[目的]探索纳米硅肥对苋菜生长的影响。[方法]以硅酸四丁酯为原料制备了纳米二氧化硅,用物理研磨的方式加工硅藻土得到纳米硅藻土。[结果]在盆栽红苋菜上叶面喷施几种硅肥,结果表明,苋菜鲜重和干重明显增加、可溶性糖大幅度提高。在喷施等量硅藻土和纳米硅藻土后,与对照处理相比产量分别提高了11%、31%。对比喷施相同含硅量的纳米硅藻土、纳米二氧化硅后,发现苋菜干物质量分别提高43.4%和14.9%;吸收氮磷钾总量分别提高了36%和20%。[结论]纳米硅藻土肥效较好。试验结果为未来矿石资源的应用提供了实践基础。  相似文献

[目的]了解铜对植物生长的抑制作用。[方法]以苋菜品种红苋为试材,采用盆栽试验,分4次添加CuSO4溶液,使土壤铜浓度达到4.0 mmol/kg,研究铜处理对苋菜生长、光合作用和矿质含量的影响。[结果]18 d龄苋菜幼苗经4.0 mmol/kg铜处理7 d后,叶的扩展受到明显抑制。尽管第3对叶(TL)比第2对叶(SL)铜积累量高,但TL净光合速率下降程度低于SL。铜处理后,叶片因扩展速度减慢而成为弱库,淀粉和蔗糖在叶片中积累,使光合作用受到反馈抑制,而根系糖含量变化不大。铜主要在根系中积累,过量的铜影响苋菜对钙、钾和镁矿物质的吸收和向上转运,从而明显影响矿物质在苋菜体内的分布。[结论]铜处理造成苋菜对矿质养分吸收的不平衡,并减少向上的转运量。  相似文献

Amaranth is taking great attention as an important cereal crop that could fulfill food requirements for the growing population, especially in developing countries. However, the protein composition of these seeds is not well known yet. We have used the proteomics tools to characterize amaranth seed proteome. About 400 proteins spots were resolved on two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and protein spots were analyzed by LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry). Identified proteins were related to stress and defense responses, metabolic, respiratory, and oxide-reduction processes. One abundant spot was identified as a Late Embryogenesis Abundant (LEA) protein and the gene was cloned and characterized. The AcLEA cDNA contains a 418 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a polypeptide of 139 amino acids. Bioinformatics analysis showed that AcLEA belongs to LEAs Group 5. Proteomics is a powerful technique that could be used even in non-sequenced organisms such as amaranth. The obtained information reveals that amaranth seed, beyond the classical seed storage proteins, contains proteins related to protection against stress. The identification of these proteins opens the door to the application of new strategies to improve the quality of amaranth production.  相似文献

本文用ICPS-1000Ⅱ型等离子光谱仪,分别测定了苋菜、油菜、芹菜中的钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、铜、铁、锌、锰、锶十种元素的含量,标准曲线浓度与强度的相关系数(r=0.999)。在几种蔬菜中苋菜铁的含量高,苋菜5个品种中棠东红最高,而且锌、铜、钙、镁等也比较高。测定的7种油菜中,徐州苔菜锌铜比、锰铜比及锌铜锰总量高于其它品种。  相似文献

Amaranth (Amaranthus caudatus), quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) and kañiwa (Chenopodium pallidicaule) are pseudocereals regarded as good gluten-free sources of protein and fiber. A co-rotating twin screw extruder was used to obtain corn-based extrudates containing amaranth/quinoa/kañiwa (20% of solids). Box–Behnken experimental design with three independent variables was used: water content of mass (WCM, 15–19%), screw speed (SS, 200–500 rpm) and temperature of the die (TEM, 150–170 °C). Milled and whole samples were stored in open headspace vials at 11 and 76% relative humidity (RH) for a week before being sealed and stored for 9 weeks in the dark. Hexanal content was determined by using headspace gas chromatography. Extrudates containing amaranth presented the highest sectional expansion index (SEI) (p < 0.01) while pure corn extrudates (control) presented the lowest SEI and greatest hardness (p < 0.01). SEI increased with increasing SS and decreasing WCM. In storage, whole extrudates exposed to 76% RH presented the lowest formation of hexanal. This study proved that it was possible to increase SEI by adding amaranth, quinoa and kañiwa to pure corn flour. The evaluation of lipid oxidation suggested a remarkable stability of whole extrudates after exposure to high RH.  相似文献

