分析了椪柑萎缩型枯水与粒化型枯水以及正常果的生理差异。发现萎缩型枯水果的失重、呼吸速率显著高于粒化型枯水果,但其果肉水势和出汁率显著低于粒化型枯水果和正常果;萎缩型枯水与粒化型枯水一样,其脱落酸大量积累,14C-葡萄糖大量转化为不溶性物质。认为萎缩型枯水机理在于椪柑果实大量失水引发了逆境生理代谢,导致大量可溶性营养消耗,汁胞萎缩崩溃。  相似文献

采用直接淋洗和淹水培养间歇淋洗两种方法评价氨酸法生产颗粒有机无机复混肥的养分缓释特性。结果表明,对氨酸法生产有机无机复混肥造粒,有直接减缓其有机和无机养分释放的效应。在等氮水平下,不同种类有机无机复混肥累积淋失的氮量明显不同,且与淋失的有机碳量没有明显的相关关系,表明有机与无机养分的配比比例影响肥料的氮释放特性。在本研究中,造粒对氨酸法生产的有机和单一无机氮复混肥中氮养分的缓释效果最差,而对氮钾比为2∶1的两种肥料中有机和无机养分的缓释效果均相对较好。  相似文献

Water-soluble chitin (WSC) was prepared by carefully deacetylating chitins to about 50% of N-acetyl content. Topical formulations based on WSC were prepared and their effects on wound healing were evaluated on a rabbit ear model. Full-thickness, open skin wounds were made on the ears of rabbits and WSC ointments were embedded in the open wounds. The application of WSC ointments significantly accelerated wound healing and wound contraction. The areas of epithelialization and granulation tissues in WSC ointment group are remarkably larger than those in control group (no treatment) and in placebo group (treated with ointment-base materials). A large number of grown granulation tissues including dense fibroblast deposition were observed under the thickened epithelium of the wound treated with WSC ointments. The number of inflammatory cells in WSC ointment group was significantly decreased compared with those in control and placebo groups, indicating that WSC would give low stimuli to wounds and prevent excessive scar formation. Neovascularization was the most prominent in WSC ointment group. Wound contraction in WSC ointment group was much larger than those in control and placebo groups. Overall results demonstrate that the topical formulation based on WSC is considered to become an excellent dressing as a wound healing assistant.  相似文献

观测分析了溪蜜袖汁胞的粒化过程、症状及若于相关因素。结果表明,汁胞粒化现象在果实生长后期(9月中下旬)开始出现,与果实正常种子数的有无与多寡有关。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,发现汁胞的粒化是从顶端开始,外表横纹的消失是重要的外表特征;粒化汁胞细胞壁加厚,纤维、半纤维增多,高尔基体增加,核体积增大。并首次观察到粒化汁胞的细胞多核仁现象。  相似文献

A study was conducted in different citrus cultivars to observe the incidence and degree of granulation, and to measure polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and phenolic content pattern in relation to granulation. Standard procedures were followed to observe the incidence and degree of granulation, phenolic content pattern, PPO activity and pheno-physicochemical fruit characteristics of citrus fruits. Across all citrus cultivars studied, 25% of the fruit were affected by granulation to the degree of about 10%. In general, granulated fruit were larger in size than normal fruit, and were inferior in quality characteristics. Among different citrus cultivars, ‘Kaula’ mandarin had highest incidence of granulation (62.5%), followed by ‘Mosambi’ sweet orange (43.6%) and the least in ‘Kagzi’ lime (12.2%). Phenolic content and polyphenol oxidase activity also varied widely among different citrus types, and were significantly higher in normal fruit than granulated fruit. Thus, it appears from the study that PPO plays some role in the occurrence of granulation in citrus.  相似文献

 研究了冷激处理、药剂处理对垫江白柚果实生理代谢及相关酶活性的影响。结果显示:冷激可显著抑制柚果的呼吸强度,冷激和药剂处理均可有效降低无氧呼吸产物乙醇,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的累积速率,另外可增加果皮POD酶活性,改变其酶活性变化趋势,使纤维素酶在贮藏中前期维持较低的水平,推迟粒化出现的时间,减轻发生的程度。  相似文献

研究圆盘造粒和挤出-滚圆造粒2种方式制取复合肥造粒的工艺过程及其颗粒特性。比较这2种造粒工艺过程及颗粒特性差异性,用于优化颗粒成型方式,提高颗粒成粒率、改善颗粒外形、颗粒力学特性等,以便对复合肥颗粒有更深入的了解。结果表明:从测定颗粒特性的各项指标中可以看出,挤出-滚圆造粒由于有挤出和滚圆2个过程,所制作的复合肥颗粒致密度较高,稳定性好,圆度和流动性较好,粒径分布也比较均匀;圆盘造粒所制肥料颗粒粒度分布广,干燥速率高,肥料养分释放速度快。  相似文献

胡柚果实贮藏前期(62天),果皮组织中的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性趋缓慢下降,过氧化物酶(POD)活性迅速上升,随后SOD活性持续增加,POD活性略有下降并维持较高水平,果肉组织中的SOD活性则呈相反变化,前期活性增加,于第62天达最高,之后持续下降,但POD活性很低,且变化无规律。随着果皮中SOD活性的增加和果肉中SOD活性的下降,果实开始出现枯水(贮藏120~130天),并日趋严重。贮藏过程中果皮和果肉的可溶性糖含量均呈减少趋势,但前者变化幅度明显小于后者。100mg/kgGA3处理可减缓贮藏过程果皮组织中的SOD和POD活性变化、推迟果肉组织中SOD活性高峰的出现、提高果肉中可溶性糖含量,降低果皮中的可溶性糖水平,显著地减轻果实枯水的发生。  相似文献

以普通碳铵肥料颗粒化为目标,研究成型压缩力和含水量对碳铵对辊造粒的影响.结果表明,碳铵造粒的最佳成型压缩力为30 MN/m2,碳铵粉肥压制成型与脱模的最佳含水量为4%~5%.  相似文献
