其花粉量和花粉活力进行测定.结果表明,5个兔眼蓝莓品种的花粉量和花粉活力均有显著差异,其中杰兔的花粉量与花粉活力分别为600.34粒和79.84%,均显著高于其他4个品种,同时梯扶蓝和巴尔德温两品种的花粉量均高于450粒,花粉活力均高于65%.因此,杰兔、梯扶蓝和巴尔德温可作为兔眼蓝莓的栽培授粉品种,并可与其他相互亲和品种搭配建园;而S13的花粉量(324.32粒)最少,花粉活力(22.66%)最低,不宜作为授粉树.  相似文献

Plants of 3 progenies of Vaccinium sp. were utilized in exised root respiration studies over a range of O2 levels from 2.5 to 21%. Root respiration of plants from an intraspecific V. ashei Reade progeny, Powderblue x T‐142, were approximately half that of two other progenies, one with germplasm of V. ashei and V. constablaei Gray and the other with germplasm of V. corymbosum L., V. ashei and V. constablaei. The V. ashei progeny was unaffected by reduced O levels under laboratory conditions, whereas the other two progenies showed significantly reduced root respiration rates, particularly at the 2.5% O2 level. However, soil O2 levels were near 21% at a depth of 15 cm under established blueberry bushes indicating that root respiration per se may be a more important criteria in blueberry adaptation to soil and environmental stresses than actual soil oxygen status.

Root respiration measurements at 21% O2 may provide a useful tool in screening blueberry progenies for adaptation to climatic and soil induced atmospheric stresses, and perhaps other stresses.  相似文献

The use of an 8x Vaccinium produced through doubling a tetraploid hybrid with colchicine was studied as a means of facilitating gene exchange between V. corymbosum L. and V. ashei Reade. Analysis included meiotic observations and crossability studies of the 8x plant, as well as attempting to develop 6x breeding lines. Meiotic analysis revealed the presence of micronuclei in Telphase II products and polyspory in sporads. In the crossability studies five 4x highbush plants were pollinated with 8x o2 4x pollen. Data gathered included: % fruit set, average weight/fruit, average number of seeds/fruit, average number of seedlings/pollination, and number of 6x seedlings. Octoploid pollinations were significantly lower than 4x pollinations in all parameters. One 6x plant was produced from the 4x-8x crosses but was found to be mitotically unstable, having somatic cells with chromosome numbers ranging from 48 to 168.  相似文献

研究不同基质、不同时期、不同生根剂浓度处理对4个兔眼蓝莓品种嫩枝扦插生根的影响,结果表明:4个品种嫩枝扦插综合生根质量依次为46.43、37.38、20.23、16.55;扦插时间以6月初生根率最高;嫩枝扦插以V红土:V草炭土:V珍珠岩=2:1:1的混合基质生根最好;不同生根剂浓度处理中,质量分数为100×10^-6的ABT1号生根粉有利于灿烂、粉蓝和杰兔插条生根,质量分数为50×10^-6的ABT1号生根粉有利于园蓝生根。  相似文献

利用组织培养方法研究了影响兔眼越橘芽诱导、芽增殖及其植株再生的主要因素。结果表明:在芽诱导和继代培养基中添加NAA、2ip有利于兔眼越橘芽的诱导,2ip对再生能力具有保持作用;外植体基因型对长期培养的芽再生能力的影响不大;不同的外源激素(NAA,2ip,ZT等)影响芽分化频率,其中2ip可明显提高芽分化频率;4.3,5.0klx光照强度处理时继代培养效果较好;在生根培养基中添加适量的IBA,NAA可有效促进生根,IBA效果好于NAA。  相似文献

利用固体培养方式,对兔眼越桔(Vaccinium ashei Reade)5个栽培品种的茎段进行了芽诱导增殖试验(采用的基本培养基有:MS、WPM和Anderson,采用的激素有:6-BA、ZT和NAA)。试验结果表明:(1)MS、WPM、Andrson培养基都适宜于芽的增殖,MS和WPM培养基较Anderson培养基表现好;(2)激素组合以6-BA5mg/L ZT1mg/L NAA0.2mg/L和6-BA5mg/L ZT2mg/L NAA0.3mg/L为好。  相似文献