有机肥在基质栽培中的应用效果研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
有机基质栽培技术是利用各地易得的有机肥和无机肥为肥源,代替营养液使用,不但具有传统无土栽培的优点,而且使无土栽培系统的一次性投资大幅降低、并且操作简单。在基质栽培条件下,研究了不同用量有机肥对油菜一苋菜生长及养分吸收的影响。供试有机肥系发酵猪粪。肥料以底肥形式一次施入。研究结果表明,高量有机肥处理(有机肥70,90kg/m^3)显著抑制了头茬作物油菜的生长。而进入苋菜生长阶段低有机肥用量处理(10kg/m^3)生长相对较弱。随着施肥量的增加,氮、磷、钾养分平衡指数升高、利用率下降,不同有机肥用量条件下氮、磷、钾的利用率分别为9.5%-34.5%,2.5%-7.1%,24.4%-46.6%。作物生长122d后,所有有机肥处理基质中速效氮含量均已处于极低的水平,速效磷的累积明显,同时还对高量有机肥一次底施方式用于果菜长季节栽培的可能性进行了分析。  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,在红壤和潮土中分别施入土壤重量5%、10%和15%的鸡粪或垃圾有机肥,研究其对苋菜(Amaranthustricoclor L.)生长、土壤化学性状及重金属含量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,施入鸡粪或垃圾有机肥显著增加苋菜的鲜重、主根长和株高;土壤有机质、EC值、速效磷和速效钾含量均大幅增加,但土壤全氮含量无明显变化。与对照相比,潮土中施用两类有机肥使苋菜植株Cu和Zn含量分别增加26.3%~36.0%和1.2%~20.3%,但未超出国家食品卫生标准对Cu和Zn的允许含量;Cd、Cr和Pb含量都较对照降低,没有出现积累现象。红壤施用两类有机肥,苋菜植株中Zn、Cd和Pb分别下降42.7%~59.9%、0~48.9%和4.1%~71.3%,达到显著水平。有机肥的施入量为5%时,两类土壤中重金属都没有出现明显积累;当施入量为10%和15%时,两类土壤的Cu、Cd、Cr和Pb含量显著增加,出现明显积累趋势,其中除了施用鸡粪使土壤有效Cu含量下降外,两种有机肥均增加了两类土壤中重金属Zn、Cd、Cr和Pb的有效态含量。试验结果提示,从土壤培肥与环境质量安全综合考虑,有机肥的用量应控制在一个适宜范围内。  相似文献

采用0.28、0.40和1.00ml.L-1的锌肥禾丰锌〔氧化锌≥87%(W/V)〕进行叶面施肥,研究叶面施锌对苋菜生长的影响。结果表明:3个施锌处理均对苋菜株高、茎粗和叶面积有促进作用,并能改善苋菜品质,降低硝酸盐积累,增加产量,其中浓度为0.40ml.L-1的处理效果最佳。  相似文献

The effect of prefeeding dehydrated amaranth leaves (AL), at 10 and 20% levels on hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH)-induced free radical stress in rat liver was evaluated. The HCH-induced raise in malonadialdehyde (MDA), conjugated dienes and hydroperoxides was diminished by AL. The effect of AL was highly effective with respect to reduction in these cytotoxic products, especially at 20% level. AL intake resulted in a significant increase in hepatic vitamin A and glutathione (GSH). However, the AL consumption reduced hepatic tocopherols. Feeding of AL at 10%level increased the hepatic glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PDH) activity while that at 20% level increased the hepatic glutathione reductase (GSSGR) as well, in addition to G-6-PDH. Amaranth leaves at 10 and 20% levels of feeding reduced the hepatic superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities. The pre-feeding of AL resulted in the reversal of HCH-induced alteration in GSH-Px and G-6-PDH activities. The significant reduction in the level of glutathione S-transferase brought about by HCH was restored to control level by feeding 20% AL. It is concluded that the consumption of AL at 20% level produces reduction in the HCH-induced impairment of antioxidant status in rat liver.  相似文献
